Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator door structure.

The refrigerator is provided with a display unit for displaying setting conditions such as the temperature inside the cabinet and the current state. Some recent refrigerators have a door front plate formed of a light-transmitting material such as glass or transparent plastic, and a substrate assembly is disposed on the back side of the door front plate. In many cases, this type of substrate assembly has a function of a display unit and a function of an operation unit. That is, the display by the liquid crystal display panel or LED provided on the substrate surface is visually recognized through the door front plate, and the capacitance type switch provided on the substrate surface is operated by the capacitance of the human body through the door front plate. . That is, the combination of the door front plate and the substrate assembly constitutes the touch panel. Examples of such refrigerators can be seen in US Pat.

In the refrigerator described in Patent Document 1, a display unit arrangement space is formed by a holding portion on the back surface of the door front plate made of a light-transmitting material. A display unit is inserted into the display unit arrangement space from an entrance formed in the edge member of the door.

In the refrigerator described in Patent Document 2, a substrate is held by a guide groove behind a light-transmitting door front member. The substrate is provided with a detection unit that detects a change in capacitance. When the substrate is inserted to the vicinity of the end portion of the guide groove, the detection unit contacts or approaches the rear surface of the door front member.

In the refrigerator described in Patent Document 3, a substrate assembly is disposed on the back surface of a door front plate having translucency. The substrate assembly is composed of a substrate having an LED light emitting unit, a detection unit for detecting a change in capacitance, an automatic control unit including a determination unit microcomputer, a film on which display characters are printed, a substrate case, and the like. Yes.

When placing a board assembly with the functions of the display unit and the operation unit on the back side of the door front plate made of a light-transmitting material, a storage space is formed on the back side of the door front plate, and the side of the door A structure in which a substrate assembly is inserted into an accommodation space from an entrance provided on the side is usually employed.

Wire harnesses drawn into the storage space must be connected to the board assembly, but the interior of the storage space is narrow, so the connection work should be performed after the board assembly is completely stored in the storage space. Have difficulty. Thus, while a part of the board assembly protrudes outward from the entrance portion, a wire harness is connected to that part, and then the board assembly is completely stored in the storage space.

When adopting the work procedure as described above, the wire harness drawn into the storage space has a space long enough to be connected to the portion of the board assembly protruding outside the entrance of the storage space. I have to let it. Such a clearance of the wire harness appears as a slack in the wire harness after the board assembly to which the wire harness is connected is completely stored in the narrow storage space. It is difficult to put a loose wire harness in the position as designed.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and when the board assembly is stored in the storage space on the back surface of the door front plate made of a light-transmitting material, the wire harness connected to the board assembly is It is intended to be held at a designed position in the storage space.

In order to achieve the above object, a refrigerator door structure according to the present invention is housed between a door front plate made of a light-transmitting material and the door front plate overlapped with the back surface of the door front plate. A storage space forming member for forming a space, an inlet portion provided in the storage space facing a side surface of the door, a substrate assembly inserted into the storage space from the inlet portion, and inserted into the storage space A wire harness that is connected to the substrate assembly and establishes an electrical connection between the control unit of the refrigerator and the substrate assembly, and is inserted into the storage space from the entrance portion following the substrate assembly. A holding member; and a trap structure formed on the holding member and capturing and holding the wire harness until the holding member is inserted to a predetermined depth in the storage space. It is said.

In the door structure of the refrigerator configured as described above, it is preferable that a hook having a shape opened toward the wire harness constitutes the trap structure.

In the door structure of the refrigerator having the above-described configuration, the door front plate is subjected to an opacity process except for a see-through portion for visually recognizing a predetermined portion of the substrate assembly, and the substrate assembly and the storage space forming member It is preferable to provide an adjusting plate that is inserted in between and pushes the substrate assembly toward the door front plate.

In the door structure of the refrigerator having the above configuration, it is preferable that a lid member that closes the inlet portion is provided, and the lid member plays a role of retaining the holding member in the storage space.

According to the present invention, when the substrate assembly is stored in the storage space on the back surface of the door front plate formed of a light-transmitting material, the wire harness is connected to the substrate assembly and then held after the substrate assembly. When the member is stored in the storage space, the trap structure formed on the holding member captures and holds the wire harness, so that the wiring process at the time of assembly work is simplified and the wire harness is held at the designed position. Can do.

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 shows a configuration example of a refrigerator. The left and right sides in FIG. 1 are “left” and “right” in the following description.

