Abstract
本发明提供多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,包括造泡组件和喷射模式组件,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间通过护套连接,护套内设有空气混合联接管,所述喷射模式组件包括造泡偏心盘和喷嘴模式转盘,造泡偏心盘与喷嘴模式转盘的轴心通过定位螺钉固定连接,造泡偏心盘与喷嘴模式转盘之间设有定位销,造泡偏心盘的喷孔与喷嘴模式转盘的喷嘴对应,造泡偏心盘与空气混合联接管之间设有金属发泡棉。本发明的优点为:结构设计合理,具有与造泡组件优化匹配且便于切换的多喷射模式,在优化造泡效果的前提下极大地丰富了喷射形态,满足了不同身高的用户人群对各种物体表面的泡沫覆盖喷射要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及皂液造泡喷射装置技术领域,具体涉及一种与高压清洗机配套使用的多模式的高压泡沫喷枪。
背景技术
目前的高压泡沫喷枪通过旋转塑料护套改变不锈钢喷片的开度来获得泡沫从线性喷射到扇形喷射的渐变切换,喷射模式较为简单,无法充分满足用户在使用时的个性化要求。而用户在使用高压泡沫喷枪时需要更多方便切换的喷射模式来满足实际使用需求。
由于喷射模式直接影响流体在造泡组件内的流速、流量、流体方向等,从而会影响皂液的吸入量以及与空气混合比例,直接影响造泡效果,因此喷射模式的丰富多样化始终是一个技术难点。目前尚没有一款更多喷射模式且便于切换的高压泡沫喷枪来更好满足用户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设计合理、具有与造泡组件优化匹配的多喷射模式便于切换的高压泡沫喷枪。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,包括造泡组件和喷射模式组件,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间设有护套,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间通过护套内设置的空气混合联接管连接,所述喷射模式组件包括造泡偏心盘和喷嘴模式转盘,造泡偏心盘与喷嘴模式转盘的轴心通过定位螺钉固定连接,造泡偏心盘与喷嘴模式转盘之间设有带弹簧的定位销,造泡偏心盘的喷孔与喷嘴模式转盘的喷嘴对应,造泡偏心盘与空气混合联接管之间设有金属发泡棉。
进一步地,所述喷嘴模式转盘设有垂直扇形喷嘴、水平扇形喷嘴、锥形喷嘴、下压形喷嘴和直线形喷嘴。
进一步地,所述造泡组件从下至上依次连接皂液瓶、吸管、连接件、瓶盖、四通阀体、调节阀和调节旋钮,调节旋钮通过螺钉固定于调节阀上,四通阀体内设有高压节流喷嘴,四通阀体左端与空气混合联接管连接,四通阀体右端与快速接头连接,四通阀体上端与调节阀连接,四通阀体下端与吸入皂液的连接件连接,吸管一端伸入皂液瓶的皂液内,另一端与连接件相连。
进一步地,所述调节旋钮带动调节阀上下位移使得调节阀与四通阀门之间形成空气间隙。

本发明多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,结构设计合理,具有与造泡组件优化匹配且便于切换的多喷射模式,在优化造泡效果的前提下极大地丰富了喷射形态,满足了不同身高的用户人群对各种物体表面的泡沫覆盖喷射要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的实施例作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,包括造泡组件和喷射模式组件,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间设有护套11,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间通过护套11内设置的空气混合联接管9连接。所述造泡组件从下至上依次连接皂液瓶1、吸管2、连接件3、瓶盖4、四通阀体5、调节阀6和调节旋钮7,调节旋钮7通过螺钉固定于调节阀6上。如图13所示,四通阀体5内设有高压节流喷嘴8,四通阀体5左端与空气混合联接管9连接,四通阀体5右端与快速接头10连接,四通阀体5上端与调节阀6连接,四通阀体5下端与吸入皂液的连接件3连接,快速接头10与高压节流喷嘴8连通。吸管2一端伸入皂液瓶1的皂液内,另一端与连接件3相连。如图8、9、10、11、12所示,所述喷射模式组件包括造泡偏心盘12和喷嘴模式转盘13,造泡偏心盘12与喷嘴模式转盘13通过轴孔配合定位后用定位螺钉16固定连接;为防止两部件接合后漏水增加,在造泡偏心盘12喷孔与喷嘴模式转盘13喷嘴的接合处设置密封圈17;为了使喷嘴模式转盘13在旋转时能准确定位,造泡偏心盘12与喷嘴模式转盘13之间设有带弹簧的定位销14;造泡偏心盘12后侧凹槽卡接空气混合联接管9,造泡偏心盘12后侧凹槽内设有金属发泡棉15。
