When the piston rod of the first regulating cylinder 220 is contracted, the inner regulating block 250 is first contacted with the first stopper 230, and as the regulating end of the regulating block 250 is a rotatable cylinder, the inner regulating block 250 rolls along the side surface of the first stopper 230 when the piston rod is further contracted, the outer regulating block 250 is fixed at an included angle with the inner regulating block 250, and when the inner regulating block 250 rolls, the outer regulating block 250 is driven to rotate along the rotating shaft 260 until contacting the other side surface of the first stopper 230, and the side surface is perpendicular to the rolling side surface of the inner regulating block 250. If the whole battery piece exceeds the limit area of the first limiting block 230, the two gauge blocks 250 located on the outer sides of the two gauge portions 240 in the same group cooperate to adjust the whole battery piece in parallel to the conveying direction, and the two gauge blocks 250 located on the inner sides of the two gauge portions 240 in different groups cooperate to adjust the whole battery piece in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction.
Alternatively, the predetermined angle is 90 degrees.
Since the whole battery piece is generally rectangular, the gauge blocks 250 act on four corners of the whole battery piece to adjust the position of the whole battery piece, so that the included angle between the two gauge blocks 250 and the rotating shaft 260 is set to be 90 degrees, and the corners of the whole battery piece can be attached.
Optionally, the gauge portion 240 further comprises a resetting device 270, the resetting device 270 being used for resetting the gauge block 250 to the initial position.
The gauge blocks 250 are pressed by the first stopper 230 when the piston rod is contracted, the positions of the two gauge blocks 250 are changed, and the gauge blocks 250 need to be restored to the original positions by the reset device 270 in order to gauge the whole battery cells to be transported later.
Optionally, the resetting device 270 is a tension spring, which is connected between the gauge block 250 and the rotating shaft 260, and is used for providing tension to the gauge block 250.
2-2 are exemplary, the resetting device 270 is a tension spring, in one possible implementation, one end of the tension spring is connected to the outer gauge block 250, and the other end is connected to a fixing mechanism on the rotating shaft 260, when the piston rod stretches out to drive the gauge block 240 away from the first limiting block 230, the tension of the tension spring drives the outer gauge block 250 to rotate along the rotating shaft 260 due to the loss of the pressure of the first limiting block 230.
Optionally, the reset device 270 is a torsion spring, which is disposed at the rotating shaft 260 and is used for providing torsion to the rotating shaft 260.
In another possible embodiment, a torsion spring is disposed at the rotation shaft 260, the torsion of the torsion spring is opposite to the direction along which the rotation shaft 260 rotates when the gauge block 250 is regulated, and when the piston rod stretches out to drive the gauge block 240 away from the first limiting block 230, the torsion spring at the rotation shaft 260 drives the gauge block 250 to rotate in the opposite direction due to the loss of the pressure of the first limiting block 230, so as to restore to the initial position.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2-2 in combination, the gauge portion 240 further includes a gauge block limiting member 280, where the gauge block limiting member 280 is fixed in an included angle area formed by the two gauge blocks 250 and the rotating shaft 260.
The gauge block limiting member 280 is mainly used for limiting the inner gauge block 250, so that the inner gauge block 250 can be prevented from being excessively rotated by the force of the resetting device 270, and the position of the inner gauge block 250 is caused to rotate beyond the outer edge of the first limiting block 230 perpendicular to the conveying direction, so that the conveying of the whole battery piece is affected.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2-3 in combination, the upper surface of the first stopper 230 is located in a plane between the upper surface and the lower surface of the gauge block 250.
The upper surface of the gauge block 250 is higher than the upper surface of the first limiting block 230, and can contact the edges of the whole battery pieces placed on the first limiting block 230 during the gauge, and the lower surface of the gauge block 250 is lower than the upper surface of the first limiting block 230, so that the gauge block 250 can avoid entering the limited area of the first limiting block 230 during the movement to cause the extrusion damage of the whole battery pieces.

In one example, at least one mounting side plate 3022 has a T-shape, and an upper portion of the mounting side plate 3022 is fixed to a side surface of the mounting base 3015. Alternatively, one end of the rotation shaft 3021 is fixed to the middle of the mounting side plate 3022.
