For the broadcasting machine, the broadcasting machine realizes the playing of the media files strictly according to the playing sequence issued by the medical host. That means, the medical host can send the list of the media files and the playing sequence of the media files to the broadcasting machine in the whole playing process, then the broadcasting machine plays the media files according to the playing sequence in the whole playing process according to the grouping playing instruction sent by the medical host initially, the medical host does not need to control the playing process of the broadcasting machine in real time, and the control pressure of the medical host on the broadcasting machine is effectively reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly explain the overall concept of the present application, the following detailed description is given by way of example in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application is suitable for a medical communication system which at least comprises a medical care host and a broadcasting machine. Wherein, the broadcaster can comprise one or more of a bedside extension, a doorway extension and a duty room extension. In the embodiment of the present application, the broadcasting machine may be part or all of the above different types of extensions, for example, 10 bedside extensions are deployed in a medical institution, where 8 bedside extensions may be preset as the broadcasting machine to assist the healthcare host to implement announcements and the like. The medical care host can be communicated with a plurality of bedside extensions, a plurality of doorway extensions and a plurality of duty room extensions respectively.
In an implementation manner, the medical care host can push information to the plurality of extension sets to manage the plurality of extension sets, and the medical care host can present corresponding prompt contents according to the information reported by the plurality of extension sets.
Taking the bedside extension set as an example, the plurality of bedside extension sets may respectively correspond to different beds, for example, be disposed beside a patient's bed (i.e., beside a bed), so as to implement one-to-one management of the bedside extension sets on the bed, thereby facilitating medical care personnel to respectively know the bed conditions of the beds corresponding to the plurality of bedside extension sets through the medical care host, for example, one or more of patient basic information such as name, sex, age, care level, etc. of the patient, and may further include a bed identifier, whether a call request message that the medical care personnel needs to respond to is initiated by a corresponding patient, etc., where specific contents of the bed conditions are not limited. Wherein, the bed sign is used for distinguishing different beds, and the bed sign can be realized as bed number etc..
Taking the door extension as an example, the multiple door extensions may respectively correspond to different rooms (e.g., wards), for example, be disposed at the door of a room, or be located near the door of a room in a room, so as to implement one-to-one management of the rooms by the door extensions, thereby facilitating medical care personnel to know the room conditions through the door extensions during the patrol process, for example, one or more of a room identifier, a bed identifier of a bed disposed in the room, an occupation situation of different beds disposed in the room, medical care personnel information corresponding to patients with different beds, and the like, where specific contents of the room conditions are not limited. The room identifier is used to distinguish different rooms, and may be implemented as a room number or the like.
Taking the office extension as an example, the plurality of office extensions may correspond to different offices, for example, be disposed in the office, so that the medical staff receives the call request message of the patient through the office extension and knows the content related to the call request message, thereby reducing the frequency of the medical staff running back and forth between two areas having a certain distance, such as a nurse station and an office.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an exemplary medical communication system provided in an embodiment of the present application. In the medical communication system, a medical care host 101, a server 102, a bedside extension 103, a doorway extension 104, and a duty room extension 105 are included. The medical care host 101 can be in communication connection with a bedside extension 103 in a plurality of wards, a doorway extension 104 corresponding to a plurality of wards, a plurality of duty room extensions 105 deployed on different floors or in different areas, and a server 102. The server 102 may be configured to store a media file and generate a ciphertext identifier of the media file based on a plaintext identifier of the media file. The media file refers to a file such as a file for a publicity broadcast, for example, one or more of a video file, an audio file, and an image file.