如图2所示,所述喷嘴模式转盘设有A.垂直扇形喷嘴、B.水平扇形喷嘴、C.锥形喷嘴、D.下压形喷嘴和E.直线形喷嘴。如图3所示,A.垂直扇形喷嘴的特点为左右摆动即可覆盖较大喷射面,适合于较宽或水平距离较长的表面。如图4所示,B.水平扇形喷嘴的特点为上下摆动即可覆盖较大喷射面,适合于较高物体表面。如图5所示,C.锥形喷嘴的特点为喷射覆盖面大,适合于大面积且形状不规则的物体表面或大面积地面。如图6所示,D.下压形喷嘴的特点为左右摆动即可覆盖喷射面,适合于喷射物体水平顶面,例如车顶。如图7所示,E.直线形喷嘴的特点为喷射冲击力大,可直接冲刷污垢,适合于凹凸不平、缝隙及死角等场景。
如图14所示,所述调节旋钮7带动调节阀6上下位移使得调节阀6与四通阀门5之间形成空气间隙。调节阀6向上移动,阀门打开,空气进入;调节阀6向下移动,阀门关闭,与空气隔绝。当调节旋钮7顺时针旋转时,调节阀6下移,调节阀6与四通阀门5的间隙慢慢缩小,此时四通阀门5内的真空度渐渐增大,皂液在负压的作用下被吸入四通阀门5;随着真空度越来越大,吸力也随之增大,使得皂液吸入量增加。反之亦然。
如图13所示,皂液吸入到四通阀门5内后与快速接头10接通的高压水混合,然后通过四通阀体5内设有的高压节流喷嘴8喷出。
本发明多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将皂液与清水按比例混合后的液体加入皂液瓶1内,瓶盖4旋紧皂液瓶1;
(2)依次组装连接造泡组件和喷射模式组件的各个零部件;
(3)将高压水喷枪或高压清洗机喷枪与快速接头10连接;
(4)旋转喷嘴模式转盘13选择所需要的喷嘴模式,并与造泡偏心盘12喷孔对应,此时可感知定位销14准确入位的声音;
(5)旋转调节旋钮7带动调节阀6的上下位移,调节旋钮7顺时针旋转到底时皂液吸入量最大,反之则最小;
(6)打开高压水喷枪或高压清洗机开关待高压泵达到额定压力范围后将泡沫喷枪对准目标喷射物表面,高压清水进入四通阀体5,此时皂液通过吸管2及连接件3吸入四通阀体5并与高压清水混合,混合后的液体通过四通阀体5内的高压节流喷嘴8喷出,混合液体通过空气混合连接套9内与空气混合后经由其末端的锥形喷孔喷出,混合液体高速撞击金属发泡棉15后泡沫化,最后通过造泡偏心盘12及喷嘴模式转盘13上所选取的某种喷嘴喷射到目标物体表面。
以上所述仅是本发明优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,包括造泡组件和喷射模式组件,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间设有护套,造泡组件与喷射模式组件之间通过护套内设置的空气混合联接管连接,其特征在于:所述喷射模式组件包括造泡偏心盘和喷嘴模式转盘,造泡偏心盘与喷嘴模式转盘的轴心通过定位螺钉固定连接,造泡偏心盘与喷嘴模式转盘之间设有带弹簧的定位销,造泡偏心盘的喷孔与喷嘴模式转盘的喷嘴对应,造泡偏心盘与空气混合联接管之间设有金属发泡棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,其特征在于:所述喷嘴模式转盘设有垂直扇形喷嘴、水平扇形喷嘴、锥形喷嘴、下压形喷嘴和直线形喷嘴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,其特征在于:所述造泡组件从下至上依次连接皂液瓶、吸管、连接件、瓶盖、四通阀体、调节阀和调节旋钮,调节旋钮通过螺钉固定于调节阀上,四通阀体内设有高压节流喷嘴,四通阀体左端与空气混合联接管连接,四通阀体右端与快速接头连接,四通阀体上端与调节阀连接,四通阀体下端与吸入皂液的连接件连接,吸管一端伸入皂液瓶的皂液内,另一端与连接件相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多模式的高压泡沫喷枪,其特征在于:所述调节旋钮带动调节阀上下位移使得调节阀与四通阀门之间形成空气间隙。
