Step 704, if the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information which are stored in advance, controlling the original goods to be processed into the target goods in the processing area.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the stock container information, the material information, and the stock information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the stock container information, the material information, and the stock information that are pre-saved, the computer device may control the original goods to be processed into the target goods in the processing area. Specifically, if the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the stock container information, the material information and the stock information which are saved in advance, the computer equipment can control the original goods to be manually processed into target goods in the processing area; alternatively, the computer device may also control the original goods to be automatically processed into the target goods in the processing area; and are not limited in any way herein. If the matching between the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods and the pre-stored stock container information, the material information and the stock information fails, the computer device can control the original goods not to be processed into the target goods in the processing area.
Step 705, after the original goods are processed into the target goods in the processing area, the target goods are placed on the standby transporting inventory containers.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the original goods are processed into the target goods in the processing area, the computer device places the target goods on the transport inventory containers on standby; the transport stock container on standby is the stock container originally carrying the original goods and processed into the target goods. Specifically, the original goods can be processed into the target goods manually; alternatively, the original goods can be processed into the target goods in an automated manner. And are not limited in any way herein.
Step 706, the handling inventory container carrying the target goods is transported to the target inventory area, and the target goods are placed on the handling inventory container.
In particular embodiments of the present invention, a computer device may transport a handling inventory receptacle carrying a target good into a target inventory area, the target good being placed on the handling inventory receptacle. Specifically, the computer device may receive a second handling instruction corresponding to the original cargo; determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo; then, determining corresponding target goods according to the goods number of the original goods; establishing a corresponding relation between the original goods and the target goods; and then, carrying the target goods corresponding to the original goods related in the second carrying instruction to the target storage area according to the corresponding relation.
The method for carrying the processed goods provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps that firstly, a carrying inventory container bearing original goods is carried to a predetermined processing area from an original inventory area, and the original goods are placed on the carrying inventory container; after the original goods are processed into target goods in the processing area, placing the target goods on the standby carrying inventory containers; the transport stock container in standby state is the stock container which originally bears the original goods and the original goods are processed into the target goods; and then the carrying inventory container carrying the target goods is carried to the target inventory area, and the target goods are placed on the carrying inventory container. That is, in the technical solution of the present invention, the original goods are obtained from the original storage area by a carrying inventory container; and then the target goods are transported to the target storage area through the transporting inventory container. Therefore, the method for transporting the processed goods provided by the embodiment of the invention is a process of taking and sending the processed goods once. The existing handling method for processed goods is a process of twice taking and twice sending. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the method for transporting the processed goods provided by the embodiment of the invention can not only improve the transporting efficiency, but also reduce the transporting cost; moreover, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is simple and convenient to realize, convenient to popularize and wider in application range.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for transporting processed goods according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the handling method of the processed goods may include the steps of:
step 801, receiving a first carrying instruction corresponding to an original cargo.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the computer device may receive a first handling instruction corresponding to an original cargo through the cargo processing station; the first carrying instruction carries the goods number of the original goods. Specifically, the staff can log in a station of the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type on the goods processing table, switch to the warehouse-out label page, input the goods number of the original goods, and click to take the stock container. The computer device will hit a transport inventory item in the designated intermediate area according to the standard out-of-stock hit logic and notify the target AGV to transport the transport inventory item to the processing area.
And step 802, determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to the first carrying instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the computer device may determine the cargo number of the original cargo according to the first handling instruction. Specifically, the computer device may obtain a cargo number corresponding to the original cargo in a first transport instruction corresponding to the original cargo.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the computer device may determine, according to the cargo number of the original cargo, an original storage area corresponding to the original cargo and a handling inventory container carrying the original cargo.
And step 804, transporting the transport inventory container carrying the original goods from the original inventory area to a predetermined processing area.
In particular embodiments of the present invention, a computer device may transport a transport inventory container carrying raw goods from a raw inventory area to a predetermined processing area. Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the transporting inventory container carrying the original goods is transported from the original storage area to the predetermined processing area, before the original goods are processed into the target goods, the computer device may further obtain inventory container information, material information, and inventory information corresponding to the original goods through the goods processing station; then matching the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods with the stock container information, the material information and the stock information which are stored in advance; if the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the stock container information, the material information and the stock information which are stored in advance, the computer equipment can control the original goods to be processed into the target goods in the processing area.
