According to some embodiments of the present invention, one of the air outlet plate 11 and the bezel 13 may be provided with a screw post 133, and the other of the air outlet plate 11 and the bezel 13 may be provided with a mounting hole 114a disposed opposite to the screw post 133. That is, the air outlet plate 11 may be provided with the screw post 133 and the bezel 13 may be provided with the mounting hole 114a, or the air outlet plate 11 may be provided with the mounting hole 114a and the bezel 13 may be provided with the screw post 133. The air outlet frame member 1 may further include a fixing member which may be screwed with the screw post 133 through the mounting hole 114a. Therefore, through the arrangement, the decoration ring 13 and the air outlet plate 11 can be assembled in a mode that the fixing hole 111 is matched with the fixing clamping hook 131, the limiting boss 132 is matched with the limiting piece 112 and the fixing piece is connected with the screw post 133 through screws, so that the matching structure between the decoration ring 13 and the air outlet plate 11 is firmer.
For example, when the bezel 13 is engaged with the air outlet plate 11, the fixing hooks 131 may extend into the corresponding fixing holes 111 and be rotatably engaged with the fixing holes 111. When the fixing hook 131 is rotationally matched with the fixing hole 111, the fixing hook 131 can rotate relative to the fixing hole 111, the decorative ring 13 moves towards the direction close to the air outlet plate 11, the limiting boss 132 can backwards press the limiting piece 112, the limiting piece 112 is elastically deformed, and the free end 112b can backwards move relative to the fixed end. As the fixing hook 131 continues to rotate relative to the fixing hole 111, the limiting boss 132 may move relative to the limiting member 112 toward a direction approaching the central axis of the air outlet frame 112. When the decorative ring 13 is installed in place, the fixing hook 131 can be hooked on the air outlet plate 11, the limiting piece 112 moves to the radial inner side of the limiting boss 132 and is located in the placing groove 113, the limiting piece 112 is separated from the guiding inclined plane 132a, and the free end 112b returns to the initial state under the action of elastic force. Since the free end 112b can generate a rebound sound, the rebound sound can play a role in prompting the installation of the decorative ring 13 in place, and at the moment, the decorative ring 13 and the air outlet plate 11 can be firmly fixed together by adopting the screw connection of the fixing piece and the corresponding screw post 133 through the installation hole 114a.
As shown in fig. 10, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an air outlet frame member 1 of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner may include a casing 3, an air outlet frame part 1 and a duct part 2, where the air outlet frame part 1 and the duct part 2 are disposed in the casing 3. The air outlet frame component 1 comprises two air outlet plates 11 which are sequentially distributed in the front-rear direction, the upper end and the lower end of the two air outlet plates 11 can be connected, and the rest parts of the two air outlet plates 11 are arranged at intervals to form a visible area. The number of the air outlet frames 112 is two, the two air outlet frames 112 are distributed at intervals in the up-down direction, the two air outlet frames 112 are respectively arranged on the two air outlet plates 11 in a penetrating way, and an air flow passage can be defined in each air outlet frame 112. The air duct component 2 is provided with a first fan component and a second fan component, the first fan component is opposite to the air outlet frame 112 positioned above, and the second fan component is opposite to the air outlet frame 112 positioned below.
The first wind wheel component is a disrotatory fan, and the second fan component is an axial flow fan. The first fan assembly comprises a first wind wheel and a second wind wheel which are opposite to each other in the front-back direction, the inclination direction of the blades of the first wind wheel is opposite to the inclination direction of the blades of the second wind wheel, the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel are guide vanes mutually in the air flow direction, so that the tangential rotation speed of air flow (namely dynamic pressure is converted into static pressure under the condition that the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel are at the same rotation speed) can be reduced or eliminated (under the condition that the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel are at different rotation speeds), the acting efficiency of the counter-rotating fan on air is improved, and the air flow passing through the two wind wheels flows towards the direction of an air outlet, thereby realizing the effect of remote air supply. It should be noted that, compared with a single cross flow fan, an axial flow fan or an oblique flow fan, the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel in the counter-rotating fan can realize the air supply of a longer distance regardless of the reverse rotation at different speeds or the reverse rotation at the same speed.
Moreover, the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel can expand the cold air conveying range under the condition of different rotating speeds. Because when one wind wheel rotates at a higher rotating speed and the other wind wheel rotates at a lower rotating speed, the wind wheel with the higher rotating speed plays a leading role, and the blade air outlet angle design based on the single-stage axial flow or diagonal flow fan deviates from the direction of the rotating shaft, the axial flow wind wheel or the diagonal flow wind wheel has a wind dispersing effect, so that the angle range of cold air flowing out from the upper air outlet frame 112 is larger, and wide-angle air supply is realized. In addition, based on the wind dispersing effect of the axial flow wind wheel or the diagonal flow wind wheel, the rotating speeds of the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel can be adjusted according to the requirement, so that the differential rotation of the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel is realized, soft wind sense or wind sense-free air supply is realized, and bad experience of direct blowing of cold wind after the cold wind flows out of the upper air outlet frame 112 is avoided. Therefore, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to the embodiment of the invention can realize soft air feeling or air supply without air feeling without using an air deflector with micropores, and has less air loss. It should be noted that, in order to realize wide-angle air supply and air supply without wind sense, the motor corresponding to one wind wheel is not operated, and the other wind wheel still supplies air in the forward direction towards one side of the air outlet frame 112. In addition, in order to realize wide-angle air supply and air supply without wind sense, one wind wheel can also reversely supply air to the inner side of the shell 3, and the other wind wheel can still supply air positively. The "forward air supply" is that the air flow is blown out from the air outlet frame 112 under the action of the wind wheel, and the "reverse air supply" is that the air flow is blown into the inner side of the casing 3.
According to the air conditioning indoor unit 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the air outlet frame component 1, the assembly efficiency of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 can be improved, and the whole structure of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 can be firmer and the operation is smoother.

