The underground safety valve for the oil-gas well is mainly used for realizing flow control of underground crude oil. When the well kick happens underground, the safety valve is automatically closed, so that accidents are prevented. The valve plate and the valve seat of the safety valve are key parts for ensuring the sealing of the safety valve. At present, the sealing surface between a valve plate and a valve seat of a safety valve is mainly repaired in three modes, namely manual grinding, semi-automatic grinding and full-automatic grinding. The manual grinding has low cost and high use frequency, but is time-consuming and labor-consuming; the semi-automatic grinding adopts a handheld grinding tool, the valve body rotates, the working efficiency is improved, but the processing quality of the valve plate and the valve seat is greatly influenced by human factors; the full-automatic grinding machine has higher operation cost. These have limited the use of downhole safety valves for oil and gas wells that require high precision in sealing surface machining.
At present, how to implement the research and repair of the sealing surface of the safety valve with low cost and high efficiency becomes a key technology in the field of safety valve processing and manufacturing.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a grinding and repairing device for a sealing surface of a safety valve, so that the sealing surface of the safety valve can be automatically ground, the grinding cost is reduced, and the grinding efficiency is improved.

The rotation mechanism may comprise a motor. The valve seat 1 is cylindrical, the valve seat 1 can be fixed on a rotating shaft of the motor through the inner hole wall of the valve seat 1, and when the motor rotates, the motor can drive the valve seat 1 to rotate.
Magnet 4 has adsorbed valve plate 2, and when rotary mechanism drive disk seat 1 rotated and valve plate 2 ground, valve plate 2 probably produced the circumference skew and influence the grinding effect. In order to avoid circumferential offset of the valve plate 2 during grinding, the fixing mechanism further comprises a positioning block 13, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. Thus, in the grinding process, the valve plate 2 cannot generate circumferential deviation under the grinding action force, and the grinding effect is ensured.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the attraction position of the valve plate 2 on the magnet 4, a limiting structure for limiting the attraction position of the magnet 4 may be provided on the magnet 4. For example, the surface of the magnet 4 for adsorbing the valve plate 2 is provided with a protrusion matching with the groove on the valve plate 2, and the specific arrangement mode and structure of the limiting structure can be determined according to actual needs. It will be readily appreciated that a plurality of defining formations may also be provided, whereby the plurality of defining formations cooperate to define the circumferential position of the valve plate 2, avoiding circumferential deflection of the valve plate 2 under abrasive forces.
In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the valve plate 2, the positioning block 13 is detachably connected to the outer cylinder 3, so that when the valve plate 2 needs to be disassembled and assembled, the positioning block 13 can be disassembled, and after the valve plate 2 is disassembled and assembled, the positioning block 13 is installed on the outer cylinder 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the lower end of the centering shaft 5 is connected to the magnet 4 through a compressible elastic member 6. The compressible resilient member 6 may comprise a compressible spring. The vertical position of the centering shaft 5 relative to the outer cylinder 3 can be adjusted by screwing the centering shaft 5, so that the compression amount of the compressible elastic part 6 is adjusted, the contact force between the valve plate 2 and the valve seat 1 is adjusted, the grinding friction force is controllable, and the grinding quality and effect can be improved.
In this embodiment, an elastic pad 10 is further disposed between the compressible elastic member 6 and the magnet 4.
As shown in fig. 1, the end of the centering shaft 5 connected to the magnet is provided with a boss 51 protruding toward the magnet 4, and the elastic member 6 is fitted over the boss 51. The boss 51 can provide a guiding effect for the up-and-down movement of the elastic component 6, and the balance of the force exerted on the magnet 4 by the elastic component 6 in the circumferential direction is ensured, so that the balance of the grinding friction force between the valve plate 2 and the valve seat 1 is ensured, and the grinding effect is improved.
