In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second power device is a second air cylinder 6, the plugging device includes a housing 15, a rotating shaft 14, a spring 16 and a plugging plate 17, one end of the rotating shaft 14 sequentially penetrates through the top end of the collecting box 1 and the compacting device and is fixedly connected with the plugging plate 17, the rotating shaft 14 is installed at the top end of the collecting box 1 through a bearing 20, the spring 16 and the housing 15 are sequentially sleeved on the other end of the rotating shaft 14 from inside to outside, the size of the plugging plate 17 is larger than that of the second paper inlet 13, and the second air cylinder 6 is connected with the rotating shaft 14 through a rocker 18 to drive the rotating shaft 14 to rotate.
In a specific working process, the output end of the second cylinder 6 stretches and contracts to drive the rocker arm 18 to rotate, the rocker arm 18 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 14 connected with the rocker arm 18 to synchronously rotate, the rotating shaft 14 rotates the blocking plate 17 to close the second paper inlet 13, when the first cylinder 5 drives the pressing device to move downwards, the pressing device drives the blocking plate 17 to synchronously move downwards, the spring 16 compresses, and when the first cylinder 5 drives the pressing device to move upwards, the blocking plate 17 can automatically return to an initial position under the action of the spring 16.