In actual implementation, a through hole is formed in the upper portion of at least one mounting side plate 3022, a screw hole corresponding to the through hole in the mounting side plate 3022 is formed in a side edge of the mounting base 3015, and the mounting side plate 3022 can be fixed to the mounting base 3015 by means of screw fitting with the screw hole through the through hole.
In one example, the power portion 3023 may be a cylinder, the bottom of which is fixed to the mounting base 3015, and the mounting base 3015 is provided with a through hole for the driving plate 3024 to pass through, and the upper end of the driving plate 3024 is fixed to the top of the cylinder (i.e., the movable portion of the cylinder); when the movable part of the air cylinder moves, the driving part is driven to move in the through hole, so that the distance between the mounting base 3051 and the second side edge is reduced or increased, and the first breaking part rotates around the rotating shaft 3021.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3 to 3, an upstanding plate 3033 is provided on an upper surface of the second side edge of the first sheet-breaking plate 3011, a cam mounting groove (not shown) is provided at an upper end of the upstanding plate 3033, a cam 3034 is fixed at a bottom end of the driving plate 3024, and the cam 3034 is slidably connected in the cam mounting groove. When the driving plate 3024 is driven to move by the power portion 3023, the cam 3034 mounted on the driving portion rolls in the cam mounting groove to drive the upright plate 3033 and the second side edge to move away from or close to the mounting base 3051.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3-3, the breaking device 300 further includes a tension maintaining mechanism, where the tension maintaining mechanism includes a tension spring 3031 and a tension spring bracket 3032, and the tension spring bracket comprises: one end of the tension maintaining mechanism is fixed to the second side edge of the first breaking plate 3011, and the other end of the tension maintaining mechanism is fixed to the mounting base 3015. The specific implementation can be as follows: the bottom of the tension spring bracket 3032 is fixed on the upper surface of the second side edge of the first breaking part, the bottom end of the tension spring 3031 is fixed on the upper end of the tension spring bracket 3032, and the upper end of the tension spring 3031 is fixed on the mounting seat 3015.
Since the driving part is connected with the first breaking plate 3011 through the cam 3034, a gap exists between the cam 3034 and the cam mounting groove; during movement of the drive plate 3024, the tension maintaining mechanism ensures that the cam 3034 is in close engagement with the cam mounting groove.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 to 3, the breaking device 300 further includes at least one limiting mechanism for limiting the rotation angle of the first breaking plate 3011, where the limiting mechanism includes a second limiting block 3041, a fixing block 3042, and a connecting piece 3043, and the limiting mechanism includes:
part of the first breaking plate 3011 extends into a limiting groove of the second limiting block 3041, and one end of the second limiting block 3041 is rotatably connected to the mounting side plate 3022; a fixed block 3042 is arranged below the second limiting block 3041, one end of the fixed block 3042 is fixed to the mounting side plate 3022, and the other end of the fixed block 3042 is provided with a through hole; the middle part of the connecting piece 3043 passes through the through hole, the upper end of the connecting piece 3043 is fixed at the bottom of one end of the second limiting block 3041 far away from the mounting side plate 3022, and the diameter of the lower end of the connecting piece 3043 is larger than that of the through hole.
The points to be described are: the limiting groove of the second limiting block 3041 is arranged between two ends of the second limiting block 3041 and faces the side face of the first breaking part, one end of the second limiting block 3041 is fixed to the mounting side plate 3022, and the bottom of the other end of the second limiting block 3041 is fixed to the upper end of the connecting piece 3043.
In practical implementation, each of the limiting mechanisms is fixed to the lower end of the mounting side plate 3022, and in fig. 3, the second limiting block 3041 and the fixing block 3042 are fixed to the lower end of the mounting side plate 3022. Optionally, a limiting mechanism is provided at the lower end of each mounting side plate 3022.
