Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 to 5 show a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
The refrigerator 10 rack 100 in the present embodiment is provided in the refrigerator 10 to partition an inner space of the refrigerator 10 and can carry articles placed in the refrigerator 10. The rack 100 may be disposed in a refrigerating chamber inside the refrigerator 10 or in a freezing chamber of the refrigerator 10, and for convenience of description, the rack 100 is disposed in the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator 10 as an example.
The rack 100 includes a plate body 110, an identification part 130, and a lighting device 120. The plate body 110 is disposed in the refrigerator 10 for carrying articles placed in the refrigerator 10. The mark part 130 is disposed on the upper surface of the plate body 110, and includes a plurality of temperature marks for marking temperature. The temperature mark may be a digital stamp, for example, a stamp indicating the temperature printed on the upper surface of the plate body 110 or a sticker attached to the upper surface of the plate body 110, and it should be understood that any mark capable of expressing the temperature parameter can be understood as the temperature mark. The lighting device 120 is used to illuminate the temperature indicator so that the user can know the temperature parameter in the refrigerator 10 according to the illuminated temperature indicator. The temperature parameter may be a current temperature inside the refrigerator 10, an expected temperature set inside the refrigerator 10, or the like.
When the expected temperature inside the refrigerator 10 is 3 degrees celsius, the lighting device 120 illuminates the temperature indicator indicating 3 degrees celsius, and the user can know the current expected temperature of the refrigerator 10 by observing the illuminated temperature indicator on the board 110. Specifically, a temperature indicator may be written at 3 degrees celsius alone, and the lighting device 120 may express the desired temperature of the refrigerator 10 by illuminating the temperature indicator at 3 degrees celsius. The illumination device 120 can also express that the expected temperature of the refrigerator 10 is 3 degrees celsius by illuminating the temperature indicator indicating 2 degrees celsius and 1 degree celsius simultaneously (in addition, other indications are possible). In order to make it more convenient for the customer to know the temperature parameter of the refrigerator 10, it is preferable that the lighting device 120 simultaneously illuminates only one temperature indication to express temperature information. This may allow the user to more intuitively understand the desired temperature of the refrigerator 10. In order to express the temperature parameter under various temperature scenarios, in one embodiment, when the rack 100 is disposed in the refrigerating compartment, it has 9 temperature indicators, and the 9 temperature indicators respectively correspond to integer temperature values of 1 to 9 degrees celsius. When the rack 100 is disposed in the freezing chamber, it has 10 temperature indicators, and the 10 temperature indicators respectively indicate integer temperature values from minus 14 degrees celsius to minus 24 degrees celsius. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of temperature indicators and the content of the indicators may depend on actual needs.
The illumination device 120 is used to illuminate the temperature indicator (the term "illuminate" means to have a higher intensity for the selected temperature indicator relative to the non-selected temperature indicator) to distinguish the illuminated temperature indicator from other non-illuminated temperature indicators. In one embodiment, the light emitted from the illumination device 120 may be directed toward the temperature indicator, i.e., the illumination device 120 emits a beam of light that is directed toward the selected temperature indicator, thereby illuminating the selected temperature indicator. In another embodiment, the lighting device 120 may be disposed on a surface of the board body 110 opposite to the temperature indicator, and light emitted from the lighting device 120 passes through the board body 110 to illuminate the selected temperature indicator.
The lighting device 120 may only include one lighting lamp, the lighting lamp selectively illuminates the selected temperature indicator by turning, or the lighting device 120 may include a number of lighting lamps equal to the number of the temperature indicators, each lighting lamp illuminates one temperature indicator in a one-to-one correspondence, and when a specific temperature indicator needs to be illuminated, the system of the refrigerator 10 controls the corresponding lighting lamp to be turned on.
