The opening degree of the legs of the bed can not be adjusted in the using process, the supporting plates can hurt the legs of a lying-in woman, and a doctor does not have a midwifery space.

The first pressure sensor is used for avoiding air leakage caused by overlarge pressure of the air tank, reducing the load of the air pump and saving energy. The invention has the advantages that: simple structure, convenient operation, good comfort level, strong applicability, sanitation, convenience, various functions, high energy utilization rate and capability of greatly reducing the pain of the lying-in woman.

The right end of the upper bed board 1 is hinged with a middle bed board 2, and the upper bed board 1 can rotate relative to the middle bed board 2. A sliding groove 10 is formed in the upper bed plate 1, a first air cylinder 20 is fixedly mounted on the bed frame 8 below the upper bed plate 1, a vertical first telescopic rod 9 is arranged in the first air cylinder 20, a sliding rod is fixedly arranged at the top end of the first telescopic rod 9, the sliding rod is nested in the sliding groove 10, and the sliding rod can freely rotate in the sliding groove 10. Under the drive of the first cylinder 20, the first telescopic rod 9 stretches, so that the upper bed board 1 rotates, and a lying-in woman can sit up or lie down conveniently. The torsion sensor is arranged in the motor 11 and electrically connected with the motor 11, and the arrangement of the torsion sensor avoids damage caused by overload operation of the motor 11, so that energy waste is reduced.
An air pump 19 is fixedly installed on the bedstead 8, the air pump 19 is communicated with the air tank 16 at the right end, and the air pump 19 can pump air into the air tank 16 to form positive pressure in the air tank 16. Be provided with first pressure sensor 17 in the air tank 16, first pressure sensor 17 and air pump 19 electric connection, first pressure sensor 17 can respond to the air pressure in the air tank 16, and when the pressure was too little in the air tank 16, air pump 19 started to pump into the air in the air tank 16. The air inlet 25 is communicated with the air tank 16 through a hose 15, and the hose 15 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 18. A second pressure sensor is arranged in the air bag 23 and is communicated with the electromagnetic valve 18 and the electromagnetic exhaust valve 24, when the pressure in the air bag 23 is higher, the electromagnetic exhaust valve 24 exhausts the air in the air bag 23, and when the pressure in the air bag 23 is lower, the electromagnetic valve 18 is opened, and the air in the air box 16 enters the air bag 23. When the lying-in woman produces, both legs are put in opening layer board 5 and are conveniently produced, and the setting of gasbag 23 has increased opening layer board 5 and patient's area of contact, has increased the comfort level, can adapt to various patients, has improved adaptability. Under the action of the spring 26, the lifting block 28 moves upwards, the opening supporting plate 5 is in an open state, when the legs of the patient are placed in the opening supporting plate 5, the lifting block 28 descends under the action of gravity, and the opening supporting plate 5 is pressed by the top of the second telescopic rod 12 to be closed, so that the legs of the parturient are clamped. After production is finished, the two legs are lifted, the lifting block 28 is lifted under the action of the spring 26, the opening supporting plate 5 is opened, and then the two legs can be taken out.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: lying on bed during parturient's production, the doctor adjusts opening layer board 5 height through second cylinder 13 according to actual conditions in order to adapt to the parturient needs. The opening supporting plate 5 is in an open state, the legs of the patient are placed in the opening supporting plate 5, the lifting block 28 descends under the action of gravity, and the opening supporting plate 5 is extruded by the top of the second telescopic rod 12 to be closed, so that the legs of the puerpera are clamped. The air bag 23 is filled with air to make the legs of the lying-in woman comfortable. The motor 11 is started to open the right bed board 3 and the left bed board 4, the distance between the two opening supporting boards 5 is adjusted, and meanwhile, a midwifery space is left for a doctor. Blood produced during the production process is discharged from the drainage groove 6. After production is finished, the two legs are lifted, the lifting block 28 is lifted under the action of the spring 26, the opening supporting plate 5 is opened, and then the two legs can be taken out.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, the lower part of right bed board 3 and left bed board 4 rotates on bedstead 8 and is provided with pulley 14, and pulley 14 and right bed board 3 and the contact of left bed board 4 lower surface, pulley 14 have the supporting role to right bed board 3 and left bed board 4, and the setting of pulley 14 makes things convenient for the slip of right bed board 3 and left bed board 4, has reduced frictional force, makes the slip more smooth and easy.
