Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a method for prompting whether to off-shelf a terminal, including:
101. reading the identification code of the terminal 300 and sending the identification code to the MES system;
102. receiving the work order time of the terminal 300 fed back by the MES system and the spot check information of whether the work order time is spot checked or not;
103. obtaining the continuous placing time from the time of the work order; and
104. and controlling the screen 310 of the terminal 300 to display a corresponding identification interface according to the time interval in which the continuous placing time is positioned and the spot check information of whether the spot check is performed or not.
By the method, an operator can judge the continuous placement time of the terminal 300 from the work order time and whether the terminal 300 is subjected to center drawing inspection or not in real time according to the identification interface displayed by the screen 310, and further can select the terminal 300 subjected to center drawing inspection to be inspected according to the sequence of time, wherein when the terminal 300 is not subjected to center drawing and the continuous placement time is longer, the operator can also find the terminal 300 to be quickly taken off the aging rack 200 (shown in figure 2) at a glance, so that efficient visual management is realized, the inspection efficiency and the efficiency of work order management and case settlement are improved, and the cost is reduced; also, damage to the external appearance or the like of the terminal 300, which may be caused by excessive human contact, is prevented.
In some embodiments, the work order time refers to the work order launch time, but is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, before reading the identification code of the terminal 300 and sending it to the MES system (i.e. before 101), it also comprises the preset operation of:

Specifically, when the terminal 300 is placed on the burn-in rack, it may be connected to a specially-provided download server through a data line to download the work order management system, but of course, it should not be limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the pre-setting operation further comprises:
setting a plurality of continuous unit time intervals aiming at the continuous placing time, wherein each time interval comprises at least one unit time interval; and
and according to the change of the unit time interval, the serial number of the monomer time interval is displayed on the identification interface in a switching way.
For example, when the first time interval is set to 1 to 3 days from the work order time, the second time interval is set to 4 days from the work order time, and the third time interval is set to 5 days or more from the work order time, the time length of the unit time interval may be set to 1 day, the first unit time interval is set to 1 day from the work order time, and the 4 th unit time interval is set to 4 days from the work order time; when the duration of the placement proceeds from day 3 to day 4, the 3 displayed on the identification interface changes to 4.
FIG. 3 provides one embodiment of an identification interface. When the spot-check is not performed, when the set first time interval is from 1 st to 3 rd days from the time of the work order, the identification interface is a green interface, wherein the number 1 is displayed on the green interface at the 1 st day, the number 2 is displayed on the green interface at the 2 nd day, and the number 3 is displayed on the green interface at the 3 rd day; on day 4, the green color of the identification interface is changed into yellow color, and the number 4 is displayed on the yellow interface; on day 5 and later, the identification interface changed from yellow to red; moreover, the mark interface also displays a reminding character OS _ PASS which is not checked for spot-checking. During the spot check, the lower portion of the screen 310 may be kept the same as that during the non-spot check, and the upper portion of the screen 310 may be displayed in red and assisted by the reminding text OBE to remind the terminal 300 of the spot check.
