Claims (8)

1. A gastrostomy catheter cleaning kit, characterized in that: the device comprises a fistulization pipe and a cleaning device, wherein a bag sleeve is arranged on the outer side surface of the lower end of the fistulization pipe, and the bag sleeve is arranged along the circumferential direction of the fistulization pipe; an air inflation pipeline is arranged in the pipe wall of the fistulization pipe, one end of the air inflation pipeline penetrates out of the pipe wall of the fistulization pipe and is communicated with the bag sleeve, the other end of the air inflation pipeline extends along the axial direction of the fistulization pipe and is communicated with the upper end part of the fistulization pipe, the port of the end of the air inflation pipeline is detachably connected with an air pipe and is connected with an external air inflation device through the air pipe, and an air valve is arranged on the air pipe;
the cleaning device comprises an injector, the injector comprises a needle cylinder and a piston core rod, the piston core rod is slidably arranged on the needle cylinder, a small hole is formed in one end part of the needle cylinder, an injection needle is connected to the small hole, one end of the injection needle is directly communicated with the small hole, the other end of the injection needle is positioned on the outer side of the needle cylinder, and the end port is closed; the side face of the injection needle is provided with a plurality of openings which are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the injection needle; one end of the syringe connected with the injection needle extends into the fistulization pipe through a port at the upper end of the fistulization pipe, and when the syringe and the fistulization pipe are in a vertical state, the piston core rod is pressed to enable water in the syringe to be sprayed to the inner side surface of the fistulization pipe through the opening;
the outer diameter of the needle cylinder is equal to the inner diameter of the fistulization tube; the sum of the length of the injection needle and the length of the needle cylinder is larger than the length of the fistulization pipe;
the two cleaning cottons are arranged at one end of the injection needle far away from the small hole, are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the injection needle, and are surrounded on the outer side surface of the injection needle along the circumferential direction of the injection needle, the outer diameter of the two cleaning cottons is equal to the inner diameter of the fistulization tube, and when the injection needle and the cleaning cottons extend into the fistulization tube, the two cleaning cottons are in sliding connection with the fistulization tube and slide along the axial direction of the fistulization tube; the openings on the injection needle are positioned between the two cleaning cottons.

The gastrostomy catheter cleaning kit according to claim 1, wherein: the fixing piece is sleeved on the outer side face of the fistulization pipe and is connected with the fistulization pipe in a sliding mode, and the fixing piece slides along the axial direction of the fistulization pipe; the fixing piece is provided with an opening perpendicular to the fistulization pipe, a fastening rod is arranged at the opening, the fastening rod is in threaded connection with the opening, one end of the fastening rod penetrates through the opening and is abutted to the fistulization pipe, and the fixing piece is used for fixing the fixing piece on the fistulization pipe.
