Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a lingual auditory ossicle prosthesis.
Background
The middle ear ossicles (consisting of three ossicles, called ossicular chain, in turn from outside to inside: malleus, incus, stapes consisting of the stapes arch and the stapes floor, the latter in contact with the perilymph fluid of the inner ear, the last structure of the middle ear transmitting vibrations to the inner ear) are often damaged due to diseases, trauma or congenital anomalies. If such damage results in a discontinuous or fixed ossicular chain between the tympanic membrane and the stapes footplate, vibrations transmitted from the tympanic membrane are not effectively transmitted to the stapes footplate, resulting in conductive hearing loss. When the damaged ossicles are replaced by the ossicular prosthesis, the vibrations transmitted from the tympanic membrane are transmitted by the ossicular prosthesis to the footplate of the stapes, thereby partially or completely compensating for the conductive hearing loss caused by the damaged ossicles. Some or all of these ossicles may be replaced with small prostheses.
At present, ossicular prostheses are generally composed of a top plate, a connecting rod and a base, thereby forming an ossicular chain which replaces the malleus, the incus and the stapes. The existing ossicular prosthesis is found when in use, and the stability between the ossicular prosthesis and the hammer bone is poor when in use; the top disc is fixed with the connecting rod, so that the movable range is limited, and the hard connection mode cannot bear the pressure change impact of the middle ear cavity; in addition, the base is a solid platform, so that the base is difficult to firmly connect with the footplate of the stapes on one hand, and peripheral soft tissues are difficult to fuse with the footplate of the stapes on the other hand.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lingual auditory ossicle prosthesis which can form good support with malleus, enhance stability, has a wide range of motion, is convenient for adjusting a use angle, is convenient for being connected with a footplate of the stapes and accelerates healing.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
A lingual auditory ossicle prosthesis comprises a top disk, a connecting rod and a base; the side edge of the top disc is provided with an S-shaped supporting tongue body which can be matched with the hammer bone; the top disc is connected with the connecting rod through a ball joint; the base bottom is equipped with the recess, still is equipped with a set of vertical through-hole on the base.
Further, the groove of the base is a triangular groove axially arranged along the base.
Further, two sides of the base are respectively provided with a vertical triangular opening.
Further, the through holes comprise four through holes, and the four through holes are distributed on the base in a rectangular shape.
Further, a buffer spring is arranged in the ball joint.
Further, the top plate is circular or elliptical.
Further, the ball-and-socket joint is located in the center or eccentric position of the top disk.
Further, the ribs of the top plate are S-shaped.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. The supporting tongue body is matched with the malleus, so that a good support can be formed between the ossicular prosthesis and the malleus, and the stability is enhanced;
2. The top disc is connected with the connecting rod through the ball-and-socket joint, so that the angle between the top disc and the connecting rod can be flexibly and conveniently adjusted, and the requirements of relative position change between the tympanic membrane and the ossicular prosthesis caused by pressure change of different middle ear cavities are met;
3. The ribs on the top disc are arranged in an S shape, so that the visual field during operation can be enlarged, the occurrence of blind areas can be reduced, and the quality of ossicular prostheses can be reduced;
4. The buffer spring is arranged in the ball joint, so that partial middle ear air pressure change can be buffered, the pressure of the top disc on the tympanic membrane is reduced, the damage of the top disc on the tympanic membrane is further reduced, and the implant stripping rate is reduced;
5. the grooves at the bottom of the base and the triangular openings at the two sides of the base can be matched with the residual bulge on the stapes bottom plate, so that the base and the stapes bottom plate are more tightly connected, and peripheral tissues can grow in conveniently, thereby playing a role in fixation;
6. The through holes on the base can reduce the weight of the base, reduce the overall quality, and facilitate the growth of surrounding tissues, thereby fixing the ossicular prosthesis.
