Description

Feeding tube
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of auxiliary medical appliances, in particular to a feeding tube.
Background
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, also known as Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG), is conducted. It is mainly suitable for patients with normal gastrointestinal function, but dysphagia or unwilling to eat, and the disease course is more than 1 month. In other words, gastrostomy is the creation of a passageway between the anterior and abdominal walls of the stomach to the outside of the body as a way of nutrition supply to the patient or temporary gastric drainage.
The feeding tube in the prior art is widely used, and most of the existing feeding tubes are used for anaesthetizing patients, performing local anaesthetic on marked positions, cutting the skin for 1cm, puncturing the skin through the incision by using an inclined-plane catheter needle, and entering the stomach cavity through the abdominal wall and the stomach wall. While the endoscopist should observe the needle penetrating the gastric cavity. These steps should be completed quickly to reduce the chance of the stomach moving posteriorly from the abdominal wall. The puncture needle core is pulled out, and a thick non-absorbing thread or nylon suture is inserted into the outer sleeve. The endoscopist inserts a polyp snare through the gastroscope to sleeve the non-absorbing wire and then pulls the non-absorbing wire out of the patient's mouth along with the gastroscope. The de Pezzer catheter with inner liner or PEG-specific catheter was firmly secured to the buccal side long wire. The long wire and the catheter end are coated with sterile water-soluble lubricant, so that the long wire at the ventral end is gently, stably and continuously pulled outwards, and the conical catheter is pulled into the esophagus to enter the gastric cavity and is punctured Kong Tuochu by the abdominal wall. Reinsertion of the gastroscope confirms whether the catheter is correctly positioned and adjusted in time. At the same time, an outer liner or ring is placed over the abdominal wall, securing the catheter and liner to the skin.
However, in the use process, the following technical problems are found by the person skilled in the art, most of the existing drainage tubes are pressed only on one skin to be tightly fixed during fixing, the gastrostomy treatment course is long, skin necrosis is easily caused by pressing on the same skin for a long time, and discomfort is caused to a patient.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new feeding tube to solve the above problems.
