In the production process of electronic products, the electronic product production line holds and transports the electronic products through the tray, wherein, the tray is provided with a containing groove for containing the electronic products. However, in different production processes, the sizes of the electronic products are different, and accordingly, the requirements on the shapes and the sizes of the accommodating grooves of the trays are different at different stations of the production line of the electronic products; in addition, when the electronic product is updated, the shape and size of the accommodating groove of the tray in the electronic product production line are also changed. In view of the above problems, the prior art can only solve the problem by manufacturing a plurality of trays with accommodating grooves of different shapes and sizes, which obviously involves the problems of manpower and material resource consumption, such as redesign of the tray, mold opening, introduction of new materials, maintenance and the like; and the old tray can only be discarded, so that the problem of resource waste exists.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a tray 100 is provided with a containing groove 1; the tray 100 further includes: at least one replacement module 2 detachably provided to the tray 100; the replacement module 2 is provided with at least one adjustment structure 3; the replacement module 2 is partially overlapped with the accommodating groove 1, and can be matched with the non-overlapped part of at least one accommodating groove 1 through the adjusting structure 3 to adjust the shape and/or size of the accommodating groove 1.
After the replacement module 2 is replaced, the shape and/or size of the accommodating groove 1 are/is adjusted by matching the adjusting structure 3 with the non-overlapped part of the accommodating groove 1, so that the shape and size of the inner cavity of the tray 100 are changed, and the tray 100 can accommodate electronic products with different sizes and shapes.
Specifically, different replacement modules 2 and the accommodating groove 1 are partially overlapped through the adjusting structure 3, and the adjusting structure 3 is different due to the difference of the replacement modules 2. In other embodiments, the single receiving groove 1 may be disposed along the width of the tray 100 or inclined at an angle. The arrangement directions of the plurality of accommodating grooves 1 can be the same or different, and are determined according to the display needs or production line needs of specific electronic products.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3(a), the shape of the bayonet joint 4 is a rectangular body, a cylindrical body, a trapezoidal body or a triangular body. In other embodiments, the shape of the joint 4 is not limited to the above structure, the joint 4 may be disposed at other positions of the replacement module 2, and the joint groove 5 may also be disposed at other corresponding positions of the setting position of the joint 4, that is, the setting position, setting size and shape of the joint 4 and the joint groove 5 may enable the replacement slider 2 to be stably combined with the accommodating groove 1.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the arrangement manner of the replacement module 2 detachably disposed on the tray 100 further includes: the replacement module 2 is attached to the tray 100 by an adhesive structure. Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the accommodating groove 1 is provided with a reinforcing rib for supporting the electronic product; the bottom of the L-shaped channel 7 is flush with the surface of the bar or the bottom of the L-shaped channel 7 is slightly below the surface of the bar. The reinforcing ribs can enhance the strength and rigidity of the accommodating groove 1, and when the reinforcing ribs support the electronic product, the electronic product can be placed more stably and safely. The bottom of the L-shaped groove 7 is flush with the surface of the stiffener, or the bottom of the L-shaped groove 7 is slightly lower than the surface of the stiffener, so as to prevent the electronic product to be placed or displayed from colliding with the bottom edge of the L-shaped groove 7 to damage the electronic product or the replacement module 2.
As an optional embodiment, referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the replacement module 2 and the receiving groove 1 are limited by a clamping structure. Wherein, joint structure includes: the limiting groove 8 is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove 1, and the clamping flange is arranged on the replacement module 2 and matched with the limiting groove 8. When the tray is accommodated or displayed, the limiting groove 8 is matched with the clamping flange, and even if the tray 100 or a production line is subjected to external force, the replacement module 2 can still be safely prevented from falling in the tray 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2(c), the replacement module 2 is further provided with a clearance groove 9 for accommodating an external component of an electronic product. As shown in the figure, the replacement module 203 is provided with a position-avoiding groove 9 for accommodating external components of an electronic product, and structures such as a flexible circuit board of the electronic product can be arranged in the position-avoiding groove 9 to prevent the structures such as the circuit board from being exposed and easily damaged in the processing or displaying process when the electronic product is accommodated or displayed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the replacement module 2 does not need to be replaced, the replacement module 2 can move on the containing slot 1 to adjust the size of the portion containing the electronic product, the containing slot 1 is provided with a groove structure for fixing and detachably combining the adjustment structure 3 after moving, and the adjustment structure 3 is combined with the groove structures at different positions on the replacement module 2 to form the portion containing the electronic product with the size required in actual production and life.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the replacement module 2 does not need to be replaced, the replacement module 2 can slide on the containing groove 1 to adjust the size of the part containing the electronic product, the two ends of the containing groove 1 are provided with slide rails for the replacement module 2, the slide rails are provided with slide blocks, the replacement module 2 is detachably connected with the slide blocks, the replacement slide block 2 can move along the slide rails to change the size of the part containing the electronic product according to the size of the electronic product to be contained or displayed in specific production and life, so as to better solve the problem caused by the different sizes of the electronic product to be contained or displayed. In other embodiments, the structure for the replacement module 2 to slide on the accommodating groove 1 is not limited to a slide rail structure, and may also be another structure for the replacement module 2 to slide. Obviously, when the replacement module 2 moves to a suitable size position for accommodating the electronic product part, the accommodating groove 1 is provided with a locking mechanism or the like for positioning the replacement module 2.
The suitable size and position, the suitable size and shape in the above mentioned suitable size and position means that the size and shape of the part for accommodating the electronic product meet the requirements of the electronic product in the aspects of accommodating, displaying and the like in the actual production life, and the suitable position can be known to the operator through the specific calculation of the suitable size and the like.

Claims (11)

1.
