Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
A data reading method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a data reading method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
And step 110, acquiring electronic tag information of the article transmitted in the transmission device through N tag reading devices corresponding to the transmission device.
As mentioned above, in practical applications, in order to locate a conveyed article, an RFID is generally disposed in the article, in the prior art, the conveyed article is generally sorted from a conveyor belt by a human, and a corresponding processing area is disposed, and the processing area has a corresponding RFID reading device to read the electronic tag information in the electronic tag in the corresponding article. However, the above method is prone to situations such as missing reading or misreading, which results in low data reading accuracy.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to solve the above problems and identify the article transported in the transporting apparatus, N tag reading devices may be provided in the transporting apparatus to read the electronic tag information of the electronic tag provided in the article transported in the transporting apparatus. The value of N may be preset according to a requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The electronic tag information may include, but is not limited to, an item identifier, an item name, an item type, an item profile, item basis information, and the like of the corresponding item. The specific setting may be performed in advance according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
The tag reading device may be any device capable of reading an RFID tag, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the tag reading device may be provided as an antenna, and so on.
And step 120, acquiring staff label information of the staff label corresponding to the conveying device through the label reading equipment.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to save equipment and manual operation time, an employee tag may be set on an employee, and at this time, the employee tag may be read by a tag reading device corresponding to the transmitting device, so as to obtain employee tag information corresponding to the transmitting device, where specific content included in the employee tag information may be preset according to a requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. For example, employee tag information may be set to include employee name, employee gender, employee age, work group to which the employee belongs, and so on. In addition, in order to obtain the employee tag information by reading with the tag reading device, the employee tag may also be set as an RFID tag, and certainly, the employee tag may also be any tag that can be obtained by reading with the tag reading device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And step 130, filtering to obtain effective information in the electronic tag information according to the electronic tag information and a preset data filtering algorithm, and recording the effective information.
In practical applications, since the range of action of the RFID-based electronic tag is not easy to control, and there may be errors in the validity of the tag reading device, the electronic tag information of the article not belonging to the corresponding conveyor may be read, or the electronic tag information of the article conveyed in the conveyor may be missed.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid the situation of the data misreading, after the tag reading device obtains the electronic tag information of the article to be conveyed in the conveying device, the valid information in the electronic tag information may be obtained by filtering and recorded according to the electronic tag information and a preset data filtering algorithm. The data filtering algorithm may be preset according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
For example, if a plurality of tag reading devices are arranged in the conveying device, then the electronic tags of the same article can be sequentially read by the plurality of tag reading devices under normal conditions, and then at this time, whether each electronic tag is read by all the tag reading devices according to the corresponding working sequence can be detected according to the number and the working sequence of the plurality of tag reading devices, that is, whether the electronic tag information of the same electronic tag that is read by all the tag reading devices can be detected, and the reading sequence is consistent with the working sequence of each tag reading device.
After the detection of the preset data filtering algorithm, the obtained electronic tag information can be divided into valid data and invalid data, so that the valid data can be recorded at the moment, and the valid data can be uploaded to subsequent data processing equipment, such as an industrial all-in-one machine, a server and the like. And effective data can be uploaded to a cloud server for backup storage.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step 130 may further include:
substep 131, filtering the electronic tag information according to the number of times the electronic tag information is read by the tag reading device and the number of the reading devices.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the transmission device is correspondingly provided with a plurality of tag reading devices, the electronic tag information read by each tag reading device at this time may be mutually referred to for data filtering. Therefore, for each piece of electronic tag information read, the electronic tag information may be filtered according to the number of times the electronic tag information is read by the tag reading device and the number of the reading devices.
For example, if 3 tag reading devices are provided in the conveyor, the electronic tag information should be read three times for the article transported in the conveyor. And if certain electronic tag information is read only once or twice, the corresponding electronic tag information is possibly misread electronic tag information, and the like. Then the corresponding electronic tag information can be filtered out as invalid information.
