Abstract
The invention provides a flexible screen fixing and transporting device which comprises a base (100), a fixing component and a top cover (200) arranged corresponding to the base, wherein a flexible screen (400) is fixed on the base through the fixing component, the top cover is arranged above the base in a covering mode, and a support (110) is arranged on the base; the fixing component comprises a rotating shaft (300), two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with two fixing discs (310), and a plurality of fixing pieces for fixing the flexible screen are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the fixing discs; the rotating shaft is erected on the bracket. The invention can ensure that the bending deformation area of the flexible screen is not large, can ensure that the flexible screen is not damaged by friction in the transportation process, and has simple structure, safety and reliability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flexible screen fixing and transporting device, and belongs to the technical field of transportation device manufacturing.
Background
Currently, projection apparatuses have been commonly used. In the using process, the used scene can be changed continuously, and in order to obtain a good projection effect, a special flexible screen can be configured. These flexible screens may have some bending deformation curvature, but if it is exceeded it will be irreversibly damaged, such as: creases, and the like. However, the existing flexible screen is transported in a folding mode or a rolling mode, the folding mode is easy to produce creases, and the rolling mode causes the multi-layer support formed by the staggered parts of the flexible screen to be aggregated in the transportation process, so that friction and damage occur. Therefore, the existing fixing and transporting modes of the flexible screen greatly threaten the flexible screen, and a screen fixing and transporting device is urgently needed to be developed, so that the bending deformation area of the flexible screen is not large, and the screen can be guaranteed not to be rubbed and damaged in the transporting process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the defects of the prior art are overcome, and the flexible screen fixing and transporting device is simple in structure, safe and reliable, and can ensure that the flexible screen is not large in bending deformation area and can be prevented from being damaged by friction in the transporting process.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a flexible screen fixing and transporting device comprises a base, a fixing component and a top cover arranged corresponding to the base, wherein a flexible screen is fixed on the base through the fixing component, the top cover is arranged above the base in a covering mode, and a support is arranged on the base; the fixing assembly comprises a rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with two fixing discs, and a plurality of fixing pieces for fixing the flexible screen are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the fixing discs; the rotating shaft is erected on the bracket.
In order to enhance the rigidity of the fixed disk, the inner side of the fixed disk is also provided with a flange plate, and the flange plate and the fixed disk are tightly fixed at two ends of the rotating shaft.
In order to prevent the fixed disc from axially moving on the rotating shaft and further avoid friction between the fixed disc and the support, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a limiting element, and each limiting element is respectively arranged at the inner side of the support and the outer side of the fixed disc.
In order to ensure that the flexible screen does not generate friction after being fixed, a plurality of fixing pieces are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two fixed disks in a spiral line A gradually opening mode.
In order to keep the flexible screen in a tensioning state while firmly positioning, the fixing piece comprises a sheep eye screw and an elastic element, the sheep eye screw is fixed on the fixing disc, screen openings are formed in the side edge of the flexible screen, and hooks on two sides of the elastic element are connected between the sheep eye part of the sheep eye screw and the screen openings respectively.
In order to ensure that the fixing assembly can be stably positioned between the base and the top cover in the transportation process, the top end of the support is provided with a U-shaped bottom groove, and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively erected on the U-shaped bottom groove; u-shaped top grooves are correspondingly formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the top cover; when the top cover is arranged above the base, the U-shaped top groove and the U-shaped bottom groove are correspondingly matched, and the two ends of the rotating shaft are radially clamped and fixed.
Furthermore, the bracket is provided with a bracket opening, and the fixed disk is correspondingly provided with a fixed disk opening; when the flexible screen is completely fixed on the fixing component, the support opening and the fixing disc opening are aligned in position and penetrate through the positioning bolt to fix the support opening and the fixing disc opening. The opening positions of the support opening and the fixing disc opening are corresponding to multiple groups. The positioning bolt can be a bolt, a screw or a stud according to requirements.