The structure of the medical communication system includes, but is not limited to, the devices and the connection relationship between the devices shown in fig. 1. In a medical communication system, more or fewer devices than those shown in fig. 1 may be included. In the embodiment of the present application, the structure of the medical communication system is not limited. In one implementation, the two devices in the medical communication system can transmit media files, request messages and the like through a network. The networking mode of the medical communication system is adjusted to be networking through a network by two-wire networking, so that the medical communication system provided by the embodiment of the application can effectively avoid the limitation caused by the two-wire networking, namely, a medical care host in the medical communication system provided by the embodiment of the application can send media files to a plurality of broadcasters in a digital signal transmission mode to avoid distortion caused by transmission through analog signals, and therefore, in the transmission process of the media files, the transmission quality is guaranteed, and high-quality media files are transmitted through the network.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an exemplary healthcare host according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The health care host 101 is provided with a microphone 201, a display 202, an indicator light 203, and function keys 204. The medical host 101 can present the contents of the bed condition, the patient requirement, and the like to the medical staff through the display screen 202. Taking the bedside extension 103 as an example to initiate a message such as a call request (e.g., an infusion call, an oxygen therapy call, etc.) to the medical host 101, when the medical host 101 receives the call request message sent by the bedside extension 103, the medical host 101 may selectively notify the medical staff that there is content to be responded to currently through color conversion of the indicator lamp 203 or through flashing of the indicator lamp 203. It should be noted that, for a medical care host that is not provided with the indicator lamp 203 or for a medical care host that does not have the function of prompting through the indicator lamp 203, the purpose of prompting medical care personnel can be achieved through modes such as ringing and the like.
In addition, when the medical staff needs to talk with the user of the bedside extension set 103 (for example, the medical staff in the ward), the medical staff may implement the voice call through the microphone 201 disposed in the medical host 101, or implement the power amplifier and the like in the voice call process through operating the function button, which is not limited herein. In one implementation, the microphone 201 is connected to the main body of the medical host 101 by wire or wirelessly, so that the medical staff can talk to the user of the opposite-end extension telephone 103 by means of the microphone 201. It should be noted that the healthcare host architecture shown in fig. 2 is an exemplary architecture and is not intended to limit the healthcare host architecture in the embodiments of the present application.
Some words related to the embodiments of the present application are explained and explained below to facilitate understanding of technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the broadcaster may be a part or all of the extension. Wherein, the extension includes but is not limited to one or more of the above-mentioned bedside extension, doorway extension and duty room extension. In this embodiment, the medical staff may complete the configuration of the broadcasting machine through the medical host in advance, for example, select a bedside extension for implementing functions such as announcements and education broadcasting from a plurality of bedside extensions. In one implementation, the medical staff may adjust the functions of some or all of the extensions according to factors such as changes in the broadcasting requirements, for example, restore the broadcasting machine to an extension without the broadcasting function, or set the extension without the broadcasting function as the broadcasting machine.
The media file may include one or more of an image file, an audio file, and a video file. The first, second and third sets of media files may belong to the media file. Wherein the second set of media files may be identical, partially identical, or completely different from the first set of media files; the third set of media files may be identical, partially identical, or completely different from the first set of media files. In one implementation, the media file may include one or more of an audio stream and a video stream. In the embodiment of the application, the medical care host can allocate different media files for different broadcasters according to the difference of the broadcasters. For example, the healthcare host computer sends a first set of media files to a first set of broadcasters; the medical care host computer sends a second group of media files to a second group of broadcasters; the medical care host sends a broadcast machine for sending the broadcast request message to the medical care host in the first group of broadcast machines, and sends a third group of media files.
For example, when the broadcasting machine is a bedside extension, the broadcasting machine can be deployed beside a bed, the main service objects of the broadcasting machine are patients and/or patient families, and the broadcasting machine has the characteristic of one-to-one correspondence with the bed, so that the medical host can send one or more of video files, audio files and image files to the broadcasting machine, so that the patients and/or the patient families can master the contents broadcasted by more medical hosts.
For another example, when the broadcasting machine is a doorway extension machine, because the broadcasting machine is usually deployed outside a room such as a ward or at a position close to a door in the room, and there is a bedside extension machine corresponding to a bed one-to-one, for the audio file, the patient and/or the patient's family can receive the broadcast through the bedside extension machine, the healthcare host can send one or more of the video file and the image file to the broadcasting machine, so that the broadcast sent by the healthcare host can be received even if the patient and/or the patient's family is not beside the bed, and similarly, when the healthcare worker is not at a position such as a nurse station, an office, or the like, the broadcast sent by the healthcare host can be received at a corridor or near the ward.
