Abstract

一种发射光组件、光器件、光模块以及无源光网络系统,该发射光组件包括基板以及设置在基板上的直接调制激光器,基板上沿光的传播方向并排设有单级隔离器、偏振方向旋转器、分光型滤波器;其中,偏振方向旋转器能够将线偏振光调整成P偏振光;分光型滤波器包括分光器组件和滤波器组件,且分光器组件中的分光器膜为P偏振的分光器膜。上述实施例中,通过偏振方向旋转器将进入其中的线偏振光调整成P偏振光,由于分光型滤波器中的分光器膜为P偏振的分光器膜,因此,单偏振的P偏振光进入分光型滤波器后能够全部透过,不会出现偏振损耗,也不会出现双峰,增大了发射光组件的出光率,同时使光器件更好地实现了锁波功能。
