Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for remotely controlling subtitles.
Background
In a video conference system, the subtitle function is often classified into the following: banner, scroll caption, terminal name, short message, etc., and the attributes of these captions include font size, font color, transparency, scroll mode, display offset, etc. The banner, the roll captions, the longitudinal roll captions and the terminal names are mainly used for sending captions to a home terminal, wherein the home terminal is a terminal directly connected with the control device; the short message is mainly used for sending messages to the conference terminals in the conference. If a subtitle is to be sent to the local terminal, the conventional method is as follows: in the video conference system, terminals are not centrally managed in a conference room, and a user performs subtitle control on the terminals through a remote controller. The structure of the video conference system is shown in fig. 1. A conventional subtitle remote control method is explained based on the system structure diagram, and a specific control flow is shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
step S201, a user initiates a request for sending a subtitle to a terminal through a remote controller.
Step S202, after receiving the message, the infrared module of the terminal analyzes a specific instruction.
And step S203, the infrared module of the terminal transfers the analyzed instruction to a main control in the terminal.
And step S204, the terminal master control sends a request to the subtitle superposition module.
Step S205, the caption superposition module superposes the caption on the local video image and outputs the video image
That is, conventionally, a content to be transmitted is input on a GUI (Graphical User Interface) of a terminal through a remote controller and then a subtitle display request is transmitted, so that a subtitle is superimposed on an image of a home terminal and output; if a user wants to send a caption to other participating terminals while a conference is in progress, the specific implementation principle of the method can be basically consistent with that of the caption superposition of the local terminal by a mode of sending a short message, and the difference is that the caption content is sent to a receiving terminal through signaling, and then the caption superposition is completed at the receiving terminal.
However, the prior art has two disadvantages in implementing the control of the subtitles by the remote controller: firstly, the video conference terminal must be close to the user, and the user can control the video conference terminal through the remote controller, but the terminals are centrally managed under many conditions in the current video conference system, the distance between the human machine and the remote controller is far, and the subtitle control cannot be realized through the remote controller under the conditions. Second, there is often more than one terminal in the video conference system, and for convenience of managing the terminals in a more concentrated manner in physical locations, because the remote controller is universal, if the caption control of a certain terminal is realized through the remote controller, the conference control state of other terminals is interfered, which brings inconvenience to the user.