For another example, when the broadcasting machine is an extension of a duty room, the broadcasting machine can be deployed in the duty room, the main service object of the broadcasting machine is medical personnel, the medical personnel usually know about the content of announcements, broadcasts and the like, and the duty room usually needs a relatively quiet working environment to ensure that the medical personnel work efficiently, so that the medical host can send image files to the broadcasting machine for the medical personnel to check.
It should be noted that the media file may be pre-stored locally in the healthcare host, or acquired by the healthcare host from a third-party device such as a server, or acquired by the healthcare host from a location such as a cloud via a data transmission manner such as a network. In the embodiment of the present application, taking the healthcare host obtaining the media file from the server as an example, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application is explained, but is not limited to the source of the media file.
The group playing instruction may include an instruction sent to the medical care host when the medical care personnel acts on the medical care host by sliding, clicking, or the like, and the playing instruction may also be sent to the medical care host by other manners such as voice input, gesture input, and the like, for example, the first group playing instruction and the second group playing instruction. The generation method, transmission method, and the like of the packet playback command are not limited. In an implementation manner, the playing instruction may further include an instruction sent to the broadcasting machine when the user acts on the broadcasting machine in a sliding manner, a clicking manner, or the like, for example, the third multicast playing instruction. The broadcaster may then send the third multicast play order to the healthcare host.
In the embodiment of the present application, the grouping playing instruction is used to instruct the broadcaster to request the media file to be played, the broadcaster to play the media file to be played, and the playing sequence of the media file to be played. In one implementation, the group play instructions may also be used to instruct the healthcare host when to send a group play message to the broadcaster. The group playing message sent by the medical care host to the broadcasting machine includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the first group playing message, the second group playing message and the third group playing message.
The first grouping playing message, the second grouping playing message and the third grouping playing message carry the identification of the media files to be played and the playing sequence of the media files to be played. In this embodiment, the first, second and third components are configured to distinguish content, timing, and the like of the group broadcast message sent by the healthcare host to different groups of broadcasters, so as to indicate that the group broadcast message sent by the healthcare host to different groups of broadcasters is a different message.
The broadcast request message may be a request message sent by a user such as a patient and/or a family member of the patient, and/or a medical care worker to the medical care host through the broadcast machine, and is used for requesting the medical care host to manage the broadcast machine to broadcast the media file which is listened or watched by the user in a customized manner. In one implementation, the play request message may include an identifier of the media file requested to be played by the user, such as the patient and/or family members of the patient, and/or the medical staff.
The file request message may be a request message sent by a user such as a patient and/or a family member of the patient, and/or a medical care worker to the medical care host through the broadcasting machine, and is used to request the medical care host to send a media file that is not stored by the broadcasting machine to the broadcasting machine, and the media file may be a media file that the user such as the current patient and/or the family member of the patient, and/or the medical care worker wants to listen to or watch.
The following describes, with reference to an example, a method for broadcasting a media file according to an embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, the media file may be pre-stored in the server by system maintenance personnel (including but not limited to, medical personnel and the like having access to the server). The server can obtain the ciphertext identifier of the media file after encryption according to the plaintext identifier of the media file. The plaintext identification and the ciphertext identification of the media file correspond to each other one by one, namely the media file can be determined through the plaintext identification and/or the ciphertext identification. It should be noted that, for media files with the same plaintext identifier, media files with the same plaintext identifier may be distinguished by using ciphertext identifiers, which means that, in an implementation manner, plaintext identifiers of different media files may be the same, but ciphertext identifiers of different media files are different.
Where the plaintext identification may be the name of the media file, for example, in the case where the media file is a song (i.e., a type of audio file), the plaintext identification of the media file may be the name of the song, e.g., song a, song B, etc. The ciphertext identifier may be an identifier obtained by encrypting the plaintext identifier by an encryption algorithm according to the plaintext identifier of the media file.