Claims (13)

1. An air outlet frame member of an air conditioning indoor unit, comprising:
the two air outlet plates are arranged in the front-rear direction, the upper ends and the lower ends of the two air outlet plates are connected, and the rest parts of the two air outlet plates are arranged at intervals to form a visible area;
the air outlet frame is arranged at two ends of the air outlet frame, an air flow channel is defined in the air outlet frame, fixing holes and limiting pieces are arranged on one air outlet plate at intervals, the fixing holes penetrate through the air outlet plate in the thickness direction of the air outlet plate, and the limiting pieces are connected with the air outlet plate;
the decoration ring is sleeved on the air outlet frame and is positioned in the visible area, a fixed clamping hook which is arranged corresponding to the fixed hole is arranged on the decoration ring, the fixed clamping hook stretches into the corresponding fixed hole and is in rotary fit with the fixed hole to be hooked on the side wall of the air outlet plate, a limit boss is arranged on the decoration ring, and when the fixed clamping hook is hooked on the side wall of the air outlet plate, the limit boss is matched with the limit piece to limit circumferential displacement of the decoration ring.

The air outlet frame member of claim 1, wherein the limit boss is provided with a guide slope, the guide slope extends obliquely toward a direction approaching to a central axis of the decorative ring in a direction away from the decorative ring, and the guide slope is slidably engaged with the limit member when the fixing hook is rotatably engaged with the fixing hole.

The air outlet frame component of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the air outlet plate is provided with a placing groove, the limiting piece is arranged on the inner wall of the placing groove, the limiting piece is an elastic piece, when the fixing hook is rotationally matched with the fixing hole, the limiting boss extrudes the limiting piece to deform towards a direction away from the air outlet plate, and when the decorative ring rotates in place, the limiting boss is matched with the free end of the limiting piece to limit the reverse rotation of the decorative ring.
4. The air-conditioning indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the plurality of limiting bosses and the plurality of limiting pieces are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the air-conditioning indoor unit and are in one-to-one correspondence with each other.
5. The air outlet frame member of claim 1 wherein said securing apertures comprise a first portion and a second portion in communication, said first portion having a radial width greater than a radial width of said second portion.
6. The air outlet frame member of claim 5 wherein one of said side walls of said second portion is connected to the same side wall of said first portion by a beveled transition.
7. The air outlet frame member of claim 1, wherein the fixing hole is formed in a circular arc shape, and a radial distance between both ends of the fixing hole and a central axis of the air outlet frame is different.
8. The air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fixing holes and the fixing hooks are multiple, and the fixing holes and the fixing hooks are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the air conditioner indoor unit and are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
9. The air outlet frame member of claim 1, wherein a portion of the air outlet plate protrudes in a direction away from the decorative ring to form a first stepped portion, and the fixing hole and the stopper are both provided on the first stepped portion.
10. The air outlet frame member of an air conditioner indoor unit of claim 9, wherein the first stepped portion is formed in a closed loop shape.
11. The air-conditioning indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the number of air-out frames is two, the two air-out frames are arranged at intervals, and a portion of the air-out plate between the two air-out frames protrudes toward a direction away from the decorative ring to form a second step portion.

The air outlet frame member of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein one of the air outlet plate and the decorative ring is provided with a screw post, the other of the air outlet plate and the decorative ring is provided with a mounting hole disposed opposite to the screw post, and the air outlet frame member further comprises a fixing member screwed to the screw post through the mounting hole.
13. An air conditioning indoor unit comprising an air outlet frame member according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