Step 805, after the original goods are processed into the target goods in the processing area, the target goods are placed on the standby transporting inventory containers.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the original goods are processed into the target goods in the processing area, the computer device may place the target goods on the transport inventory containers on standby; the transport stock container on standby is the stock container originally carrying the original goods and processed into the target goods. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the standby transporting inventory containers carrying the target goods are the same as the transporting inventory containers carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods; alternatively, the transport inventory containers on standby carrying the target goods are not the same as the transport inventory containers carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods.
And 806, receiving a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original goods.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the computer device may receive a second handling instruction corresponding to the original cargo; and the second carrying instruction carries the cargo number of the original cargo. Specifically, after the original goods are processed into the target goods in the processing area, the staff can click a processing completion button in the goods processing, and at the moment, the goods processing table sends a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original goods to the computer equipment; the second carrying instruction can carry the cargo number of the original cargo.
And step 807, determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to the second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo.
And 808, determining corresponding target goods according to the goods number of the original goods.
And step 809, establishing the corresponding relation between the original goods and the target goods.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, after the computer device receives a second carrying instruction corresponding to an original cargo sent by the cargo processing station, the computer device may obtain a cargo number of the original cargo in the second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo; the computer device may then determine a target inventory area corresponding to the original shipment based on the shipment number of the original shipment.
And step 810, carrying the target goods corresponding to the original goods related in the second carrying instruction to the target storage area according to the corresponding relation.

Fig. 9 is a first structural schematic view of a handling device for processed goods according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the handling apparatus for processing goods according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: a carrying module 901 and a control module 902; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the carrying module 901 is configured to carry a carrying inventory container carrying original goods from an original inventory area to a predetermined processing area, where the original goods are placed on the carrying inventory container;
the control module 902 is configured to place the target cargo on a standby transporting inventory container after the original cargo is processed into the target cargo in the processing area; the transport inventory container in standby state is the inventory container which originally bears the original goods and the original goods are processed into the target goods;
the carrying module 901 is further configured to carry a carrying inventory container carrying the target goods into a target inventory area, where the target goods are placed on the carrying inventory container.
Fig. 10 is a second structural schematic diagram of a handling device for processed goods according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the carrying module 901 includes: a receiving submodule 9011, a determining submodule 9012 and a carrying submodule 9013; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the receiving submodule 9011 is configured to receive a first carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo;
the determining submodule 9012 is configured to determine, according to the first carrying instruction, a cargo number of the original cargo;
the transportation sub-module 9013 is configured to transport the transportation inventory container carrying the original goods from the original inventory area to the predetermined processing area.
Further, the receiving sub-module 9011 is further configured to receive a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo;
the determining submodule 9012 is further configured to determine, according to a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo, a cargo number of the original cargo; determining the corresponding target goods according to the goods number of the original goods; establishing a corresponding relation between the original goods and the target goods;
the carrying sub-module 9013 is further configured to carry, according to the corresponding relationship, the target goods corresponding to the original goods related to the second carrying instruction to the target storage area.
Further, the control module 902 is further configured to obtain, by the cargo processing station, stock container information, material information, and stock information corresponding to the original cargo; matching the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods with the stock container information, the material information and the stock information which are stored in advance; and if the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information which are stored in advance, controlling the original goods to be processed into the target goods in the processing area.
Further, the standby transport inventory containers carrying the target goods are the same inventory container as the transport inventory container carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods; or, the transport inventory containers on standby carrying the target goods are not the same as the transport inventory containers carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods.
The handling device for the processed goods can execute the method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For details of the handling method of the processed goods, reference may be made to any embodiment of the present invention.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer device suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The computer device 12 shown in fig. 11 is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 11, computer device 12 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 11, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 11, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 20. As shown, network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of computer device 12 via bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the system memory 28, for example, to implement the method for handling processed goods according to the embodiment of the present invention.