In conclusion, the invention provides the flexible screen fixing and transporting device, which can ensure that the bending deformation area of the flexible screen is not large, can ensure that the flexible screen is not damaged by friction in the transporting process, and has the advantages of simple structure, safety and reliability.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the flexible screen fixing and transporting device of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a flexible screen fixing and transporting device, which comprises a base 100, a fixing component and a top cover 200 corresponding to the base 100, wherein in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the top cover 200 is buckled on the base 100. The flexible screen 400 is fixed on the base 100 through a fixing component, the top cover 200 covers the base 100, and the support 110 is arranged on the base 100. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a fixing assembly according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing assembly includes a rotating shaft 300, two fixing discs 310 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rotating shaft 300, and a plurality of fixing members for fixing the flexible screen are correspondingly disposed on opposite surfaces of the fixing discs 310; the rotation shaft 300 is mounted on the bracket 110. In order to enhance the rigidity of the fixed disk, a flange 320 is further disposed on the inner side of the fixed disk 310, and the fixed disk and the flange are tightly fixed at two ends of the rotating shaft 300. In practical applications, the fixing plate 310 may be fixed to the flanges 320 at the left and right ends of the rotation shaft 300 by fastening screws. In order to ensure that the flexible screen does not generate friction after being fixed, a plurality of fixing members are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two fixed disks 310 in a way that the spiral line A gradually opens.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the fixing component of the present invention fixed on the base. As shown in fig. 3, in order to keep the flexible screen under tension while being firmly positioned, the fixing member includes a sheep eye screw 311 and an elastic element 312, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the elastic element 312 is a spring, but of course, a person skilled in the art may make other specific selections according to actual needs. The sheep-eye screw 311 is fixed on the fixed plate 310, a screen opening 410 is formed in the side edge of the flexible screen 400, and hooks on two sides of the elastic element 312 are connected between the sheep-eye portion of the sheep-eye screw 311 and the screen opening 410 respectively. Since a plurality of sheep eye screws are arranged on the inner side surface of the fixed disk 310 in a gradually-opened manner according to the spiral line a, and the sheep eye screws 311 on the fixed disks 310 on the left and right sides are aligned, the elastic elements 312 with hooks at both ends are used to fix the sheep eye positions of the screen opening 410 and the sheep eye screws 311. The flexible screen 400 is tightened by the tensile force of the elastic element 312 and is wound on the outer side of the rotating shaft 300 in a way that the spiral line a gradually opens.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to ensure that the fixing assembly can be stably positioned between the base 100 and the top cover 200 during transportation, a U-shaped bottom groove 111 is formed at the top end of the bracket 110, and two ends of the rotating shaft 300 are respectively erected on the U-shaped bottom groove 111. The inner walls of the two sides of the top cover 200 are correspondingly provided with U-shaped top grooves 210; when the top cover 200 covers the base 100, the U-shaped bottom groove 111 and the U-shaped top groove 210 are correspondingly engaged to radially clamp and fix the two ends of the rotating shaft 300, so as to prevent the rotating shaft 300 from moving upwards.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the bracket 110 has a bracket opening 112, and the fixing plate 310 has a fixing plate opening 313. After the flexible screen 400 is completely fixed on the fixing assembly, the bracket openings 112 and the fixing plate openings 313 are aligned and fixed to each other by inserting the positioning bolts 113, and the bracket openings 112 and the fixing plate openings 313 are provided in corresponding sets. The positioning bolt 113 may be a bolt, a screw or a stud, as required. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after the flexible screen 400 is fixed to the fixing member, the fixing plate opening 313 and the bracket opening 112 may be aligned and fixed using four sets of bolts, and the fixing plate 310 may not be rotated.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the limiting element of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in order to prevent the fixed disk 310 from moving axially on the rotating shaft 300 and further avoid friction between the fixed disk 310 and the bracket 110, two ends of the rotating shaft 300 are respectively provided with a limiting member 314, and each limiting member 314 is respectively arranged at an inner side of the bracket 110 and an outer side of the fixed disk 310.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fixing process of the present invention is as follows:
the rotating shaft 300 is placed on the bracket 110, so that both ends of the rotating shaft 300 are respectively embedded on the U-shaped bottom groove 111 of the bracket. Firstly, winding a section of flexible screen 400, and connecting an elastic element 312 with hooks at two ends with a screen opening 410 and a sheep eye screw 311; then the rotating shaft 300 is rotated again, and the newly wound part is connected with the screen opening 410 and the sheep eye screw 311 by the elastic element 312 with the hook; the rotating shaft 300 is rotated and fixed in this way until all the flexible screens 400 are completely fixed, so that the flexible screens 400 are tightened under the action of the tensile force of the elastic elements 312 and wound on the outer side of the rotating shaft 300 layer by layer in a way that the spiral line A gradually opens. Subsequently, the fixed plate opening 313 of the fixed plate 310 and the bracket opening 112 of the bracket 110 are aligned and fixed using four sets of bolts, and the fixed plate 310 cannot rotate. Finally, the whole top cover 200 is buckled from top to bottom, and the U-shaped top grooves 210 on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the top cover 200 are correspondingly matched and fixed with the U-shaped bottom grooves 111 on the bracket 110, so that the rotating shaft 300 is ensured not to move upwards. In addition, the limiting element 314 arranged on the rotating shaft 300 separates the bracket 110 and the fixed disk 310, and under the limiting action of the limiting element 314, the fixed disk 310 is effectively prevented from moving axially on the rotating shaft 300, so that friction between the fixed disk 310 and the bracket 110 is avoided.
