The aluminum alloy door frame is a door frame member which is made of aluminum alloy sections with treated surfaces through processing technologies such as blanking, punching, groove milling, tapping, manufacturing and the like, and is assembled by using a connecting piece, a sealing material and opening and closing hardware fittings, and burrs are required to be removed at corners after the aluminum alloy sections are grooved, so that the use safety is improved.
However, the traditional aluminum alloy door frame slotting device deburs the aluminum alloy door frame by the burr cutter after slotting, the trimming uniformity is poor, only one side of the aluminum alloy door frame can be deburred each time, and the operation efficiency is low. In view of this, the invention provides an aluminum alloy door frame production device, which has the following characteristics:
(1) according to the aluminum alloy door frame production device, two trimming units for trimming and deburring edges of the sliding groove of the door frame are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the rectangular frame of the rectangular structure, the trimming units are matched with the guide units to fix the aluminum alloy door frame section, so that two sides of the sliding groove of the grooved aluminum alloy door frame section are trimmed and deburred simultaneously, and the trimming and deburring work efficiency and the quality are greatly improved.
(2) According to the aluminum alloy door frame production device, the second driving bolt drives the conveying sleeve to slide in the driving sleeve, meanwhile, the conveying sleeve is of an L-shaped structure, the scrap removing cutter is vertically fixed at the end of the conveying sleeve, trimming and deburring of aluminum alloy door frame profiles with different widths are facilitated, the aluminum alloy door frame production device has the function of limiting and guiding the profiles, and the operation flexibility is greatly improved.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an aluminum alloy door frame production device, wherein two trimming units for trimming and deburring edges of chutes of a door frame are symmetrically arranged at two ends of a rectangular frame of a rectangular structure, and the trimming units are matched with a guide unit to fix an aluminum alloy door frame profile, so that two sides of the chutes of the grooved aluminum alloy door frame profile are trimmed and deburred simultaneously, and the trimming and deburring work efficiency and the quality are greatly improved; the second driving bolt drives the conveying sleeve to slide inside the driving sleeve, meanwhile, the conveying sleeve is of an L-shaped structure, the scrap removing cutter is perpendicularly fixed at the end of the conveying sleeve, trimming and deburring of aluminum alloy door frame profiles with different widths are facilitated, the effect of limiting and guiding the profiles is achieved, and the flexible operation performance is greatly improved.