In order to make it more clear for the user whether the temperature indicator is illuminated when the light emitted from the lighting device 120 is directed to the temperature indicator, in one embodiment, the upper surface of the plate body 110 may be provided with a frosted area 111, and the indicator portion 130 is located in the frosted area 111, and when the frosted area 111 is illuminated by the light, a diffuse reflection may be formed, so that the illuminated temperature indicator may be clearly observed by the user from various angles.
Since the plate body 110 is required to be provided with an article, the temperature indicator may be blocked by the article arranged on the plate body 110, in order to prevent the occurrence of the above-mentioned phenomenon, in an embodiment, an inclined chamfer surface 112 connected with the upper surface of the plate body 110 is formed at the edge of the plate body 110 close to the door of the refrigerator 10, and the indicator 130 is disposed on the inclined chamfer surface 112. That is, the upper edge of the plate body 110 close to the door of the refrigerator 10 is formed with a chamfer, the chamfer forms an inclined chamfer surface 112, and the mark portion 130 is arranged behind the inclined chamfer surface 112, so that the object on the plate body 110 can not cover the mark portion 130, and the user can watch the object more conveniently. When the illumination device 120 directly illuminates the identification portion 130, the illumination device 120 may be disposed on the plate body 110, specifically, may be disposed at two side edges of the plate body perpendicular to the door of the refrigerator 10; the lighting device 120 may also be provided on a side wall or a top wall of the inner compartment of the refrigerator 10. Similarly, in order to make it easier for the user to observe the indicator 130, the chamfered surface 112 may be provided with a frosted region 111, and the indicator 130 may be provided on the frosted region 111. When the illumination device 120 illuminates the temperature indicator through transmission, the illumination device 120 may be disposed on the side of the plate body 110 facing away from the vertical arrangement of the door, and the light emitted therefrom horizontally illuminates and laterally penetrates the plate body to illuminate the temperature indicator on the chamfered surface 112.
In a preferred embodiment, in order not to shield the indication portion 130, an upward bent flange 113 may be formed at an edge of the plate body 110 close to the door of the refrigerator 10, and the indication portion 130 is disposed on a surface of the flange 113 away from the plate body 110 (since the flange 113 is bent upward, a surface thereof connected to the upper surface of the plate body 110 may be regarded as a surface close to the plate body 110, and a surface thereof connected to the lower surface of the plate body 110 may be regarded as a surface away from the plate body 110). The structure of the turned-over edge 113 can make the identification part 130 on it not be blocked, and on the other hand can also effectively prevent the articles carried on the plate body 110 from sliding off from the edge of the plate body 110. When the mark 130 is disposed on the lower surface of the flange 113, the lighting device 120 may be disposed on the upper surface of the flange 113, and the lighting device 120 includes lighting lamps equal to the number of the temperature marks, and the lighting lamps are disposed in one-to-one correspondence to the temperature marks, so that light emitted by each lighting lamp can pass through the flange 113 to illuminate the temperature mark corresponding thereto. Since beads are often condensed on the rack 100, and the beads condensed on the upper surface of the turned-over edge 113 may cause the lighting device 120 to have a short circuit risk, in order to prevent the lighting device 120 from short circuit, in one embodiment, a water-blocking layer may be disposed on the upper surface of the turned-over edge 113, and the water-blocking layer may effectively prevent the condensed beads from contacting the lighting device 120, thereby reducing the short circuit risk of the lighting device 120. The bending angle of the turned-over edge 113 is determined according to specific situations, in order to enable a user to better observe the temperature mark, in an embodiment, the bending angle of the turned-over edge 113 may be greater than or equal to 90 degrees (that is, an included angle between the turned-over edge 113 and the plate body 110 is an acute angle), that is, the lower surface of the turned-over edge 113 is bent to be located above the upper surface of the turned-over edge 113, so that the mark portion 130 can be directly opposite to eyes of the user, and the user can watch the mark conveniently. Preferably, turn-ups 113 can be the arc, and its one end border of keeping away from plate body 110 is crooked to the upper surface contact with plate body 110, and turn-ups 113's interlude arches up for form the logical chamber of bar between turn-ups 113 and the plate body 110, and lighting device 120 sets up in the above-mentioned logical intracavity, and can also seal the both sides that lead to the chamber, can effectually avoid lighting device 120 to contact moisture like this.