Specifically, the specific standard for determining whether the corresponding electronic tag information is misread or not or whether the corresponding electronic tag information has no invalid electronic tag information or not according to the number of times the tag reading device reads the corresponding electronic tag information and the number of the reading devices may be preset according to the requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, the electronic tag information that has not been confirmed as invalid information may not be subjected to the filtering process, that is, may be temporarily used as valid information. If the corresponding electronic tag information cannot be confirmed to be invalid information according to all the data filtering algorithms, the corresponding electronic tag information can be confirmed to be valid information.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the substep 131 further may include:
substep 1311, counting whether the electronic tag information is read by tag reading devices lower than a preset proportion according to the number of times the electronic tag information is read by the tag reading devices and the number of the reading devices;
and a substep 1312, in response to the electronic tag information being read by the tag reading device below a preset ratio, confirming the electronic tag information as invalid information and filtering.
In the embodiment of the invention, a preset proportion can be set according to requirements, and for each piece of electronic identification information, whether the electronic label information is read by label reading equipment lower than the preset proportion or not can be further realized; and if certain electronic tag information is read by the tag reading equipment with the ratio lower than the preset ratio, the corresponding electronic tag information can be confirmed to be invalid information and filtered.
For example, the preset ratio may be set to 2/3, if three tag reading devices are correspondingly disposed on the transmission device, if the electronic identification information of a certain electronic identifier is read by only one of the tag reading devices, the corresponding electronic tag information may be determined to be invalid information of misreading, and may be filtered out.
Moreover, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to distinguish tag reading devices corresponding to the same electronic identification information that is read repeatedly, a correspondence relationship between the electronic tag information obtained by reading and the corresponding tag reading devices may be set. For example, serial numbers and the like of the respective tag reading devices may be set as the identifiers of the tag reading devices, and then the identifiers of the corresponding tag reading devices may be marked in the read electronic tag information, and the like.
For example, for the above-mentioned three tag reading devices, the identifications may be set as a01, a02, and a03, respectively, while for the same electronic identification information, if read by the tag reading device a01, the tag reading device may be marked as a01 in the corresponding electronic identification information, and so on.
And/or, a substep 132 of filtering the electronic tag information according to the reading time of the electronic tag information and the working sequence of the reading device;
in addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further avoid misreading of the electronic tag information, the electronic tag information may be filtered according to the reading time of the electronic tag information and the working sequence of the reading device. Specifically, the sequence in which the same electronic tag information is read can be determined according to the reading time of the electronic tag information, and then whether the corresponding electronic tag information is valid information or not is determined according to the matching degree of the reading sequence of the electronic tag information and the working sequence of the tag reading device. The specific standard for judging whether the electronic tag information is valid information according to the matching degree can be preset according to requirements, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the substep 132 further may include:
substep 1321, confirming a reading order of the electronic tag information with respect to the tag reading device according to a reading time of the electronic tag information;
and a substep 1322, in response to the reading sequence not being consistent with the working sequence of the tag reading device, determining that the electronic tag information is invalid information and filtering.
Specifically, the matching degree may be set to be consistent, and then the reading sequence of the electronic tag information with respect to the tag reading device may be confirmed according to the reading time of the electronic tag information.
For example, it is assumed that the transport apparatus is correspondingly provided with three tag reading devices, a01, a02 and a03 in this order, and the electronic tag information a is read three times, with the reading times being 2018, 11, 8, 15:05, 2018, 11, 8, 15:10 and 2018, 11, 8, 15:15 in this order, wherein the reading time is 2018, 11, 8, 15:05 corresponds to the tag reading device a1, the reading time is 2018, 11, 8, 15:15 corresponds to the tag reading device a2, and the reading time is 2018, 11, 8, 15:10 corresponds to the tag reading device a 3. It is confirmed that the reading order of the electronic tag information a with respect to the tag reading devices is a01, a03, and a02 at this time according to the reading time of the electronic tag information, and if the operation order of the three tag reading devices is a01, a02, and a03 in this order, it is possible to confirm that the electronic tag information a is invalid information.