The sixth embodiment of the invention provides a computer storage medium.
The computer-readable storage media of embodiments of the invention may take any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or computer device. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Claims (8)

1. A method of handling processed goods, the method comprising:
carrying a carrying inventory container carrying original goods from an original inventory area to a predetermined processing area, wherein the original goods are placed on the carrying inventory container;
after the original goods are processed into target goods in the processing area, placing the target goods on a standby carrying inventory container; the transport inventory container in standby state is the inventory container which originally bears the original goods and the original goods are processed into the target goods;
transporting a transport inventory container carrying the target goods into a target inventory area, the target goods being placed on the transport inventory container;
wherein the transporting of the transport inventory receptacles carrying the original goods from the original inventory area to the predetermined processing area comprises:
receiving a first carrying instruction corresponding to the original goods;
determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to the first carrying instruction;
determining an original storage area corresponding to the original goods and a carrying inventory container bearing the original goods according to the goods number of the original goods;
transporting a transport inventory container carrying said original goods from said original inventory area to said predetermined processing area;
wherein the transporting the transport inventory container carrying the target cargo into the target inventory area comprises:
receiving a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original goods;
determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo;
determining the corresponding target goods according to the goods number of the original goods;
establishing a corresponding relation between the original goods and the target goods;
and carrying the target goods corresponding to the original goods related in the second carrying instruction to the target storage area according to the corresponding relation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after transporting the transport inventory container carrying the original goods from the original inventory area to the predetermined processing area, the method further comprises, before the original goods are processed into the target goods:
acquiring inventory container information, material information and inventory information corresponding to the original goods through a goods processing table;
matching the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods with the stock container information, the material information and the stock information which are stored in advance;
and if the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information which are stored in advance, controlling the original goods to be processed into the target goods in the processing area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the on-standby transport inventory container carrying the target cargo is the same inventory container as the transport inventory container carrying the original cargo corresponding to the target cargo; or, the transport inventory containers on standby carrying the target goods are not the same as the transport inventory containers carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods.
4. A handling device for processing goods, said device comprising: a carrying module and a control module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the carrying module is used for carrying a carrying inventory container bearing original goods to a predetermined processing area from an original inventory area, and the original goods are placed on the carrying inventory container;
the control module is used for placing the target goods on a standby carrying inventory container after the original goods are processed into the target goods in the processing area; the transport inventory container in standby state is the inventory container which originally bears the original goods and the original goods are processed into the target goods;
the carrying module is also used for carrying a carrying inventory container carrying the target goods into a target inventory area, and the target goods are placed on the carrying inventory container;
wherein, the handling module includes: the method comprises the steps of receiving a submodule, determining a submodule and carrying a submodule; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the receiving submodule is used for receiving a first carrying instruction corresponding to the original goods;
the determining submodule is used for determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to the first carrying instruction;
the carrying submodule is used for carrying a carrying inventory container carrying the original goods from the original inventory area to the predetermined processing area;
the receiving submodule is further used for receiving a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original goods;
the determining submodule is further used for determining the cargo number of the original cargo according to a second carrying instruction corresponding to the original cargo; determining the corresponding target goods according to the goods number of the original goods; establishing a corresponding relation between the original goods and the target goods;
and the carrying sub-module is further configured to carry the target cargo corresponding to the original cargo related to the second carrying instruction to the target storage area according to the corresponding relationship.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the control module is further configured to obtain, through a cargo processing station, stock container information, material information, and stock information corresponding to the original cargo; matching the stock container information, the material information and the stock information corresponding to the original goods with the stock container information, the material information and the stock information which are stored in advance; and if the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information corresponding to the original goods are successfully matched with the inventory container information, the material information and the inventory information which are stored in advance, controlling the original goods to be processed into the target goods in the processing area.
6. The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the transport inventory receptacles on standby carrying the target goods are the same as the transport inventory receptacles carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods; or, the transport inventory containers on standby carrying the target goods are not the same as the transport inventory containers carrying the original goods corresponding to the target goods.
7. A computer device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of handling processed goods recited in any one of claims 1 to 3.
8. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of handling processed goods according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