In the embodiment of the present application, the encryption algorithm adopted for the plaintext identification of different media files may be the same or different. In consideration of the fact that plaintext identifiers of different media files can be the same, in order to effectively distinguish ciphertext identifiers of different media files, in one implementation manner, an implementation manner such as a random encryption algorithm can be adopted to encrypt the plaintext identifiers so as to reduce the probability that ciphertext identifiers of different media files are the same. For the same ciphertext identifiers of different media files obtained preliminarily, in the embodiment of the present application, the plaintext identifiers may be encrypted in an iterative multi-encryption manner (where the iterative encryption times adopted by the same plaintext identifier may be different), so that the ciphertext identifiers of different media files are different, or a random character, a random character string, or the like is added on the basis of the ciphertext identifiers obtained preliminarily, so as to effectively distinguish the ciphertext identifiers of different media files, or other manners capable of effectively distinguishing the ciphertext identifiers of different media files are adopted, which is not listed here.
The medical care host can obtain the media file and the identifier of the media file from the server (for the case that the identifier of the media file comprises a plaintext identifier and a ciphertext identifier, the medical care host can obtain the corresponding relationship between the plaintext identifier and the ciphertext identifier of the media file from the server). Because the size of the identifier of the media file is often smaller than the size of the media file, in one implementation, the medical care host may first obtain the identifier of the media file, and then sequentially receive the media file sent by the server.
For the medical care host, the medical care host may send the identifier of the media file to the broadcasting machine after receiving the identifier of the media file sent by the server, and send the media file to the broadcasting machine after receiving the media file sent by the server. That is, for the broadcasting machine, the identifier of the media file may be received first, so that the user, such as the patient and/or the family members of the patient, and/or the medical staff, may select the media file to be listened to or viewed from the plaintext identifier of the media file. In this way, the broadcaster can provide more options for the person attempting to listen to or view the media file in a timely manner.
Considering that the medical host computer can occupy the transmission resources of the network in the process of sending the media files to the broadcasting machine, and in the actual working process of the broadcasting machine, the broadcasting machine can be influenced by the deployment position of the broadcasting machine, service crowds and other factors, and all the media files sent to the broadcasting machine by the medical host computer need to be called with smaller probability, therefore, in one implementation mode, the medical host computer can send different media files to different broadcasting machines, so that the occupation of the transmission resources is reduced under the condition that the normal work of the broadcasting machine is not influenced.
In the implementation process, the medical care host can send different types of media files to different types of broadcasters according to the types of the broadcasters. For example, the healthcare host may send at least one of a video file, an audio file, and an image file to the bedside extension; the medical care host can send at least one of a video file and an image file to the doorway extension set; the medical care host computer can send the image file to the extension of the duty room. The factors affecting the type of media file sent by the medical host may refer to the description of the media file, and are not repeated herein.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a display interface of an exemplary healthcare host according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The display interface 300 includes a broadcaster icon 301, a list 302 of media files, and a menu bar 303.
Given the limited space in the display interface 300 for presenting the broadcaster icons and the list of media files, a scroll bar may also be provided in the display interface 300 when more broadcasters are deployed in the medical structure and/or more media files are available for broadcast in the healthcare host. The user can adjust the content displayed on the display interface by sliding the scroll bar. For example, in the case of the broadcaster icon being arranged in an expanded arrangement with the media file list, the user may slide the scroll bar to integrate the broadcaster icon with the media file list and adjust the area of the integration for presentation. For another example, in the case where the broadcaster icon is displayed independently from the media file, the user may adjust an area for display in the plurality of broadcaster icons through a scroll bar disposed in an area where the broadcaster icon is located, and the user may also adjust an area for display in the media file list through a scroll bar disposed in an area where the media file list is located. As shown in fig. 3, a scroll bar 304 is provided in the area where the list of media files 302 is located, and the user can adjust the area for presentation in the list of media files by sliding the scroll bar 304. The currently displayed areas are the contents of media files 01 to 04.