If the electronic tag information a is read only twice, the reading time of each time is 11/8/2018/15: 05 in 2018 and 11/8/15: 15 in 2018, the reading time of 11/8/15: 05 in 2018 corresponds to the tag reading device a1, and the reading time of 2018/11/8/15: 10 corresponds to the tag reading device a 3. It is confirmed that the reading order of the electronic tag information a with respect to the tag reading devices is a01, a03 at this time, and if the operating order of the three tag reading devices is a01, a02 and a03 in this order, the reading order is identical to the operating order of a01, a03 at this time, it is also confirmed that the electronic tag information a is invalid information.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, it may also be defined that the electronic tag information is filtered according to the reading time of the electronic tag information and the working sequence of the reading device only when the electronic tag information is read by all the tag reading devices or when the electronic tag information is read by a tag reading device lower than a preset ratio; of course, the present invention may not be limited, and may be specifically set according to requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
And/or, in the substep 133, filtering the electronic tag information according to the reading amount of the electronic tag information in a preset unit time and the historical information amount read by the tag reading device in a historical unit time.
On the other hand, since the positions of the tag reading devices in the conveying device are relatively fixed, and the time interval between the conveyed objects in the conveying device is generally relatively stable, if a misreading condition exists, the amount of the read electronic tag information is relatively stable in the same time length.
Therefore, in order to confirm whether the reading condition of the electronic tag information is deviated as a whole, in the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic tag information may be further filtered according to the reading amount of the electronic tag information in a preset unit time. Specifically, the read amount of the electronic tag information in the current preset unit time can be compared with the amount of the historical information read by the tag reading equipment in the corresponding transmission device in the historical unit time, and the read electronic tag information is filtered.
The reading amount of the electronic tag information in the unit time, the matching degree between the historical information amount in the historical unit time and the judgment standard for confirming the validity of the electronic tag information in the corresponding unit time can be preset according to requirements, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the substep 133 may further include:
a substep 1331 of obtaining the amount of historical information read by the tag reading device in a preset unit time within a preset historical time period;
in sub-step 1332, in response to the difference between the quantity of the electronic tag information read in the current preset unit time and the historical information quantity exceeding a first preset value range, the electronic tag information is determined to be invalid information and filtered.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to compare the information amounts, the history information amount read by the tag reading device in the corresponding transmitting apparatus in the preset history time period in the preset unit time may be first obtained. The preset historical time period may be preset according to a requirement, and the specific length of the unit time may also be preset according to a requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, the preset history period may be set to one unit time before the unit time to be detected, or N unit times in the day before the date of the unit time to be detected, or the like. The unit time may be 10 minutes, 1 minute, 1 hour, etc.
If the difference between the quantity of the electronic tag information read in the unit time to be detected and the historical information quantity exceeds the first preset numerical range, the possibility that misreading occurs to the read quantity of the electronic tag information in the corresponding unit time is high, and therefore the electronic tag information read in the corresponding unit time can be confirmed to be invalid information and filtered. The region preset value range may be preset according to a requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
For example, the first preset numerical range may be set to be a difference range between the number of the electronic tag information read in the unit time to be detected and the amount of the history information [0, 10], or the first preset numerical range may be set to be a ratio range between the above difference and the corresponding amount of the history information [ 0-30% ], or the first preset numerical range may be set to be a ratio range between the number of the electronic tag information read in the unit time to be detected and the amount of the history information [ 80% -200% ], and so on.
