It should be noted that the tile lifting device can be applied to a four-port mahjong machine and an eight-port mahjong machine, namely a no-grip mahjong machine.
It should be noted that, the card lifting plate is rotatably disposed on the first card rail, and the connection manner of the card lifting plate and the first card rail includes but is not limited to hinging. When the card lifting plate is hinged with the first card rail through the hinge part, the hinge part is arranged close to the side wall of the first card rail. Further, two hinge parts are arranged and are respectively hinged with two side walls of the first card rail.
It should be noted that, when the tile lifting plate is in a flat state, the distance between the bottom surface of the tile lifting plate and the inner bottom surface of the first tile track is greater than the height of the mahjong queue to be conveyed.

A sliding groove is formed in one side wall of the first tile rail, and the tile lifting plate is pushed by the pulley arranged in the sliding groove, so that the size of the inner cavity space of the first tile rail occupied by the pushing piece is further reduced, and the influence of the pushing piece on mahjong queue conveying is reduced. The sliding groove is in a straight groove shape arranged along the vertical direction, or in an arc groove shape, when the pulley pushes the card lifting plate to be in a lifting or descending trend, the motion track of the pulley can be a straight line or a curve.
It should be noted that, when the sliding groove is in a straight groove shape disposed along a vertical direction, the first driving member includes, but is not limited to, a linkage mechanism and a cylinder. The sliding groove is an arc-shaped groove, and the first driving piece comprises, but is not limited to, a rocker arm. The first driving part can be arranged on the outer side of the first card rail or on the inner side of the first card rail, and when the first driving part is arranged on the inner side of the first card rail, the first driving part is required to be arranged close to one side wall of the first card rail in order to avoid blocking the channel. In this embodiment, the first driving member is a link mechanism and is disposed outside the first card track.
Second embodiment of card lifting device:
in this embodiment, the pushing member 132 includes a rocker arm, and the top end of the rocker arm abuts against the bottom surface of the card lifting plate 12 and can push the card lifting plate 12 to rise or fall. The rest is the same as in the first embodiment of the card lift.

Therefore, the movable heightening piece is arranged on the second tile rail, and the heightening piece can not obstruct the mahjong queue to be conveyed in the second tile rail, so that the heightening device can be arranged at the middle section of one tile rail, the heightening device can move upwards in the middle of the tile rail even at any position or guide the mahjong tiles, the internal structural design of the mahjong machine can not be limited, and the internal structure of the mahjong machine can be more compact.
It should be noted that the card raising device may be used alone or in combination with the card raising device.
Referring to fig. 2, after the height-increasing member 22 passes through and protrudes out of the mounting groove 211, the distance between the top surface of the height-increasing member 22 and the bottom surface of the second card rail 21 is sequentially increased along the mahjong tile conveying direction.
When the heightening piece passes through and extends out of the mounting groove, the distance between the top surface of the heightening piece and the bottom surface of the second card rail is gradually increased along the mahjong tile conveying direction, and the top surface of the heightening piece is obliquely arranged relative to the inner bottom surface of the second card rail. When the mahjong queue is pushed by the tile pulling device to move on the heightening piece, the top surface of the heightening piece can guide the mahjong queue to move obliquely upwards. The card heightening device can be better matched with the card lifting device for use.
In this embodiment, the mounting grooves are hole grooves, two mounting grooves are provided and are mutually arranged at intervals. The heightening part comprises two triangular plates which are vertically arranged in the two mounting grooves respectively. The heightening part also comprises a connecting plate, wherein the connecting plate is arranged on the bottom surfaces of the two triangular plates and is fixed with the two triangular plates, and the longitudinal section of the heightening part is U-shaped. The two triangular plates can be curved plates or straight plates according to the shape of the second card rail. In this embodiment, one of the two triangular plates is a curved plate and the other is a straight plate.
Embodiment one of the card-lifting linkage:
referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a card lifting linkage device includes a card lifting device 1 of the first card lifting device embodiment and a card lifting device 2 of the first card lifting device embodiment, wherein a first card rail 11 and a second card rail 21 are in communication, and when a card lifting plate 12 is in an inclined state relative to the first card rail 11 and a lifting member 22 extends out of a mounting groove 211, a top surface of the card lifting plate 12 is in butt joint with a top surface of the lifting member 22.
When the mahjong queue is transported to the tile lifting plate in the first tile rail, the second driving part is driven to drive the height increasing part to ascend and the first driving part is driven to drive the pushing part to move downwards, the free end of the tile lifting plate is enabled to descend and the tile lifting plate is enabled to be in an inclined state, the tile pulling device pushes the mahjong queue, the mahjong queue sequentially passes through the top surface of the height increasing part and the top surface of the tile lifting plate, the first driving part is driven to drive the pushing part to move upwards, the free end of the tile lifting plate is enabled to ascend and the tile lifting plate is enabled to be in a flat state, and the mahjong queue is transported to the desktop. When the mahjong pieces are not required to be sent to the tabletop, the first driving part is driven to drive the pushing part to move upwards, the free ends of the mahjong lifting plates are enabled to be lifted and the mahjong lifting plates are in a flat state, the mahjong lifting parts are enabled to descend or are kept in a state of being positioned below the second mahjong rail, and the mahjong queues can pass through the channel, namely the lower part of the mahjong lifting plates and the upper part of the mahjong lifting parts.
Therefore, the tile lifting linkage device can guide the mahjong tiles to move upwards in the middle of the tile track or even at any position, does not limit the internal structural design of the mahjong machine, and can make the internal structure of the mahjong machine more compact.
It should be noted that the first card track and the second card track may be integrally provided, that is, they may be one track, or two tracks connected together. The first driving member and the second driving member can be synchronously driven, namely driven by the same motor, or can be driven by different motors respectively.
Referring to fig. 2, when the tile lifting plate 12 is in an inclined state relative to the first tile rail 11 and the height-increasing member 22 extends out of the mounting groove 211, a space 3 is left between the tile lifting plate 12 and the height-increasing member 22, and the width of the space 3 along the mahjong tile conveying direction is smaller than the width of the mahjong tile.
When the tile lifting plate is in an inclined state relative to the first tile rail and the heightening piece extends out of the mounting groove, a gap is reserved between the tile lifting plate and the heightening piece, so that collision between the tile lifting plate and the heightening piece during lifting and descending of the tile lifting plate can be avoided, and the mahjong tile falling and disturbing tile conveying step can be avoided. The width of the interval along the mahjong tile conveying direction is smaller than the width of the mahjong tile, so that the mahjong tile cannot fall off from the interval in the conveying process.

When the driving motor is in transmission connection with the first transmission shaft, the driving motor drives the first transmission shaft to rotate, the first transmission shaft drives the first driving piece on the driving motor to rotate, and the first driving piece drives the pushing piece to move, so that the card lifting plate is rotated; meanwhile, the first transmission shaft can drive the first gear on the first transmission shaft to rotate, the first gear drives the second gear to rotate, the second gear drives the second transmission shaft to rotate, and the second transmission shaft drives the second driving part on the second transmission shaft to rotate, so that the heightening part is lifted. This is also the principle when the drive motor is in driving connection with the second drive shaft. In this embodiment, the driving motor is in driving connection with the first transmission shaft.
It should be noted that the second driving member includes, but is not limited to, a cam. The first driving member includes, but is not limited to, a linkage mechanism.