The menu bar 303 may include one or more function buttons 305 and optionally a button 306 for switching the display mode. As shown in FIG. 3, the function buttons 305 may include a "start broadcast" button for triggering the playing of one or more sets of media files, and a "stop broadcast" button for stopping the playing of one or more sets of media files. In one implementation, the function buttons 305 may further include one or more shortcut buttons such as a "select all files" button and an "select all extensions" button, so as to facilitate the operation of the medical staff in the case of more selectable media files and/or more broadcasting machines, and reduce the time taken by the medical staff when selecting the media files and/or broadcasting machines. In one implementation, in the case that the menu bar 303 includes a button 306 for switching the display mode, the medical staff may trigger the switching of the display mode of the display interface 300 by clicking, sliding, or other operation. For example, when the display interface 300 displays content as shown in FIG. 3, the healthcare worker may hide the broadcaster icon and/or hide the list of media files by clicking on button 306, which enables the display interface to display more content that the healthcare worker is attempting to view, depending on the needs of the healthcare worker, using the limited space in the display interface. It should be noted that, in the display interface 300, the broadcaster icon 301, the list 302 of media files, and the menu bar 303 are located in the displaying process, including but not limited to the situation shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a display interface of an exemplary healthcare host according to an embodiment of the present application. The medical staff can select a broadcaster (for example, a first group of broadcasters or a second group of broadcasters) for playing a group of media files by clicking, sliding, and the like, that is, a bedside extension corresponding to a bed with a bed identifier of 00001 and a bedside extension corresponding to a bed with a bed identifier of 00003, and select a group of media files trying to be played, that is, 02 singer 2-song B, and 03 hospitalization beard. Then, the medical staff can click the button of 'start broadcasting' to realize that the media file 02 singer 2-song B selected by the medical staff and 03 hospitalization need to know through the bed head extension corresponding to the bed with the bed position identification of 00001 and the bed head extension corresponding to the bed with the bed position identification of 00003. After the medical care personnel operates the above-mentioned, namely after receiving the grouping broadcast instruction, the medical care host sends the grouping broadcast message to the selected broadcaster, in order to inform the identifier of a group of media files that each selected broadcaster needs to broadcast, and the playing order of each media file in the group of media files.
It should be noted that, the order in which the medical staff selects the broadcasting machine and the media files is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, that is, the medical staff may select the broadcasting machine first and then select a group of media files to be broadcasted, or the medical staff may select a group of media files to be broadcasted first and then select the broadcasting machine.
In one implementation, when a medical professional selects a plurality of media files in the list of media files, the broadcaster may play the plurality of media files in the order in which the medical professional selected the media files; or the broadcasting machine can play the plurality of media files in sequence according to the priorities corresponding to the media files selected by the medical personnel and the sequence from high to low; or, the broadcaster may play the plurality of media files in sequence according to the sequence of the media files selected by the medical staff from small to large or from large to small. It should be noted that the sequence in which the broadcaster plays the plurality of media files may include, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned cases, and in the embodiment of the present application, the sequence in which the broadcaster plays the plurality of media files is not limited.
After receiving the message sent by the medical care host, the broadcasting machine can search the media files corresponding to the identifiers of the media files from the local according to the identifiers of the media files carried in the message, and then sequentially play the media files according to the playing sequence of the media files carried in the message.
It should be noted that, if there is a certain probability that the broadcasting machine does not store all or part of the media files, the broadcasting machine may actively send a file request message to the healthcare host to obtain media files that are not stored locally by the broadcasting machine. Wherein, the file request message carries the identifier of the media file which is not stored locally by the broadcaster. The medical care host can search the media file locally stored by the medical care host according to the identifier of the media file carried in the file request message, or obtain the media file from the server, and then send the media file to the broadcasting machine. It should be noted that, for the case that the medical host is sending the media file or other media files to the broadcasting machine, or the case that the medical host attempts to send the media file or other media files to the broadcasting machine, the medical host may preferentially send the media file to the broadcasting machine in order to reduce the waiting time of the broadcasting machine, considering that the broadcasting machine attempts to play the media file currently.
In the embodiment of the present application, the case where the broadcaster does not store all or part of the media file to be played includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following cases.
For example, before the healthcare host sends a media file to a plurality of broadcasters, the extension attempting to play the media file does not belong to the broadcasters. That is, when the extension attempting to play the media file is set as a broadcasting machine, the media file is already transmitted to other broadcasting machines by the medical care host. At this time, the medical host usually does not re-issue the media file sent once for the newly added broadcaster.
