"upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc. are used merely to indicate a relative positional relationship, and when the absolute position of the object to be described is changed, the relative positional relationship is changed accordingly.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a medical transfer bed. As shown in fig. 1, the medical transfer bed comprises a bed body 1, a traction mechanism 2 and a clamp 3 for clamping a bed sheet, and a patient can be transferred from a sickbed to the bed body 1 of the medical transfer bed to be transferred to other positions, such as an operating table or a sickbed of other sickrooms.
The traction mechanism 2 is arranged on the bed body 1 and is connected with the clamp 3. In some embodiments, the traction mechanism 2 may include a drive motor and a traction rope. One end of the traction rope is connected with a driving motor, the driving motor rotates forward to tighten the traction rope, and rotates reversely to release the traction rope. The other end of the traction rope is connected with the clamp 3. After the clamp 3 clamps the bed sheet, the driving motor of the traction mechanism 2 rotates forward, and the bed sheet of the sickbed is pulled by the traction rope and the clamp 3 to drive the bed sheet to move to the bed body 1. In the process of moving the bed sheet by the traction mechanism 2, the patient can be moved to the bed body 1 of the medical transfer bed at the same time in the process of moving the bed sheet because the patient lies on the bed sheet.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a clamp 3 for clamping a sheet, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the clamp 3 in fig. 2 at another view angle, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the clamp 3 in fig. 2 in an exploded state. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the clamp 3 includes a base plate 10, a moving plate 20, and a pair of clamp arms 30 that cooperate with each other. The moving plate 20 can be moved forward or backward on the base plate 10 to rotate one end of the clamp arm 30 so that the other end of the clamp arm 30 is actuated, i.e., closed to clamp a sheet or opened to release a sheet.
The bottom plate 10 is a generally trapezoidal flat plate with an elongated first slot 11 in the middle. In the present embodiment, the first groove 11 penetrates both side surfaces of the bottom plate 10. The edge of the base plate 10 may furthermore comprise two threaded holes for mating connection with the third connection 33.
The moving plate 20 has a substantially triangular flat plate shape. In the present embodiment, the movable plate 20 is movably connected to the base plate 10, and can be moved forward or backward with respect to the base plate 10. As an example, the moving plate 20 is connected to a first connection member 50, and the first connection member 50 is connected to the moving plate 20 through the first slot 11 from a side of the base plate 10 remote from the moving plate 20. Thus, the first link 50 moves in the first groove 11 in the length direction of the first groove 11 to guide the moving plate 20 to move relative to the base plate 10. In addition, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate connection of the traction rope of the traction mechanism 2, a through hole may be provided at an edge position of the moving plate 20 for connection of the traction rope of the traction mechanism 2.
The number of the clamping arms 30 is one pair, and the two clamping arms 30 cooperate with each other to clamp or release the sheet. The clamping arm 30 is generally C-shaped, with one end being a connection end and the other end being a clamping end.
The connection end is movably connected to the moving plate 20. In this embodiment, the connection end of the clamping arm 30 includes a second groove 34 extending along the length direction of the clamping arm 30. The second groove 34 is elongated and penetrates both side surfaces of the clamp arm 30. The clamp 3 further comprises a second connecting member 40, which in this embodiment may be a screw, the second connecting member 40 being connected to the moving plate 20 through the second slot 34. Thus, the second connector 40 moves within the second slot 34 along the length of the second slot 34 to guide the movement of the clamp arm 30 relative to the moving plate 20, thereby allowing the clamp arm 30 to be rotated so that the clamp end releases or clamps the sheet.
The middle part of the clamping arm 30 is rotatably connected to the base plate 10 at a rotation point. As an example, the clamp 3 further comprises a third connection 33. The third connection 33 may be a screw, which third connection 33 passes through the middle region of the clamping arm 30 between the connection end and the clamping end and is connected to the base plate 10, so that the clamping arm 30 is rotatably connected to the base plate 10, i.e. the clamping arm 30 can rotate relative to the base plate 10.