There are a total of four doors in front of the refrigerator 1. The upper left door 10 and the upper right door 11 are doors that rotate to open and close the storage chamber. The door 10 has an open / close fulcrum on the left side, and the door 11 has an open / close fulcrum on the right side. The lower left door 12 and the lower right door 13 are also a type of door that rotates to open and close the storage chamber. The door 12 has an open / close fulcrum on the left side, and the door 13 has an open / close fulcrum on the right side. Among these four doors, the door 10 includes the door structure according to the present invention.

The structure of the door 10 is shown in FIGS. The door 10 has a door front plate 20 (see FIG. 5) made of a material having translucency. Glass or synthetic resin can be used as the light-transmitting material. In the case of glass, it is preferable to use tempered glass having a thickness of 3 mm to 4 mm.

The door front plate 20 has an area that occupies almost the entire front surface of the door 10. The door front plate 20 does not need to be a light-transmitting material as a whole, only the portion facing the storage space of the board assembly described later is formed of a light-transmitting material, and the other portions are made of different materials. It is good to do. An inner surface plate 21 (see FIG. 5) having a predetermined shape formed by vacuum molding a synthetic resin plate is disposed on the back side of the door front plate 20. A heat insulating layer forming space is formed between the inner surface plate 21 and the door front plate 20, and the synthetic resin is foamed inside the heat insulating layer forming space, thereby forming a heat insulating layer 22 (see FIG. 5).

A storage space forming member 24 that forms a storage space 23 between the door front plate 20 and the door front plate 20 is overlaid on the back surface of the door front plate 20. The storage space forming member 24 is a synthetic resin tray-like member, and is held by the heat insulating layer 22 in such a manner that the edge portion surrounding the recessed portion is pressed against the back surface of the door front plate 20. In order to ensure the thickness of the heat insulating layer 22, the storage space forming member 24 has a small depth dimension. That is, the storage space 23 is a narrow space with a small depth. In the storage space forming member 24, an inlet portion 25 of the storage space 23 is formed on the side facing the right side surface of the door 10.

The board assembly 30 is inserted into the storage space 23 from the entrance 25. The board assembly 30 is configured by combining a circuit board constituted by one or a plurality of boards and functional parts constituting a display unit and an operation unit on the surface of the circuit board. The board assembly 30 is held in a vertically standing state with the surface on which the functional parts are arranged facing the back surface of the door front plate 20. A touch panel is configured by a combination of the door front plate 20 and the substrate assembly 30. The mechanism of the touch panel is that a capacitance type switch is formed at a predetermined position of the board assembly 30 and the switch is operated by detecting the capacitance of the human body through the door front plate 20. It is.

As shown in FIG. 3, on the left edge of the substrate assembly 30, protrusions 31 that abut against the inner surface on the left side of the storage space 23 are provided at two locations, upper and lower. Two protrusions 26, 27 protruding toward the inside of the storage space 23 are formed on the upper inner surface and the lower inner surface of the storage space 23, respectively, at two left and right positions. The protrusion 26 and the protrusion 27 are aligned one by one on the vertical line and face each other.

When the board assembly 30 is inserted into the storage space 23 until the protrusion 31 hits the inner surface on the left side of the storage space 23, the upper edge and the lower edge of the substrate assembly 30 are in contact with the protrusions 26 and 27. Two protrusions 32 and 33 are formed at positions separated from each other in the left and right directions.

The protrusions 31 serve to position the board assembly 30 in the left-right direction with respect to the storage space 23, and the protrusions 32 and 33 serve to position the substrate assembly 30 in the vertical direction with respect to the storage space 23. In order for the protrusions 32 and 33 to smoothly enter between the protrusions 26 and 27, the protrusions 32 and 33 each have a guide slope at the left corner.

The door front plate 20 is subjected to an opacity process except for a see-through portion for visually recognizing the display portion of the substrate assembly 30. As a result, portions other than the display portion are not visible, and the design is improved. A see-through portion is arranged in the rectangular area 28 shown in FIG. For the opacity treatment, a method of printing on the back surface of the door front plate 20 and protecting the printed layer with a protective film can be used.

In the storage space 23, one end of the wire harnesses 40 and 41 is drawn from below to the entrance 25. The wire harnesses 40 and 41 are for establishing an electrical connection between the control unit (not shown) of the refrigerator 1 and the board assembly 30. The other ends of the wire harnesses 40 and 41 are drawn from the upper end of the door 10 as shown in FIG. Most of the wire harnesses 40 and 41 are embedded in the heat insulating layer 22.

