As is well known, medical headlamps have a wide range of applications, and are used in a variety of medical fields such as ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, neurosurgery, hand surgery, and gynecology. Medical headlight receives LED lamp holder structure, outward appearance and usage to limit, the fin can not be too big, inside heat can't circulate out, so the heat dissipation condition is not good enough, in addition, according to different fields illumination light and illumination distance's demand, need adjust the improvement to the spotlight component of headlight, and among the prior art, in order to adjust the spotlight problem of medical headlight has increased single color filter, but such headlight spotlight regulative mode can only adapt to a medical field's demand, the function is single enough.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

According to the invention, the power supply circuit and the power supply box connected with the power supply circuit are arranged in the head sleeve, so that accidental damage caused by the power supply wire being exposed outside can be avoided; meanwhile, the storage battery inside the power box is connected through the power line, so that the trouble caused by winding of the power line for connecting the power supply when the headlamp is used can be avoided, and the use is more convenient.

In addition, in one embodiment, a power supply box 40 is arranged at the rear part of the headgear 1, a storage battery 41 is arranged in the power supply box 40, and a USB interface 42 connected with the storage battery 41 is arranged on the power supply box 40; a power supply circuit 43 communicated with the power supply box 40 is arranged in the head sleeve 1; the heat dissipation aluminum plate 6 is provided with an opening for connecting a power line, the base 4 is provided with a power line outlet, and the power line passes through the power line outlet and the power line 43 and the storage battery 41.