Optionally, a mounting base 3051 of the second driving mechanism 3014 is fixed to a bottom end of the mounting base 3015, a fixing portion 3052 of the second driving mechanism 3014 is fixed to the mounting base 3051, and a movable portion (not shown in the drawing) of the second driving mechanism 3014 is fixed to the second breaking plate 3012. In actual implementation, the second driving mechanism 3014 may be a cylinder, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, a fixing piece 3054 is disposed at an edge of the second sheet breaking plate 3012 near one side of the first sheet breaking portion, a movable portion of the second driving mechanism 3014 is fixed on a side edge of the fixing piece 3054, and the movable portion of the second driving mechanism 3014 drives the fixing piece 3054 and the second sheet breaking plate 3012 to slide when moving, so that the second sheet breaking plate 3012 is far away from or near the first sheet breaking portion.
Optionally, at least one sliding rail is disposed on the second breaking plate 3012, each sliding rail is provided with a sliding block 3053, and each sliding block 3053 is fixed on the mounting base 3051 of the second driving mechanism 3014.
Optionally, two sliding rails are disposed on the second breaking plate 3012, and the second driving mechanism 3014 is disposed between the two sliding rails.
In practical application, the lifting part 3016 of the first lifting mechanism drives the battery piece conveying line 100 to descend, and the first piece breaking plate 3011 and the second piece breaking plate 3012 release the absorbed battery pieces after breaking; the movable end of the second driving mechanism 3014 can drive the second sheet breaking plate 3012 to approach the first sheet breaking plate 3011 until the second sheet breaking plate is contacted, and then the first sheet breaking plate 3011 and the second sheet breaking plate 3012 are used for adsorbing the same whole battery sheet from the battery sheet conveying line 100 and breaking the battery sheet.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 1, the first breaking plate 3011 and the second breaking plate 3012 may be rectangular plates, and when the first breaking plate 3011 contacts with the second breaking plate 3012, a side surface of the first breaking plate 3011, which is close to the second breaking plate 3012, is attached to a side surface of the second breaking plate 3012.
Referring to fig. 1-2, before the third conveying device 503 conveys the whole battery piece to the input end of the battery piece conveying line 100, the whole battery piece is further diced by the dicing mechanism 504, so that the breaking device 300 on the battery piece conveying line 100 breaks the whole battery piece.
The specific implementation can be as follows: referring to fig. 1-2, the breaking device further includes a second rotating mechanism 501, a second carrying device 502, a third carrying device 503, and a dicing mechanism 504, referring to fig. 1-3, a carrying plate 505 is fixed on the second rotating mechanism 501, the carrying plate 505 is used for carrying a whole piece of battery, the second rotating mechanism 501 can drive the carrying plate 505 to rotate on a horizontal plane around a preset center, and the second carrying device 502, the third carrying device 503, and the dicing mechanism 504 are disposed around the preset center, wherein:
the second transporting device 502 transports the whole battery piece to the bearing plate 505;
the second rotating mechanism 501 drives the carrying plate 505 and the whole battery piece on the carrying plate to rotate to the dicing mechanism 504 at a preset center;
after the dicing mechanism 504 performs dicing on the whole battery piece on the carrier plate 505, the second rotating mechanism 501 drives the carrier plate 505 and the diced whole battery piece on the carrier plate 505 to rotate to the third conveying device 503 at a preset center;
the third conveying device 503 conveys the diced whole battery piece on the carrier plate 505 to the battery piece conveying line 100.
Optionally, the third conveying device 503 conveys the whole battery piece after the qualified detection and dicing on the bearing plate 505 to the battery piece conveying line 100; the third conveying device 503 conveys the whole battery piece after the unqualified detection and dicing on the bearing plate 505 to the waste box.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1-2, a rotating member 506 is disposed at an upper end of the second rotating mechanism 501, and the second rotating mechanism 501 can drive the rotating member 506 to rotate around a center (the preset center) of the rotating member 506, and the carrier 505 is fixed to an edge of the rotating member 506. Alternatively, the second rotation mechanism 501 may be a rotary electric machine.