Connectors 42, 43 are attached to one ends of the wire harnesses 40, 41 drawn out to the entrance 25 of the storage space 23. The connectors 42 and 43 are connected to the right end of the board assembly 30. The connectors 42 and 43 are connected to a portion of the board assembly 30 protruding outward from the inlet 25 before the board assembly 30 is completely stored in the storage space 23. In order to enable such work, the lead-out portions in the storage space of the wire harnesses 40 and 41 have a length.

As described above, the wire harnesses 40 and 41 having a sufficient length are connected to the board assembly 30 by the connectors 42 and 43, and then the board assembly 30 is connected to the innermost part of the storage space 23 as shown in FIGS. When the wire harnesses 40 and 41 are inserted, the length of the wire harnesses 40 and 41 appears as slack in the wire harnesses 40 and 41 in the narrow storage space 23. It is difficult to store the loose wire harnesses 40 and 41 in the designed positions. This problem is solved in the present invention as follows.

After the board assembly 30 is inserted to the innermost part of the storage space 23, the holding member 50 shown in FIGS. 4, 6, and 7 is inserted into the storage space 23 from the inlet 25. The holding member 50 is a synthetic resin part having a vertical width slightly smaller than the vertical width of the substrate assembly 30, and includes a trap structure 51 that captures the wire harnesses 40 and 41. In this embodiment, the trap structure 51 is composed of two hooks 52 formed at intervals in the vertical direction. The two hooks 52 protrude horizontally from the holding member 50 and have a planar shape that is open toward the wire harnesses 40 and 41, respectively.

While the holding member 50 inserted from the inlet 25 is inserted to a predetermined depth (depth in the left-right direction) in the storage space 23, that is, until it is inserted to the position shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 6, and FIG. The trap structure 51 hooks and captures the wire harnesses 40 and 41 that sag in the storage space 23. 4, 6, and 7, the trap structure 51 continues to hold the wire harnesses 40 and 41. Thereby, the wire harnesses 40 and 41 are held at the designed positions.

When wiring processing of the wire harnesses 40 and 41 is performed without using the holding member 50, it may be necessary to use a separate jig. The wire harnesses 40 and 41 may be pulled, and the connectors 42 and 43 may be damaged. By using the holding member 50, it is possible to simplify the wiring process and improve the assembly workability while avoiding the above risks.

The holding member 50 is fixed at the position shown in FIGS. 4, 6, and 7. The holding member 50 is fixed by closing the inlet portion 25 with a lid member to be described later.

Prior to the holding member 50, the adjustment plate 53 is inserted into the storage space 23. The adjustment plate 53 enters between the storage space forming member 24 and the substrate assembly 30. When the holding member 50 is inserted into the storage space 23 following the adjustment plate 53, the adjustment plate 53 is pushed by the holding member 50 and enters deep into the gap between the storage space forming member 24 and the substrate assembly 30. The adjustment plate 53 acts like a wedge and pushes the substrate assembly 30 toward the door front plate 20. Accordingly, the substrate assembly 30 is brought into a predetermined proximity state or a close contact state with the door front plate 20, and the display unit can be clearly seen from the see-through portion of the door front plate 20. In addition, the sensitivity of the touch panel can be increased. A design in which the adjusting plate 53 and the holding member 50 are integrated is also possible.

After the holding member 50 is inserted to the position shown in FIGS. 4, 6, and 7, the lid member 60 closes the inlet portion 25. The state is shown in FIG. When the lid member 60 closes the inlet portion 25, the holding member 50 cannot escape from the inlet portion 25 and is fixed at that position. The lid member 60 is fixed to the storage space forming member 24 by screws (not shown). Thereafter, a border member (not shown) is attached to the right side surface of the door 10 facing the entrance 25, and the door 10 is close to completion.

Second Embodiment
In the first embodiment, the lid member 60 that closes the inlet 25 plays a role of retaining the holding member 50 in the storage space. In the second embodiment, the holding member 50 itself is fixed to the storage space forming member 24. To do. As the fixing means, it is possible to employ a means such as a screw or an engagement claw provided between the storage space forming member 24 and the holding member 50 to prevent the holding member 50 from coming off.

<Third Embodiment>
In the third embodiment, the holding member 50 and the lid member 60 are integrated and configured as a single component. Thereby, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly work man-hour can also be reduced.

<Fourth embodiment>
From the first embodiment to the third embodiment, the edging member attached to the right side surface of the door 10 hides the lid member 60. In 4th Embodiment, the window which exposes the cover member 60 is provided in the edging member of the right side surface of the door 10. As shown in FIG. The lid member 60 can be attached and detached through this window. With this configuration, when a problem occurs in the board assembly 30, repair and component replacement can be easily performed.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
