The additive comprises sodium silicate, sodium stearate and sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the mass ratio of the components is 3: 2: 1, the granularity of zeolite is 80 meshes, the granularity of bamboo charcoal is 100 meshes, and the granularity of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide is 300 meshes.
The specific preparation method of the ecological straw board comprises the following steps:
1. selecting high-quality straw stalks, and crushing the straw stalks until the granularity is 50 meshes;

4. manufacturing a slab with a certain shape on a plate forming machine by using the mixture;
5. and standing the plate blank for 24 hours to obtain the high-performance ecological straw plate.
The obtained ecological straw board is subjected to mechanical strength test by adopting a DYE-300KN digital compression and bending testing machine, wherein the compression strength is 4.82MPa, and the bending strength is 4.30 MPa.

The raw materials of the ecological straw board comprise the following components in parts by mass:
50 parts of straw, 3.997 parts of bamboo charcoal, 4 parts of zeolite, 12 parts of magnesium oxide, 6 parts of aluminum oxide, 4 parts of silicic acid, 10 parts of calcium oxide and 10 parts of water.
The particle size of the zeolite is 80 meshes, the particle size of the bamboo charcoal is 100 meshes, and the particle sizes of the calcium oxide, the magnesium oxide and the aluminum oxide are all 300 meshes.

Claims (6)
1. The inorganic adhesive for preparing the straw board is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
6-12 parts of magnesium oxide;
5-8 parts of aluminum oxide;
5-10 parts of calcium oxide;
4-9 parts of silicic acid;
0.5-5 parts of zeolite;
3-10 parts of bamboo charcoal;
0.003 to 0.009 part of additive;
the additive is sodium silicate, sodium stearate and sodium dodecyl sulfate according to the weight ratio of 3: (0.1-2): (0.1-0.5) by mass ratio.
2. The inorganic adhesive as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the bamboo charcoal is 50-150 meshes; the particle size of the zeolite is 50-150 meshes; the particle size of the calcium oxide and/or the magnesium oxide and/or the aluminum oxide is 200-400 meshes.
3. An ecological straw board, the raw materials of which comprise the inorganic adhesive as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and further comprise the following components in parts by weight:
42-80 parts of straw;
6-12 parts of water.
4. The ecological straw board of claim 3, wherein the straw is one or more of corn straw, wheat straw and rice straw, and the size of the straw is 20-150 mesh.
5. A method for preparing the ecological straw board as claimed in claim 3, which comprises the following steps: mixing straws, water and an inorganic adhesive, and forming into the ecological straw board.
6. The method for preparing ecological straw boards as claimed in claim 5, comprising the following steps:
firstly, mixing calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide and water according to selected parts by weight;
and secondly, adding crushed straws into the mixture obtained in the first step, adding silicic acid, bamboo charcoal, zeolite and an additive into the mixture, and mixing to obtain a mixture of the inorganic adhesive and the straws, wherein the additive accounts for 0.003-0.009 parts by mass, and the additive is sodium silicate, sodium stearate and sodium dodecyl sulfate according to the ratio of 3: (0.1-2): (0.1-0.5) by mass ratio;
thirdly, forming the mixture obtained in the second step on a plate forming machine to prepare a plate blank;
and fourthly, standing the slab obtained in the third step to obtain the ecological straw board.