The second aspect of the present invention also provides a refrigerator 10, and the refrigerator 10 comprises the refrigerator 10 rack 100 of any of the above embodiments. In one embodiment, the lighting device 120 is disposed on the rack 100, in order to enable the electrical signal to be guided to the rack 100 so as to enable the lighting device 120 to be illuminated, and to enable the rack 100 to be detachably mounted, a positioning hole 114 may be disposed on the lower surface of the plate body 110, a first contact 115 electrically connected to the lighting device 120 may be disposed at the bottom of the positioning hole 114 (the bottom of the positioning hole 114 opposite to the opening of the positioning hole), the refrigerator 10 includes a base 11 for positioning the plate body 110, a positioning protrusion 12 is disposed on the base 11, the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning hole 114 to position the plate body 110, a second contact 13 is disposed at the upper end of the positioning protrusion 12, the second contact 13 is configured to contact with the first contact 115 after the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning hole 114 to conduct the electrical signal to the lighting device 120, so that even if the rack 100 can be freely detached, and the rack 100 is arranged on the base 11, and the back lighting device 120 can work normally. Specifically, a plurality of positioning holes 114 and a plurality of corresponding positioning protrusions 12 may be provided, and a first contact 115 may be provided at the bottom of each positioning hole 114, and a second contact 13 may be provided at the upper end of each positioning protrusion 12, so that a plurality of electrical signal lines may be directed to the rack 100. In order to simplify the positioning structure, only one positioning hole 114 and one positioning protrusion 12 may be provided, and a plurality of first contacts 115 are provided at the bottom of the positioning hole 114, a plurality of second contacts 13 are provided at the upper end of the positioning protrusion 12, and after the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning hole 114, the first contacts 115 are respectively connected to the second contacts 13 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so as to achieve the purpose of guiding a plurality of electrical signal lines to the rack 100.
Due to manufacturing errors, when the positioning hole 114 and the positioning protrusion 12 are machined, it is difficult to ensure that the first contact 115 and the second contact 13 can be contacted together after the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning hole 114, and sometimes a gap exists between the first contact 115 and the second contact 13, so that the first contact 115 and the second contact 13 cannot be contacted. In order to make the first contact 115 and the second contact 13 well contact, when there is only one positioning hole 114 and one positioning protrusion 12, the height of the positioning protrusion 12 may be greater than the depth of the positioning hole 114, so that after the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning hole 114, the top end of the positioning protrusion can be pressed to the bottom of the positioning hole 114, and the first contact 115 and the second contact 13 can be well contacted. When there are a plurality of positioning holes 114 and a plurality of corresponding positioning protrusions 12, the second contact 13 can have a stroke moving along the vertical direction, and the second contact 13 is connected with the elastic member 14, the elastic member 14 is configured to generate an elastic force pushing the second contact 13 upwards, and the first contact 115 presses the second contact 13 after the positioning protrusions 12 extend into the positioning holes 114. Specifically, a buffer cavity may be disposed in the positioning protrusion 12, and a buffer spring may be disposed in the buffer cavity, the buffer spring pushes the second contact 13 upwards, and after the positioning protrusion 12 extends into the positioning hole 114, the first contact 115 presses the second contact 13 down for a certain distance, so that the manufacturing error is eliminated, and the first contact 115 and the second contact 13 are in good contact.
When a user needs to view the temperature parameters inside the refrigerator 10, the door of the refrigerator 10 needs to be opened, operation steps of the user are added, in order to enable the user to see the temperature marks without opening the door of the refrigerator 10, a transparent portion can be arranged on the door of the refrigerator 10, and the user can see the mark portion 130 through the transparent portion when the door is closed. Further, the door of the entire refrigerator 10 may be transparent.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