And/or, a substep 134, filtering the electronic tag information according to the reading time of the electronic tag information and the real value of the transmission speed of the transmission device;
in addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the obtained electronic tag information may be filtered according to the real transmission speed value of the transmission device, and specifically, the transmission speed estimation value corresponding to the corresponding electronic tag information may be estimated according to the reading time of the same electronic tag information with respect to each tag reading apparatus and the distance between the corresponding tag reading apparatuses, so as to determine whether the corresponding electronic tag information is valid information according to the difference between the transmission speed estimation value and the real transmission speed value. The correspondence between the difference between the estimated transmission speed value and the actual transmission speed value and the effective information may be preset according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Moreover, in the embodiment of the present invention, for the same electronic tag information, the transmission speed estimation value corresponding to the corresponding electronic tag information may be obtained according to the reading time of any two tag reading devices for the electronic tag information and the distance between the two corresponding tag reading devices; moreover, if the transmission device is correspondingly provided with more than or equal to three tag reading devices, then a plurality of transmission speed estimated values aiming at the same electronic tag information can be obtained, and whether the corresponding electronic tag information is effective information can be determined according to the difference between the plurality of transmission speed estimated values and the real transmission speed value.
For example, if a plurality of transmission speed estimation values are obtained for the same electronic tag information, it may be set that if there is a preset ratio and/or a difference between a preset number of transmission speed estimation values and a transmission speed true value does not satisfy a corresponding preset requirement, the corresponding electronic tag information may be considered as invalid information.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the substep 134 further may include:
a substep 1341 of obtaining a true value of the transmission speed of the transmission device;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the actual transmission speed value of the transmission device is generally set by a user, so that the corresponding actual transmission speed value can be directly obtained. The actual value of the transfer speed may be obtained from any storage area in which the actual value of the transfer speed is recorded, for example, a server, and the like.
A substep 1342 of obtaining an estimated value of the transmission speed of the transmission device according to the reading time of the electronic tag information relative to different tag reading apparatuses;
and then, the estimated transmission speed value of the transmission device can be obtained according to the reading time of the electronic tag information relative to different tag reading devices and the distance between the corresponding tag reading devices.
For example, if the conveyor is provided with three tag reading devices a01, a02 and a03 in this order, the electronic tag information a is read three times, with the reading times being 2018, 11/8/15: 05, 2018, 11/8/15: 15 and 2018, 11/8/15: 20 in this order, wherein the reading time 2018, 11/8/15: 05 corresponds to the tag reading device a1, the reading time 2018, 11/8/15: 15 corresponds to the tag reading device a2, and the reading time 2018, 11/8/15: 20 corresponds to the tag reading device a 3. Furthermore, the three tag reading devices operate in the order a01, a02, and a03, with a distance of 1 meter between a01 and a02 and a distance of 0.5 meter between a02 and a 03. Then, at this time, the estimated value of the transmission speed of the corresponding transmission device based on the electronic tag information a can be determined according to the electronic tag information a read by any two tag reading apparatuses.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of estimated transmission speed values based on the electronic tag information a by the corresponding transmission device may also be obtained according to the electronic tag information a read by any two tag reading apparatuses. And comparing the difference between the estimated transmission speed values and the corresponding real transmission speed values respectively, and if the preset proportion or the difference between the estimated transmission speed values of the preset number and the corresponding real transmission speed values does not meet the preset requirement, determining that the electronic tag information A is invalid information.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present invention, it may be configured that a corresponding transmission device obtains one estimated transmission speed value based on the electronic tag information a only according to the electronic tag information a read by the two tag reading apparatuses at the top and the last in the working order, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In sub-step 1343, in response to the difference between the estimated transmission speed and the true transmission speed not satisfying a second predetermined range, the electronic tag information is determined to be invalid information and filtered.
The second preset value range may be preset according to a requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, the second preset numerical range may be set to a range of a difference value between the estimated value of the transmission speed and the true value of the transmission speed of [0, 5], or the first preset numerical range may be set to a range of a ratio of the above-mentioned difference value to the corresponding true value of the transmission speed of [ 0-30% ], or the first preset numerical range may be set to a range of a ratio of the estimated value of the transmission speed to the corresponding true value of the transmission speed of [ 80-200% ], or the like.
