The existing FRP plate-matrix bonding test piece centering control is mainly performed by means of manual extrusion or C-shaped clamp pressurization, and the modes have poor centering effect and are easy to cause partial damage of the FRP plate. The existing method for controlling the thickness of the adhesive layer mainly searches steel balls, thin iron wires and the like which have the same thickness as the adhesive layer, and the steel balls, thin iron wires and the like are mixed into the adhesive layer to obtain the required thickness of the adhesive layer through extrusion. In addition, the efficiency of the traditional FRP plate-matrix bonding test piece manufacturing process is low.
