Background
Diodes, electronic components, a device with two electrodes, allow current to flow only in a single direction, and many applications use the rectifying function. And the varactor is used as an electronically tunable capacitor. The current directivity that most diodes have is commonly referred to as the "rectifying" function. The most common function of a diode is to allow current to pass in only a single direction, but to block current in the reverse direction. Thus, the diode can be thought of as an electronic version of the check valve. The chip of the diode needs to be acid-washed in the production process of the diode.
However, in the process of diode acid washing, a large number of chips are accumulated in the acid washing tank for acid washing, but the chips in the acid washing tank cannot be stirred due to the fragility of the chips, so that the reaction effect of the large number of chips in the acid washing process cannot be the same, and some chips are excessively discarded by acid washing, and some chips are not completely reprocessed by acid washing, but the chips are too small, so that the selection is very laborious. In view of the above, the invention provides a diode pickling device, which has the following characteristics:
(1) according to the diode pickling equipment, the rotating mechanism and the storage mechanism are matched for use, so that the rotating mechanism drives the storage mechanism to rotate in the pickling solution of the pickling tank, the pickling solution in the pickling tank is stirred, the concentration of the reacted pickling solution is increased, the continuous reaction of the chip is facilitated, the reaction of the chip and the pickling solution is accelerated, and the reaction effect of the chip is ensured to be the same.
(2) According to the diode pickling equipment, the rotating mechanism is matched with the supporting mechanism and the reinforcing mechanism, so that the supporting mechanism is conveniently fixed to the top end of a pickling tank, the reinforcing mechanism is used for preventing the supporting mechanism from deviating, and therefore the meshed teeth of the second gear and the rack in the rotating mechanism are prevented from being dislocated to cause damage to the meshed teeth of the second gear and the rack.
(3) According to the diode pickling equipment, the stirring mechanism is used for stirring the pickling solution in the pickling tank, so that the concentration and the temperature of each part of the pickling solution are the same, the reaction degree of the same batch of chips and the pickling solution is the same, and the batch production of the chips is facilitated.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a diode pickling device, which is characterized in that a rotating mechanism and a storage mechanism are used in a matched manner, so that the rotating mechanism drives the storage mechanism to rotate in pickling solution in a pickling tank, the pickling solution in the pickling tank is stirred, the concentration of the reacted pickling solution is improved, the continuous reaction of a chip is facilitated, the reaction of the chip and the pickling solution is accelerated, the same reaction effect of the chip is ensured, the supporting mechanism is conveniently fixed at the top end of the pickling tank by using the rotating mechanism in a matched manner and a reinforcing mechanism, the supporting mechanism is prevented from offsetting by using the reinforcing mechanism, the grinding teeth of a second gear and a rack in the rotating mechanism are prevented from being dislocated, the grinding teeth of the second gear and the rack are damaged, the pickling solution in the pickling tank is stirred by using the stirring mechanism, thereby ensuring that the concentration and the temperature of each part of the pickling solution are the same, ensuring that the reaction degree of the chips in the same batch and the pickling solution is the same, and being beneficial to the batch production of the chips.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the diode pickling equipment, the rotating mechanism and the storage mechanism are matched for use, so that the rotating mechanism drives the storage mechanism to rotate in the pickling solution of the pickling tank, the pickling solution in the pickling tank is stirred, the concentration of the reacted pickling solution is increased, the continuous reaction of the chip is facilitated, the reaction of the chip and the pickling solution is accelerated, and the reaction effect of the chip is ensured to be the same.

Specifically, the storage mechanism 2 includes a cover 21 and a storage tube 22, a threaded circular groove is formed in one end of the first gear 51 away from the projection 56, a through hole with a diameter larger than that of the cover 21 is formed in a side wall of the support bar 72 away from the projection 56, the cover 21 is in threaded connection with the first gear 51, and the cover 21 is connected with the storage tube 22 in a clamping manner; so that the first gear 51 drives the storage tube 22 storing the chips to rotate, and the chips and the pickling solution can be fully reflected.
Specifically, the reinforcing mechanism 6 includes a fixing block 61 and a fixing rod 62, the bottom end of the fixing block 61 is fixedly connected to two ends of the top end of the supporting column 71, the fixing block 61 is fixedly connected to the center of the top end of the supporting column 71, a rectangular through hole is formed in the fixing block 61, the fixing rod 62 penetrates through the through hole in the fixing block 61, and the bottom end of the fixing rod 62 abuts against the top end of the supporting column 71 and the top end of the supporting rod 72; so that the supporting post 71 is more fixed to the supporting post 72, thereby preventing the position of the supporting post 72 on the supporting post 71 from being moved, and thus the teeth of the first gear 51 and the rack 53 from being damaged.

When the device is used, the chip is firstly put into the storage tube 22, then the cover 21 is clamped with the storage tube 22, then the cover 21 is in threaded connection with the first gear 51 on the support rod 72, then all the chips put into the storage tube 22 and the cover 21 are processed in the same way, the chips are in threaded connection with the first gear 51 on the support rod 72, then the second gear 52 at one end of the opening of the support rod 72 provided with the storage tube 22 is meshed with the rack 53, the clamping blocks 73 at two ends of the bottom end of the support rod 72 are clamped with the clamping grooves on the support column 71, so that the support rod 72 is arranged on the support column 71, then the fixing rod 62 penetrates through the through hole on the fixing block 61, so as to prevent the movement of the support rod 72 and ensure the meshing of the second gear 52 and the rack 53, then the power supply is switched on, the first motor 35 starts to rotate, so as to drive the rotating rod 33 and the fan blades 32 fixed on, the bearing 34 protects the pickling bath 1 and the rotating column, the protective cover 31 protects the fan blade 32 from being damaged, the fan blade 32 stirs the pickling solution in the pickling bath 1, thereby ensuring that the concentration and the temperature of each part of the temperature in the pickling solution are the same, being beneficial to the common reaction of the chips, the second motor 41 arranged on the fixed seat 42 drives the roller 54 in the protective shell 55 to rotate, thereby rotating the rack 53, and rotating the second gear 52 engaged with the rack 53, thereby driving the first gear 51 to rotate, thereby driving the storage tube 22 below the first gear 51 to rotate, the storage tube 22 is woven by acid-proof material, thereby having a plurality of holes, thereby facilitating the reaction between the chip in the storage tube 22 and the pickling solution in the pickling tank 1, thereby, the pickling solution with reduced concentration after the reaction around the chip flows, and the pickling solution with high concentration flows, thereby reducing the reaction process between the pickling solution and the chip.
