Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the full-automatic pin machine of the present invention is used for inserting pins 1 into a plastic case 2. The contact pin 1 is clamped on the contact pin clamping band 31 before assembly, and the contact pin clamping band 31 is coiled into a material reel. The plastic shell feeding device mainly comprises a machine case 3, a material frame 5, a main flow channel 71, a plastic shell feeding device 10, a push pin device 14 and a riveting device 22. The top of the case 3 is provided with a table top 4. The material frame 5 is arranged on one side of the table top 4, and at least one rotatable terminal disc 6 is arranged above the material frame, and the terminal disc 6 is used for mounting a material loading disc. The main runner 71 is transversely arranged in the middle of the table top 4 and is provided with a main material groove 7 for conveying a needle seat 102, a main feeding push rod 8 is arranged at the front end of the main material groove 7, the main feeding push rod 8 is connected with a main air cylinder 9, and the needle seat 102 in the main material groove 7 is pushed forward through the main feeding push rod 8 and the main air cylinder 9. The pin 1 is pushed forward through the pin pushing block 16 and the pin pushing block air cylinder 18, and the pin trough 15 is lifted upwards by the lifting air cylinder 17 during pushing, so that the pin 1 is placed in the pin trough 21 of the pin placing seat 19. Then the inserting needle 1 in the needle groove 21 is pre-inserted into the plastic shell 2 through the inserting needle push rod 51 and the inserting needle push rod air cylinder 52. The riveting device 22 is arranged behind the push pin device 14 and is provided with a riveting rod 23, the riveting rod 23 is connected with a riveting cylinder 24, and the riveting rod 23 is provided with a riveting head 25 which can extend into the inner cavity of the plastic shell 2. When the needle seat 102 of the pre-inserted block is conveyed, the pin 1 is riveted into the plastic shell 2 through the riveting rod 23 and the riveting cylinder 24.
Further, the fully automatic pin machine further comprises a testing device 26, the testing device 26 is oppositely arranged at two sides of the rear end of the main trough 7, a group of testing pins 27 are arranged on the testing device and are used for being in contact with the pins 1 on the plastic shell 2, the testing pins 27 are arranged on a testing pin mounting seat 28, the testing pin mounting seat 28 is arranged on a testing pin sliding block 29, and the testing pin sliding block 29 is connected with a testing pin cylinder 30. When the riveted needle seat 102 is conveyed, the test needle 27 is contacted with the contact pin 1 at the front end, and the rear end can be connected with a testing machine through a flat cable for detecting whether the problems of needle lack, needle deviation and the like exist.
Further, a pin separation push rod 32 for separating the pins 1 from the pin cassette 31 is arranged above the pin placement seat 19 of the pin pushing device 14, the upper end of the pin separation push rod 32 is connected with a pin separation cylinder 33, a grid groove 34 is arranged at the top of the pin separation push rod 32, and a relief groove 35 for inserting the top of the pin separation push rod 32 is arranged on the pin placement seat 19. When the pin separating push rod 32 is pressed down, the pin 1 can be separated from the pin clamping band 31, so that the pin push rod 51 can conveniently insert the pin 1 into the plastic shell 2.
Further, a plastic shell positioning device 36 is arranged in the main trough 7, the plastic shell positioning device 36 mainly comprises a stirring block 37 and a brake block 38, the stirring block 37 is connected with the lower part of the main trough 7 in a shaft way, one side of the stirring block is provided with a return spring 39, the brake block 38 is slidably arranged above the main trough 7, the upper part of the brake block is provided with the return spring 39, and the feeding side of the stirring block 37 is provided with an inclined plane 40. Ideally, the right side of the material shifting block 37 is on the same surface as the left side of the brake block 38. When the plastic shell 2 is conveyed, the positioning device 36 is used for positioning the plastic shell, so that the pin pushing device can accurately insert the pin 1 into the plastic shell 2.
Further, the front end of the plastic shell feeding push rod 12 is provided with a plastic shell placing groove 41, when the plastic shell 2 in the plastic shell placing groove 11 is conveyed, the plastic shell can enter the plastic shell placing groove 41, and the plastic shell 2 is moved to the front of the main trough 7 through the plastic shell placing groove 41.
Further, the pin pushing block 16 is mounted on the pin slider 42, and passes through a triangular tip 43 at the bottom, wherein the left side of the triangular tip 43 is a vertical plane, and the right side is an inclined plane. When the triangular tip 43 moves forward, the vertical surface of the triangular tip can drive the contact pin 1 to move forward; when the triangular tip 43 moves backward, its inclined surface slides over the surface of the pin 1 without affecting its progress.