1-2, the second carrying device 502, the dicing mechanism 504, and the third carrying device 503 are sequentially disposed around the second rotating mechanism 501, where the dicing mechanism 504 is disposed between the second carrying device 502 and the third carrying device 503, so that after the second carrying device 502 carries the whole battery piece onto the carrier 505, the second rotating mechanism 501 can drive the carrier 505 and the whole battery piece on the carrier 505 to move below the dicing mechanism 504; the dicing mechanism 504 uses laser to dice the whole battery piece on the carrier 505 so as to break the whole battery piece off, and the second rotating mechanism 501 drives the carrier 505 and the diced battery piece on the carrier 505 to move to the third conveying device 503.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1-2, the breaking device further includes a detecting mechanism 506 for detecting whether the whole battery piece is qualified, and the second conveying device 502, the detecting mechanism 506, the dicing mechanism 504, and the third conveying device 503 are sequentially disposed around the second rotating mechanism 501. Optionally, the detecting mechanism 506 includes a camera, which is used for shooting the whole battery piece on the carrier plate 505 below the camera; the detection means 506 determines whether or not the appearance of the whole battery is defective based on the image captured by the camera.
Optionally, a plurality of carrier plates 505 are fixed on the rotating member 506. For example, as shown in fig. 1-3, 4 carrier plates 505 are fixed on the rotating member 506, and the 4 carrier plates 505 are fixed at different orientations of the rotating member 506; the second rotating mechanism 501 rotates 90 degrees, so that the carrying plate 505 at the second carrying device 502 and the whole battery piece thereon move to the detecting mechanism 506 for detection; simultaneously, the carrying plate 505 below the detection mechanism 506 and the whole battery piece which is detected on the carrying plate 505 are moved to the scribing mechanism 504 for scribing; simultaneously, the carrier plate 505 below the dicing mechanism 504 and the diced whole battery piece on the carrier plate 505 are moved to the third conveying device 503 for being carried away; at the same time, the empty carrier plate 505 at the third carrying device 503 is moved to the second carrying device 502 so that the second carrying device 502 carries a new whole battery piece onto the carrier plate 505.

Optionally, the battery piece conveying line 100 is offset from the carrier plate 505 at the third conveying device 5031. Optionally, the third conveying device 5031 sucks the battery piece from the carrying plate 505 at the third conveying device 5031, and drives the battery piece to rotate 90 degrees around the third conveying device 5031 as a rotation center to the input end of the battery piece conveying line 100.

Optionally, the battery pack conveying device 800 further includes a first pushing device 8040 and a second pushing device 8050; the first pushing device 8040 is configured to push a battery box at an end position of the first battery box conveying line 8010 onto the jacking mechanism 8030; the second pushing device 8050 is configured to push the battery case on the jacking mechanism 8030 to a starting position of the second battery case conveying line 8020.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4-2 in combination, the first pushing device 8040 includes a first pushing plate 8041, referring to fig. 4-3 in combination, the first pushing plate 8041 reciprocates between a waiting position 8011 and a pushing position 8012 on the first battery case conveying line 8010, and the first pushing plate 8041 pushes the battery case conveyed to the end position onto the jacking mechanism 8030 when moving from the waiting position 8011 to the pushing position 8012.
In practical application, the first pushing device 8040 is disposed below the end position of the conveying line plane of the first battery box conveying line 8010, when the battery box is conveyed to the end position (i.e. the area between the waiting position 8011 and the pushing position 8012), the first pushing plate 8041 is lifted, the height of the first pushing plate 8041 is at least higher than the bottom of the battery box, and the first pushing plate 8041 moves from the waiting position 8011 to the pushing position 8012 under the driving of the air cylinder to push the battery box from the end position of the first battery box conveying line 8010 to the jacking mechanism 8030. The first push plate 8041 descends after pushing is completed, so that the influence on the conveying of the subsequent battery box is avoided, and the first push plate 8041 returns to the waiting position 8011 under the driving of the air cylinder to prepare for pushing the subsequent battery box.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4-1, the second pushing device 8050 includes a second pushing plate 8051, where the second pushing plate 8051 corresponds to a high position of the jacking mechanism 8030, and the second pushing plate 8051 pushes the battery case on the jacking mechanism 8030 to a starting position of the second battery case conveying line 8020.
The height of the second push plate 8051 corresponds to the bottom position of the high-level battery box, and the bottom end of the second push plate 8051 is higher than the height of the upper surface of the lifting mechanism 8030 at a high level, so that the lifting mechanism 8030 can be prevented from blocking the pushing action of the second push plate 8051.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4-4 in combination, a blocking device 8011 is disposed at a waiting position 8011 on the first battery case conveying line 8010, the blocking device 8013 includes a blocking cylinder 8014 and a blocking block 8015, a piston rod of the blocking cylinder 8014 is connected with the blocking block 8015, the blocking cylinder 8014 drives the blocking block 8015 to lift, and the blocking block 8015 blocks battery cases which are subsequently conveyed when lifted.