The fixing process of the flexible screen is completed, and the flexible screen can be used for standing or transportation. Because flexible screen is tightened under elastic element's pulling force effect, twines in the pivot outside according to helix A mode of gradually opening, consequently, in the transportation, the screen can the shock attenuation under elastic element's effect, and helix A's design can ensure can not bump and rub between the adjacent screen to ensure the safety of screen. Simultaneously, fixed disk trompil and support trompil align and fix to can not produce the free rotation after guaranteeing that the flexible screen is fixed on fixed subassembly, the top cap has also guaranteed to make the flexible screen of fixing inside in the transportation be in airtight state, obtains effective protection.
In conclusion, the invention provides the flexible screen fixing and transporting device, which can ensure that the bending deformation area of the flexible screen is not large, can ensure that the flexible screen is not damaged by friction in the transporting process, and has the advantages of simple structure, safety and reliability.
Claims (8)
1. A flexible screen fixing and transporting device comprises a base (100), a fixing component and a top cover (200) arranged corresponding to the base, wherein a flexible screen (400) is fixed on the base through the fixing component, and the top cover is arranged above the base in a covering mode, and is characterized in that a support (110) is arranged on the base; the fixing assembly comprises a rotating shaft (300), two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a fixing disc (310), and a plurality of fixing pieces for fixing the flexible screen are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the fixing discs; the rotating shaft is erected on the bracket; the fixing pieces are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two fixed disks (310) in a way that the spiral line (A) is gradually opened.
2. The flexible screen-holding transport device of claim 1, wherein the fixed plate (310) further comprises a flange (320) on the inner side, and the flange is tightly fixed to both ends of the shaft (300).
3. The flexible screen-holding transport device of claim 2, wherein the rotation shaft (300) is provided at both ends thereof with stopper members (314), respectively, each of which is provided at a position inside the bracket (110) and outside the fixed plate (310), respectively.

The flexible screen-fixing transportation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fixing member comprises a sheep-eye screw (311) fixed to the fixing plate (310) and an elastic member (312) having a screen opening (410) formed at a side of the flexible screen (400), and hooks at both sides of the elastic member are respectively coupled between the sheep-eye portion of the sheep-eye screw and the screen opening.

The flexible screen fixing and transporting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top end of the bracket (110) is provided with a U-shaped bottom groove (111), and two ends of the rotating shaft (300) are respectively erected on the U-shaped bottom groove; the inner walls of the two sides of the top cover (200) are correspondingly provided with U-shaped top grooves (210); when the top cover is arranged above the base, the U-shaped top groove and the U-shaped bottom groove are correspondingly matched, and the two ends of the rotating shaft are radially clamped and fixed.
6. The flexible screen fixed transportation device of any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the bracket (110) is provided with a bracket opening (112), and the fixed disk (310) is correspondingly provided with a fixed disk opening (313); when the flexible screen (400) is completely fixed on the fixing component, the positions of the support opening and the fixing disc opening are aligned and a positioning bolt (113) is arranged in a penetrating way to fix the support opening and the fixing disc opening with each other.
7. The flexible screen mount transport device of claim 6, wherein the locating pegs (113) are bolts, screws or studs.
8. The flexible screen-holding transport device of claim 6, wherein the openings of the bracket openings (112) and the fixed tray openings (313) are in corresponding sets.
