Detailed Description
The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, a side wing adjusting device 10 of a chair according to the present invention is mainly disposed on a side wing 30 of a chair 20 having a side wing 31 and a covering member 32 covering the side wing 31, and includes a limiting member 40, a fixing member 50, an air bag 60 and a rotating member 70.
The position-limiting component 40 is disposed on the wing plate 31, and has a position-limiting plate 42 spaced from the wing plate 31 and forming an actuating space 41 with the wing plate 31, and two ends of the position-limiting plate 42 respectively extend toward the wing plate 31 to form a supporting plate 43, so that the wing plate 31, the position-limiting plate 42 and two supporting plates 43 form the actuating space 41, and one side of the actuating space 41 is an open end 44, and each supporting plate 43 is connected with a positioning plate 45 for fixing on the wing plate 31, so that the position-limiting component 40 is fixed on the wing plate 31 by using two positioning plates 45.
The fixing component 50 is used to fix the position-limiting component 40 on the side wing plate 31, and has a main body 51 arranged on one end edge 33 of the side wing plate 31, and the main body 51 is extended toward the two positioning plates 45 of the position-limiting assembly 40 and is provided with a fixing portion 52 corresponding to the positioning plates 45, so that the two fixing portions 52 are used to fix the positioning plates 45 on the side wing plates 31, in the present embodiment, each positioning plate 45 is disposed between each fixing portion 52 and the side wing 31, the fixing manner can be riveting or screwing, for example, a first fixing hole 46 is respectively formed on each positioning plate 45, each fixing portion 52 is provided with a second fixing hole 53, so that a bolt or a rivet can be inserted through the first fixing hole 46 and the second fixing hole 53 to be screwed or riveted on the side wing plate 31. In addition, two extending portions 54 are further disposed on the main body 51 between the two fixing portions 52 and spaced from each other and extending toward the actuating space 41, the end of each extending portion 54 is respectively disposed with a shaft portion 55 located above the open end 44 of the actuating space 41, the two shaft portions 55 are located on the same center, each shaft portion 55 has a shaft hole 56, and one side of each shaft portion 55 has a breaking portion 57, and the diameter of the breaking portion 57 is smaller than the inner diameter of the shaft hole 56.
The air bag 60 is disposed in the operation space 41, and the air bag 60 can have an inflation state and a deflation state in the operation space 41 by an air pump (which is not described herein in detail for the prior art). The inflation state refers to a state in which the air bag 60 is filled with air by introducing air into the air bag 60 through the air pump, and the deflation state refers to a state in which the air bag 60 is not filled with air and is flat.
The rotating component 70 is axially disposed on the fixing component 50, and has a shaft portion 71 axially disposed with respect to the two shaft center portions 55 of the fixing component 50, in this embodiment, the shaft portion 71 is respectively disposed with a shaft connecting section 72 at a position corresponding to the two shaft center portions 55, each shaft connecting section 72 has a shaft rod 73 axially disposed in the shaft hole 56 through the breaking portion 57, so that the rotating component 70 can rotate in the shaft hole 56 by using the shaft rod 73. The rotating component 70 further has a supporting plate 74 extending from the shaft portion 71 toward the covering member 32 of the wing portion 30 and being substantially arc-shaped, and a pushing plate 75 extending from the shaft portion 71 toward the actuating space 41 and extending into the actuating space 41, wherein the pushing plate 75 is located between the air bag 60 and the wing plate 31 in the actuating space 41, in other words, the air bag 60 is located between the pushing plate 75 and the limiting plate 42.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the present invention is assembled, the rotating component 70 is first axially disposed in the axial hole 56 through the shaft rod 73 and the breaking portion 57, so that the rotating component 70 can be mounted on the fixing component 50, the rotating component 70 rotates around the axial center portion 55 of the fixing component 50, the air bag 60 is then disposed between the pushing plate 75 and the limiting plate 42, and finally the limiting component 40 and the fixing component 50 are fixed on the flank plate 31 by the positioning plate 45 and the fixing portion 52 through bolts or rivets, so as to complete the assembly of the flank adjusting device 10, thereby effectively simplifying the assembly process and improving the assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the flap adjusting apparatus 10 of the present invention is applied to the seat 20, when the air bag 60 is in the air-exhausting state, the supporting plate 74 of the rotating component 70 is influenced by the pulling force of the covering member 32, so that the supporting plate 74 is pushed toward the side wing plate 31, the rotating component 70 rotates around the axial center portion 55, at this time, the pushing plate 75 is driven by the supporting plate 74 to rotate toward the limiting plate 42, so that the air bag 60 is compressed between the pushing plate 75 and the limiting plate 42, and the rotating component 70 is located at an initial state, and the flap portion 30 is in an uncovered state on the seat 20.
When the air bag 60 is in the inflated state, because the air bag 60 is acted by the air pump, an inflated state is gradually formed between the pushing plate 75 and the limiting plate 42, when the air bag 60 is in the inflated state, because the limiting plate 42 is fixed on the flank plate 31, the pushing plate 75 is pushed by the air bag 60 toward the flank plate 31 along with the inflated state of the air bag 60, and when the pushing plate 75 is pushed by the air bag 60, the supporting plate 74 is simultaneously driven to rotate toward the direction of the inside of the seat 20, at this time, the supporting plate 74 drives the covering member 32 to rotate toward the direction of the inside of the seat, so that the wing portion 30 is adjusted toward a predetermined direction of the seat 20, which is the direction in which the wing portion 30 rotates toward the inside of the seat 20, so that the rotating component 70 is in a rotating state on the fixing component 50, the side wing portion 30 is formed in a covering state on the seat 20. When the air bag 60 is deflated, the supporting plate 74 is driven by the covering member 32 to rotate about the shaft portion 71, so that the wing portion 30 is returned to the seat 20, and the rotating component 70 is returned to the initial state.
As mentioned above, when the air bag 60 is inflated between the pushing plate 75 and the position-limiting plate 42 by the air pump, the air bag 60 will gradually expand with the amount of inflation, the greater the inflation amount, the greater the rotation amount of the wing 30 on the seat 20, whereas the smaller the inflation amount, the smaller the rotation amount of the wing 30 on the seat 20, and further adjust the angle of the wing 30 with the inflation amount, so as to improve the covering performance of the seat 20.
Compared with the prior art, the assembly of the present invention can be completed by only axially disposing the rotating component 70 on the fixing component 50, installing the air bag 60 between the pushing plate 75 and the limiting plate 42, and finally fixing the limiting component 40 and the fixing component 50 on the side wing plate 31 at the same time, so as to simplify the assembly process and improve the production efficiency of the seat 20.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.