The blocking device 8013 is arranged below the conveying line plane waiting position 8011 of the first battery box conveying line 8010, the blocking device 8013 is in a lifting state when the first pushing device 8040 pushes the battery box, supports against the bottom of the subsequent battery box, prevents the subsequently conveyed battery box from affecting the pushing of the battery box at the end position, and after the pushing of the battery box at the end position is completed, the blocking device 8013 descends so that the subsequent battery box is normally conveyed to the end position.
Optionally, in practical applications, a small distance is kept between the blocking device 8013 and the first pushing device 8040 in the waiting position 8011, so as to ensure that the battery case blocked by the blocking device 8013 does not contact the battery case in the end position.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4-1 and 4-5 in combination, the jacking mechanism 8030 includes a jacking cylinder 8031 and a top plate 8032; a piston rod of the jacking cylinder 8031 is connected with the top plate 8032, and the jacking mechanism 8030 drives the top plate 8032 to reciprocate between a low position and a high position.
Optionally, the first battery case conveyor line 8010 and the second battery case conveyor line 8020 each include at least one conveyor line, and the top plate 8032 includes at least one battery case placement area thereon.
The number of the battery case placement areas on the top plate 8032 corresponds to the number of the first battery case transfer lines 8010 and the second battery case transfer lines 8020.
Optionally, the jacking mechanism 8030 further includes a second regulating device 8033, the second regulating device 8033 includes a second regulating cylinder 8034 and a jacking block 8035, and a piston rod of the second regulating cylinder 8034 is connected with the jacking block 8035.
Optionally, the top plate 8032 includes two battery case placement areas, a reference plate 8036 is disposed between the two battery case placement areas on the top plate 8032, and the second regular cylinder 8034 drives the top block 8035 to push the battery case in the battery case placement area toward the reference plate 8036.
The second regularization device 8033 advances the battery case in the battery case placement area toward the datum 8036, i.e., the battery case in the battery case placement area toward the center position of the top plate 8032.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4-1, the jacking mechanism 8030 further includes a supporting side plate 8037, where the supporting side plate 8037 is disposed on two sides of the top plate 8032 and is used for guiding the lifting motion of the top plate 8032, and the top end height of the supporting side plate 8037 corresponds to the high position of the jacking mechanism 8030.
A guide rail may be provided on the inner side of the support side plate 8037 so that the lifting movement of the top plate 8032 may be in the direction of the guide rail.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4-5, a second alignment device 8033 is mounted on both sides of the top plate 8032.
If the second regularization devices 8033 are mounted on both sides of the top plate 8032, the battery cartridges can be regularized as they are pushed onto the top plate 8032.
In another possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4-1, the second alignment device 8033 is mounted on top of the support side plate 8037.
If the second regularization device 8033 is mounted to the top plate supporting the side plates 8037, the second regularization device 8033 regularizes the battery case when the top plate 8032 lifts the battery case to a high position.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4-1 or fig. 4-5, photoelectric switches 8038 are disposed on two sides of the top plate 8032 corresponding to the battery case, and the photoelectric switches 8038 are used for detecting the storage state of the battery pieces in the battery case.
When the empty battery box is charged, the photoelectric switch 8038 can detect whether the materials in the battery box are full, and when the full battery box is discharged, the photoelectric switch 8038 can detect whether the materials in the battery box are empty, and the photoelectric switch 8038 is arranged according to the actual use situation.
In addition, the battery box at the end position of the first battery box conveying line is pushed to the jacking mechanism through the first pushing device, and the battery box on the jacking mechanism is pushed to the starting position of the second battery box conveying line 8020 through the second pushing device, so that continuous conveying of the battery box between the first battery box conveying line and the second battery box conveying line can be realized.

The whole battery piece feeding line 600, the first battery box conveying line 8010 and the second battery box conveying line 8020 of the second rotating mechanism 501 are arranged on the same side of the battery piece conveying line 100.