For another example, in the process of sending a media file to a plurality of broadcasters before the healthcare host, the broadcasters trying to play the media file may not successfully receive the media file due to a drop (for example, a network connection between the broadcasters and the healthcare host is disconnected), a downtime, and the like (including a case where the broadcasters trying to play the media file receive the incomplete media file).
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a display interface of an exemplary healthcare host according to an embodiment of the present application. After the medical staff clicks the button of "start broadcasting", that is, in the broadcasting process, in order to facilitate the medical staff to distinguish the media files that need to be played by the broadcasting machine (i.e., the media file being played and the media file to be played that is about to be played) from the media files that the medical staff does not try to play, in one implementation, for the media files that need to be played by the broadcasting machine, characters such as "in broadcasting" or icons or the like may be displayed in the media file list to achieve the marking and distinguishing effects. Similarly, a typeface or icon such as "in broadcast" may be presented in the broadcaster icon to indicate that the broadcaster currently displaying the typeface or icon is broadcasting a media file.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the marking and distinguishing effect may also be achieved by adjusting the text style of the bed identifier of the bed corresponding to the broadcasting machine, the color, font, and the like of the text of the identifier of the media file, or the marking and distinguishing may be performed by adjusting the filling style of the background of the display position where the content is located.
In one implementation, the icons of the first group of broadcasting machines indicated by the first broadcasting instruction have brightness values when displayed on the display screen of the medical host
Figure GDA0002470610210000221
Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure GDA0002470610210000222
the average value of the brightness of each pixel of the corresponding area of the icon of the broadcaster except the first group of broadcasters,
Figure GDA0002470610210000223
is the average value of the backlight brightness of each pixel in the backlight module of the medical host, m is a constant which is more than 0, k is a constant which is less than 1 and more than 0, and the value of k is in direct proportion to the image signal to noise ratio of the corresponding area of the icon of the broadcasting machine except the first group of broadcasting machines in the broadcasting machine,
Figure GDA0002470610210000231
the average value of the backlight brightness of a plurality of pixels of the icon corresponding to the first group of broadcasters of the medical care host.
It should be noted that m may take any constant between 1.5 and 2 (including 1.5 and 2), and k may take any constant between 0.5 and 0.9 (including 0.5 and 0.9). In the embodiment of the present application, the values of m and k are only an example, and are not limited to the embodiment of the present application. The larger the value of m is, the higher the display brightness of the icons of the first group of broadcasters is, and the contrast with the display brightness of the icons of other broadcasters is larger; the smaller the value of m is, the lower the display brightness of the icon representing the first group of broadcasters is, and the contrast with the display brightness of the icons of other broadcasters is small.
Considering that different broadcasters may have different broadcasting requirements in the same time period, a packet broadcasting manner may be adopted. In an implementation manner, in the playing process shown in fig. 5, the medical staff may select a second group of broadcasters and a second group of media files that need to be broadcasted in the same manner, and trigger the broadcasting process corresponding to the second group of broadcasters in the same manner. The implementation scheme for triggering the broadcast process corresponding to the second group of broadcasters may refer to the foregoing description, and is not described herein again. Therefore, the broadcasting flexibility of the broadcasting machine under the management of the medical care host in the medical communication system can be effectively improved. For example, the bed head extensions corresponding to the beds 1, 2, and 3 play the media file "admission to know"; 4. and 5, respectively playing the media file 'rest notice' by the corresponding bedside extensions of the beds 5 and 6.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a display interface of an exemplary healthcare host according to an embodiment of the present application. Taking the broadcasting process shown in fig. 5 as an example, the medical staff may act on the button 306 for switching the display mode in the menu bar 303 by clicking, sliding, or other operation, so as to switch the display interface 20 shown in fig. 5 to the display interface shown in fig. 6. That is, in the display interface 300, the broadcaster icon 301 is hidden, and the playing progress of the currently broadcasted media file is selectively displayed, for example, in the form of a playing progress bar 307, showing the playing progress of "02 singer 2-song B". In an implementation manner, the display interface 300 may further include a function button for pausing the currently played media file, so that the medical staff may act on the function button for realizing the pause function through clicking, sliding, and other operation manners, so as to pause the playing process of the currently played media file. Then, the medical staff can trigger the media file to continue playing again through the same operation mode until the medical staff acts on the button for stopping broadcasting or the currently played media file is played. Under the play progress bar 307, the medical staff may be shown the time that the playing media file has been played and the time that the playing media file needs to be played from the beginning to the completion of the playing. In addition, above the play progress bar 307, a plaintext identifier of the media file currently being played may be displayed to the medical staff, and the content to be played by the medical staff is selectively prompted, for example, in a manner of typely displaying, the content "to be played" is presented to the medical staff: 03 palpation for hospitalization.