The clamping ends of the clamping arms 30 extend from the bottom plate 10 for clamping the sheet. With the rotation of the clamping arm 30, the clamping ends of the clamping arm 30 can be moved toward each other to clamp or move away from each other to release the sheet.
In this embodiment, the clamping end of the clamping arm 30 includes a clamping opening 31 and one or more snaps 32. The clamping opening 31 is used for clamping the rolled sheet. In use, the edge of the sheet can be rolled up and the rolled sheet is placed between the clamping openings 31 of the clamping ends with the clamping ends in an open state. The moving plate 20 is then moved in the reverse direction so that the holding arms 30 are rotated in the reverse direction and the holding openings 31 of the holding ends are closed to hold the sheet. In another embodiment, the clamp 3 may further include a clamping rod (not shown in the drawings), the shape of the clamping opening 31 corresponds to the clamping rod, and after at least a part of the sheet (preferably, an edge portion of the sheet) is wound around the clamping rod, the clamping arm 30 clamps the sheet wound around the clamping rod through the clamping opening 31 to clamp the sheet.
The engaging portion 32 includes a protrusion 321 provided at a clamping end of the clamping arm 30, and an engaging opening 322 provided at a clamping end of the other clamping arm 30. The protruding blocks 321 are matched with the biting openings 322, and when the clamping arms 30 clamp the sheet, the protruding blocks 321 are at least partially embedded into the biting openings 322, so that the sheet can be prevented from being pulled out of the clamping openings 31 of the clamping ends. Moreover, a part of the sheet can be caught between the projection 321 and the bite 322, further preventing the sheet from coming out of the clamp 3.
In some embodiments, the fixture 3 may further include an elastomer, which may be an elastomer made of a polymer material (such as rubber band) or a metal spring. The middle part of the clamping arm 30 is connected respectively to the both ends of elastomer, when the clamping end of clamping arm 30 opens, the elastomer produces deformation, when the clamping end centre gripping sheet, clamping arm 30 is under the restoring force effect of elastomer the centre gripping sheet. Therefore, when the slide block positively moves to the open state of the clamping end under the action of external force, the elastic body is stretched and deformed. After the external force is released, the clamping arms 30 clamp the sheet under the restoring force of the elastic body. In addition, when the slider is moved in the reverse direction, the clamping arm 30 is pulled to rotate in the reverse direction so that the clamping end further clamps the sheet.
The operation of the jig 3 according to the present embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 and 5.
Fig. 2 shows the clamping end of the clamp 3 in an open state, and when the moving plate 20 moves forward (upward in fig. 2) relative to the base plate 10, the moving plate 20 rotates the clamping arm 30 forward to open the clamping end, and at this time, the elastic body is in an elastically deformed state, and applies a reverse force to the clamping end. When the clamping end is in the open state, the edge of the sheet can be rolled up or rolled on the clamping rod so as to be placed into the clamping opening 31 of the clamping end and also increase the friction force between the sheet and the clamping opening 31.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the structure of the clamping arm 30 of the clamp 3 in fig. 2 in a clamped state. As shown in fig. 5, when the moving plate 20 moves reversely (downward in fig. 5) with respect to the base plate 10, the moving plate 20 reversely rotates the holding arm 30 to hold the sheet by the holding end. In addition, the clamping ends of the clamping arms 30 also clamp the sheet further under the restoring force of the elastic body. During the process of the traction mechanism 2 traction the sliding block, the sliding block drives the second connecting piece 40 to move downwards in the length direction of the second groove 34 shown in fig. 5, and the second connecting piece 40 pulls the reverse rotation of the clamping arm 30 to enable the clamping end of the clamping arm 30 to further clamp the bed sheet. Therefore, if the patient is heavier, the traction force of the traction mechanism 2 for traction the clamp 3 is larger, the torque of the sliding block driving the clamping arm 30 to rotate is also larger, so that the clamping force of the clamping end of the clamping arm 30 for clamping the bed sheet is also larger, and finally the bed sheet is pulled onto the bed body 1 of the transfer bed together with the patient.
