Abstract
The double-compressor and double-steaming heavy-duty air conditioning system comprises a mechanical compressor, an electric compressor, a condenser assembly, a front-mounted evaporator and an overhead evaporator, wherein the electric compressor and the overhead evaporator are matched to operate during parking; during driving, the mechanical compressor and the front-mounted evaporator and the top-mounted evaporator are operated simultaneously, and the top-mounted evaporator is arranged in the overhead box of the cab. According to the invention, an overhead evaporator assembly is added on the basis of a traditional heavy truck air conditioner, so that cooling capacity is provided for a sleeper, and the user requirement is met.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to a heavy truck air conditioning system.
Background
Currently, heavy-duty air conditioning systems are traditionally configured as follows; a front evaporator assembly, a mechanical compressor and an electric compressor. The prior pre-evaporator assembly mainly refrigerates or heats a main driver and a secondary driver under the influence of the space of a cab, and cannot provide air quantity and refrigerating capacity for a sleeper. Meanwhile, when the parking air conditioner is used, the power of the electric compressor is small, and the power of the front evaporator is large. Resulting in high temperature at the air outlet of the parking air conditioner and poor effect. Better refrigeration requirements cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-compressor and double-steaming heavy-duty air-conditioning system, which is characterized in that an overhead evaporator assembly is added on the basis of a traditional heavy-duty air-conditioning system to provide cooling capacity for a sleeper so as to meet the demands of users.
The double-compressor and double-steaming heavy-duty air conditioning system comprises a mechanical compressor, an electric compressor, a condenser assembly, a front-mounted evaporator and an overhead evaporator, wherein the electric compressor and the overhead evaporator are matched to operate during parking; during driving, the mechanical compressor and the front-mounted evaporator and the top-mounted evaporator are operated simultaneously.
The overhead evaporator is disposed within the cab overhead bin.
The overhead evaporator includes: the evaporator comprises an evaporator core, an evaporation fan, an electromagnetic valve, an upper shell, a lower shell and an air outlet, wherein the upper shell and the lower shell are internally provided with the evaporator core, the outside of the shell is provided with the evaporation fan, the outside of the shell is provided with the air outlet, the shell is also provided with the electromagnetic valve which is used for controlling the switch of the overhead evaporator, the evaporation fan adopts a single volute small fan, the air direction of the air outlet of the evaporation fan is parallel to the axis of a collecting pipe of the evaporator core, and the upper shell and the lower shell adopt gradual-change section design.
The invention has the positive effects that:
(1) According to the invention, by additionally arranging the overhead evaporator assembly, the refrigerating capacity can be provided for the cab and the sleeper at the same time under the driving working condition and the parking working condition, so that the comfort is improved;
(2) The invention can improve the stability of the truck air conditioner and prevent ice by the double-steam and double-compressor air conditioning system, thereby meeting the use requirements of various climatic conditions;
(3) According to the overhead evaporator, the wind direction of the air outlet of the evaporating fan is parallel to the axis of the collecting pipe of the evaporator core body, so that the problem of narrow space in the X direction is solved, and the upper shell and the lower shell of the fan adopt gradual change sections, so that the phenomenon of uneven wind speed on the surface of the evaporator core body is solved; the space size is satisfied, and the refrigeration requirement is satisfied.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
See fig. 1-2: when the automobile is in a running process, after the front air conditioner is turned on, if the top air conditioner is also turned on, a wind gear switch on the top air conditioner is turned on, at the moment, the electromagnetic valve 3 on the top evaporator is turned on, and the top air conditioner starts to work; the mechanical compressor supplies cold to the front-mounted evaporator and the top-mounted evaporator through the condenser assembly; when the overhead air conditioner needs to be closed, only the air stop switch on the overhead air conditioner needs to be closed, the electromagnetic valve 3 is closed, and the overhead air conditioner is closed, and at the moment, the mechanical compressor only supplies cold to the front-mounted evaporator through the condenser assembly. The overhead air conditioner controls overhead evaporation liquid supply by means of opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve 3 of an overhead evaporator; the front-end evaporator controls the compressor to go through the surface temperature of the evaporator; when the vehicle is parked, the electric compressor is started, and the overhead evaporator assembly is cooled through the condenser assembly.
In fig. 3-4: the overhead evaporator is disposed within the cab overhead bin, i.e., the secondary overhead. An overhead evaporator assembly, comprising: the evaporator comprises an evaporator core body 1, an evaporation fan 2, an electromagnetic valve 3, an upper shell 4, a lower shell 5 and an air outlet 6, wherein the upper shell 4 and the lower shell 5 are internally provided with the evaporator core body 1, the outside of the shell is provided with the evaporation fan 2, the outside of the shell is provided with the air outlet 6, the shell is also provided with the electromagnetic valve 3, and the electromagnetic valve 3 is used for controlling the switch of the overhead evaporator. The air outlet 6 is limited by the space of the Z direction and the X direction, the evaporation fan adopts a single volute small fan, and the size of the fan in the Z direction is as follows: 120mm, X-direction dimension: 128mm, the wind direction of the air outlet of the evaporating fan 2 is parallel to the axis of the collecting pipe of the evaporator core body 1, and the problem of narrow space in the X direction is solved. The upper shell and the lower shell of the evaporating fan 2 adopt gradual change sections, so that the phenomenon of uneven wind speed on the surface of the core body of the evaporator is solved.
The specific structures of other parts not disclosed in the invention are all the prior art. The invention solves the problems of large refrigerating space but small installation space of the heavy truck cab by additionally arranging the overhead evaporator.

Double compressor and double-steaming heavy truck air conditioning system, including a mechanical compressor, an electric compressor, a condenser assembly and a preposed evaporator, its characterized in that: the overhead evaporator is arranged in the cab overhead box; the overhead air conditioner controls overhead evaporation liquid supply by opening and closing an electromagnetic valve of an overhead evaporator; the front-mounted evaporator controls the compressor through the surface temperature of the evaporator; when the vehicle is parked, the electric compressor and the overhead evaporator are matched for operation; during running, the mechanical compressor and the front-mounted evaporator and the top-mounted evaporator run simultaneously;