Considering that in the display interface shown in fig. 6, the medical staff usually does not trigger the button of "file selection all", the button of "extension selection all", and the button of "start broadcasting", therefore, in an implementation manner, to avoid unnecessary trouble brought to the medical staff by misoperation, the tidiness of the display interface is ensured, and the medical host may hide one or more of the buttons during the display process. It should be noted that when the medical staff needs to trigger one or more of the hidden buttons, the medical staff may switch the display interface shown in fig. 6 to the display interface shown in fig. 5 by acting on the button 306 for switching the display mode, so as to display a button for "all file options", "all extension options", and a button for "start broadcasting" to the medical staff.
In the display interface shown in fig. 5, the healthcare worker may act on the "stop broadcasting" button by clicking, sliding, or other operation methods, so that the display interface displays the contents shown in fig. 7. After the healthcare worker clicks the "stop broadcast" button, in one implementation, for the media files that the broadcaster stops playing, a word such as "stop" or icon may be displayed in the media file list to mark, distinguish, etc. the unselected media files from the media files that stop playing. Similarly, in the broadcaster icon, a word such as "stop broadcasting" or an icon or the like may be presented 20 to indicate that the broadcaster currently displaying the word or icon stops broadcasting the media file.
After the medical care personnel operates the above-mentioned, namely after receiving the button that the medical care personnel acted on "stop broadcasting", the medical care host computer sends the message to the broadcasting machine in the course of broadcasting, in order to tell each broadcasting machine in the course of broadcasting to stop the present broadcasting process. After the broadcaster in the playing process receives the message, the broadcaster in the playing process stops the current playing process.
For the broadcasting machines with multiple groups in playing, after the medical staff acts on the button of "stop broadcasting", contents such as a prompt box or similar additional menus can be displayed in the display interface to prompt the medical staff to select to stop the broadcasting process of one or more groups of broadcasting machines, and/or the medical host can prompt the medical staff that an optional option of stopping broadcasting exists currently in a voice playing mode, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the way to prompt the healthcare worker to select the broadcast process of stopping one or more sets of broadcasters includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned cases. The healthcare worker selects a way to stop the broadcasting process of one or more groups of broadcasters, including but not limited to acting on a prompt box or an option presented by content similar to an additional menu through an operation mode such as clicking, sliding, etc., or inputting a voice password, etc.
In the embodiment of the application, the patient and/or family members of the patient, and/or the medical care personnel and other users can also send the playing request message to the medical care host through the broadcasting machine so as to request the medical care host to manage the broadcasting machine to play the media files which are carried in the playing request message and correspond to the identifiers of the media files.
It should be noted that, when the user requests to play a plurality of media files, the broadcaster may use the sequence of the identifiers of the media files selected by the user as the playing sequence of the plurality of media files, and carry the playing sequence of the plurality of media files in the playing request message, and send the playing sequence to the healthcare host. Then the medical care host computer sends a message to the broadcasting machine to trigger the broadcasting machine to play the media files in sequence according to the playing sequence of the plurality of media files.