In this embodiment, the fixing mechanism further comprises a centering bar 7, as shown in fig. 1. The centering shaft 5 is provided with an axially extending through hole 71, and the centering rod 7 is inserted into the through hole 71. The lower end (the end facing the magnet 4) of the centering rod 7 is fixedly connected to the magnet 4 by a screw. The upper part of the centering shaft 5 is provided with a fine adjustment structure. The fine adjustment structure includes an adjustment hole 72 and an adjustment screw 12. The adjustment hole 72 is provided on the spindle 5 in the radial direction, and the adjustment hole 72 extends from the outer peripheral wall of the spindle 5 up to the through hole 71. The adjustment hole 72 is an internally threaded hole, and the adjustment screw 12 is screwed into the adjustment hole 72. The inner end of the adjusting screw 12 abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the lower centering rod 7, and the plurality of fine adjustment structures cooperate with each other to fix the radial position of the centering rod 7 within the through hole 71. The radial position of the centering rod 7 in the through hole 71 is adjusted by adjusting the depth of the adjusting screw 12 in the adjusting hole 72.
During grinding, when the second sealing surface 21 on the valve plate 2 and the first sealing surface 14 on the valve seat 1 have radial deviation, the radial position of the centering rod 7 in the through hole 71 can be adjusted through the fine adjustment structure, so that the position of the magnet 4 is adjusted, the second sealing surface 21 and the first sealing surface 14 are kept matched, and the grinding quality and precision are guaranteed. In addition, the fine adjustment structure fixes the centering rod 7, provides upward pulling force for the magnet 4, and is matched with the compressible elastic component 6 providing downward pressure for the magnet 4, so that the magnet 4 is kept at a fixed position, and the position stability of the valve plate 2 is ensured.
The fine-tuning structures can be uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the centering rod 7, and the specific number of the fine-tuning structures can be determined according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 1, a limiting cap 9 is arranged at one end of the centering rod 7 far away from the magnet 4. The limiting cap 9 can prevent the centering rod 7 from falling off from the through hole 71 accidentally, so that the magnet 4 can be prevented from being separated from the elastic component 6 accidentally, and the overall structure of the grinding and repairing device is protected. In this embodiment, the stop cap 9 may include a nut, and an external thread matching with the nut is provided at the top end of the centering rod 7, and the nut is screwed on the top end of the centering rod 7.
It is easily understood that, in order to prevent the influence of human factors during the polishing process, it is necessary to fix the valve plate 2 by fixing the entire fixing mechanism to the jig during the polishing. In order to fix the fixing mechanism on the clamp as a whole, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing mechanism further includes an end cap 11 for fixing the whole fixing mechanism on the external clamp, and the end cap 11 is fitted over the centering shaft 5. The end cap 11 is located above the outer cylinder 3. The cap 11 has a grip portion 111 for gripping by an external jig and a flange portion 112 located near the outer cylinder 3 of the grip portion 111. The flange 112 is fixedly connected to the outer cylinder 3 by a fastening screw 8. With this structure, the entire fixing mechanism can be fixed to the outer holder through the end cover 11, thereby fixing the valve plate 2.
In order to facilitate the removal and installation of the valve plate 2, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the outer cylinder 3 is provided with a wiring hole through which an electric cable for supplying power to the magnet 4 is connected to the magnet 4. When the electric cable supplies power to the magnet 4, the magnet 4 has magnetism, and when the electric cable stops supplying power to the magnet 4, the magnetism of the magnet 4 disappears, so that the valve plate 2 is conveniently separated from the magnet 4.
The grinding repair device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following use process:
clamping the fixture to an external fixture through end cap 11;
electrifying the magnet 4 through an electric cable, enabling the magnet 4 to generate magnetism, adsorbing and fixing the valve plate 2 on the magnet 4, and circumferentially positioning the valve plate 2 by using the positioning block 13;
the valve seat 1 is fixed on the rotating mechanism, the second sealing surface of the valve plate 2 is in matched contact with the first sealing surface of the valve seat 1 by adjusting the fine adjustment structure, and the grinding friction force can be adjusted by adjusting the centering shaft 5;
starting the rotating mechanism to start grinding.
