The method takes a corium Elaeagni extract as a plant tanning agent to tanne the garment leather acid skin and establishes a corium Elaeagni extract main tanning process, and specifically comprises the steps of pickling and softening, alkali extraction, tanning, neutralization, and building up after going out of a drum. The obtained leather has high softness, obvious thickening and light color, and the shrinkage temperature of the leather can reach over 75 ℃. The tanning agent is green and environment-friendly, equipment used for tanning is low in cost, the process is simple, the efficiency is high, the performance of leather is good, and the method is beneficial to clean production in the leather industry.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a leather tanning process for leather main tanning.
Background
The tanning agent is the key for converting the raw hide into the leather, and the currently applied tanning agents comprise a chromium tanning agent, an aluminum tanning agent, a zirconium tanning agent, an iron tanning agent, a plant tanning agent, an aldehyde tanning agent, a synthetic tanning agent and the like, wherein the leather tanned by the chromium tanning agent is widely applied with the advantages of good temperature and water resistance, high shrinkage temperature and the like. Because of the limited chromium resources in China, a great deal of pollution is generated in the chromium tanning process, and great influence is generated on the environment and the human health, people are always searching for a cleaner and more environment-friendly tanning agent. The plant tanning agent as a pure natural extracted tanning agent has the characteristics of small environmental pollution, no toxicity, reproducibility, easy degradation and the like, and is receiving more and more attention. The corium indicum is a shrub plant widely distributed in China and contains rich tannin components, the corium indicum tannin extract is used as a tanning agent, a main tanning process for pickled leather is established, the process is green and environment-friendly, the operation steps are simple, the tanning time is short, and the tanned leather has good performance.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