In one implementation, in the process of playing the media file by the broadcasting machine, the patient and/or family members of the patient, and/or medical staff and other users can still adjust the content, sequence and the like of the media file played by the broadcasting machine by sending a play request message to the medical host through the broadcasting machine.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, a broadcaster with a bed id of "00001 bed" and a broadcaster with a bed id of "00003 bed" are playing the media file "02 singer 2-song B", and about to play "03 hospitalization awareness". The user can send a play request message to the medical care host through the broadcasting machine with the bed position identification of '00001 bed'. Wherein, the playing request message carries the identifier of the media file requested to be played by the broadcaster, i.e. "04 security must know". Since the number of the media files requested to be played by the broadcasting machine with the bed identifier of "00001 bed" to the healthcare host is 1, the broadcasting machine may not additionally transmit the playing sequence of the one media file to the healthcare host. After the healthcare host receives the play request message sent by the broadcasting machine, the healthcare host can remove the broadcasting machine with the bed position identification of '00001 bed' from the original broadcasting machine group and establish an independent broadcasting machine group for the broadcasting machine with the bed position identification of '00001 bed'. That is, the broadcaster with the bed identifier "00003 bed" continues to play the media file "02 singer 2-song B", and starts to play "03 hospitalization awareness" after the completion of the play of the media file "02 singer 2-song B". The broadcasting machine with the bed mark of "00001 bed" finishes the currently played media file "02 singer 2-song B", starts playing the media file "04 safety notice", selectively continues playing the media file "02 singer 2-song B" and the media file "03 hospitalization notice" after finishing playing the media file "04 safety notice", or finishes the broadcasting process after finishing playing the media file "04 safety notice"; or, after the broadcasting process of the currently playing media file "02 singer 2-song B" is completed, the broadcasting machine with the bed position identification of "00001 bed" starts to play the media file "04 safety notice", and selectively continues to play the media file "03 hospitalization notice" after the playing of the media 10 file "04 safety notice" is completed.
It should be noted that the above broadcast process implemented by the broadcaster with the bed identifier "00001 bed" is an exemplary implementation manner, and is not limited to the embodiment of the present application. For the medical care host, in a case that the medical care host sends a message to the broadcasting machine with the bed identifier "00001 bed" to trigger the broadcasting machine with the bed identifier "00001 bed" to adjust the content, the playing sequence, and the like of the played media file, the medical care host may carry, in the message, the content required for managing the broadcasting machine with the bed identifier "00001 bed" to realize the playing of the media file, for example, the content and the playing sequence of the media file that needs to be played after adjustment, whether to end the playing process of the media file that is currently being played, and the like, which is not limited herein. Thus, for the user, according to the user's own needs, the broadcaster can selectively play the content that the user desires to know, for example, the user can choose to repeatedly play the media 20 file that has been played before, and/or choose not to listen to or watch the known media file any more, so as to increase the flexibility of the broadcasting process.
Considering that the medical care personnel can arrange the content broadcasted by the broadcasting machine in advance, in an implementation manner, the medical care personnel can set the time when the medical care host sends the group broadcast message to the broadcasting machine through the medical care host, that is, the medical care host sends the group broadcast message to some or all broadcasting machines at regular time, so as to trigger the broadcasting machine receiving the group broadcast message to play the corresponding media file according to the indication of the group broadcast message.
It should be noted that the manner in which the healthcare worker sets the healthcare host timing broadcast may include, but is not limited to, one of the following exemplary implementations.
For example, after the medical staff selects the media file and the broadcasting machine to be played and triggers the button of "start broadcasting", the display interface may prompt the medical staff to select to trigger the selected broadcasting machine to play by popping up a prompt box or attaching a menu, or the medical staff selects a suitable broadcasting time from the prompted timing options, or the medical staff inputs the time for trying to broadcast, etc. In one implementation, a broadcaster play schedule for multiple time periods may be customized, with group-by-group timed plays being made for broadcasters belonging to different groups. For example, the bed head extensions corresponding to the beds 1, 2 and 3 play the media file "admission need to know" at 8 am on the tomorrow; 4. 5, respectively playing a media file 'rest notice' on the head of a bed extension corresponding to the bed at 10 am tomorrow; 4. 5, 6 bed respectively corresponding head of a bed extension in tomorrow afternoon 1 order play media file "nursing arrangement".
For another example, the medical staff may start or select a setting such as a timing broadcast function in a setting interface of the medical host to set broadcast time, an identifier of a media file that needs to trigger the broadcast of the broadcast machine when the broadcast time arrives, a playing sequence of the media file, and a broadcast machine that needs to implement the playing function when the broadcast time arrives.