And/or, in the substep 135, the electronic tag information is filtered according to the reading time of the electronic tag information and the reading time of the employee tag information;
in addition, the tag reading apparatus generally cannot be manually limited to reading only the articles in the conveying device, and may also read the articles outside the conveying device. Also in practice there may be items carried by the user and carrying electronic tags around the conveyor. Then, in order to avoid that the tag reading device misreads the article conveyed in the non-conveying device, the electronic tag information may be filtered according to the reading time of the electronic tag information and the reading time of the read employee tag information.
Specifically, if the time when certain electronic tag information and certain employee tag information are read by the same tag reading device is matched, the corresponding electronic tag information can be determined as invalid information. The matching standard can be preset according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. For example, it may be set that when the time difference between certain electronic tag information and certain user read by the same tag reading device is [ -10 seconds, 10 seconds ], the two are considered to be identical, and so on.
And if a certain electronic tag information is read for multiple times and/or a certain employee tag information is read for multiple times, the electronic tag information read by the same tag reading device and the reading time of the employee tag information can be compared respectively, and if the matching times and/or matching proportion exceed a preset range, the reading time of the corresponding electronic tag information can be confirmed to be matched with the reading time of the corresponding employee tag information, and the corresponding electronic tag information is invalid information.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the substep 135 further may include: and in response to the fact that the reading time of the electronic tag information is matched with the reading time of at least one employee tag information, confirming that the electronic tag information is invalid information and filtering.
And a substep 136 of recording the effective information obtained after filtering.
As described above, the obtained electronic tag information may be divided into two parts, i.e., valid information and invalid information after filtering, and the valid information may be recorded and stored for subsequent use. The invalid information may be deleted directly or may be stored, and at this time, the valid information and the invalid information need to be stored separately. The specific storage mode may be preset in the storage location according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic tag information of the article transmitted in the transmitting device is acquired through N tag reading devices corresponding to the transmitting device; acquiring staff label information of staff labels corresponding to the conveying device through the label reading equipment; and filtering to obtain effective information in the electronic tag information according to the electronic tag information and a preset data filtering algorithm, and recording the effective information. Therefore, the reading accuracy of the electronic tag information in the conveying device can be improved, and the equipment maintenance and purchase cost is reduced.
Moreover, in the embodiment of the invention, the data filtering can be performed on the acquired electronic tag data through a plurality of different data filtering modes according to different filtering parameters, so that the data filtering accuracy is further improved.
Example two
A data reading method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a data reading method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a value of N may be an integer greater than or equal to 3.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the transmission apparatus corresponds to a plurality of tag reading devices, the electronic tag information read by each tag reading device may be used as a reference, and if the value of N is 2, it is assumed that one of the tag reading devices reads the electronic tag information of the electronic tag and the other tag reading device does not read the corresponding electronic tag information, and it is difficult to determine whether the corresponding electronic tag information is valid information at this time. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid the above situation, it is preferable to set the value of N to be an integer of 3 or more. So that the accuracy of data reading can be further improved.
As previously mentioned, since the working range of a tag reading device is not easily defined by human, and a plurality of employees may be present within the working range of the tag reading device, a corresponding tag reading device may read a plurality of different employee tag information. In practice, however, one conveyor typically corresponds to one employee, but other employees may also pass through the working range of the tag reading device for other reasons.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid using the tag information of other employees that is read by mistake as the tag information of employees corresponding to the corresponding transmission device, the total time of reading the tag information of the same employee by the tag reading device may be counted, and then the tag information of employees corresponding to the transmission device may be determined according to the total time. Specifically, the time summation can be counted by any available method, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. Moreover, if the conveying device corresponds to a plurality of tag reading devices, the sum of the time for which the tag reading devices all read the tag information of the same employee can be counted. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the total time of reading the tag information of the same employee by a part of the tag reading devices may also be counted, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, if three tag reading devices, namely a01, a02 and a03, are detected to be correspondingly arranged on the conveying device, and if the employee tag information B is read by a01 in 2018 at 11, 8, 15:05-15:10 and is read by a03 in 2018 at 11, 8, 15:08-15:15, the sum of the time for reading the employee tag information B is 5+7, namely 12 minutes, can be counted at this time.
