An air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 23, and the air conditioning indoor unit 100 may be a wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit. In the following description of the present application, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 will be described as an example of a wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing 1, an inner air guide plate 2, and an outer air guide plate 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the casing 1 includes a first accommodating portion 11 having a first accommodating space and a second accommodating portion 12 having a second accommodating space, the first accommodating portion 11 has an air outlet 111 (as shown in fig. 4), the second accommodating space is located at a front side of the first accommodating space, the inner air guide plate 2 is pivotably provided in the first accommodating space, the inner air guide plate 2 includes an inner plate rear panel 22 and an inner plate front panel 21 connected to each other, the inner plate rear panel 22 is configured as an arc-shaped panel protruding rearward, the outer air guide plate 3 is pivotably provided in the second accommodating space, the outer air guide plate 3 includes an outer plate rear panel 38 and an outer plate front panel 37 connected to each other, and the outer plate rear panel 38 has an arc-shaped plate protruding toward the outer plate front panel 37.
As shown in fig. 3, a first accommodating portion 11 having a first accommodating space and a second accommodating portion 12 having a second accommodating space are located on the front side of the housing 1, and the second accommodating space is located on the front side of the first accommodating space. The inner air deflector 2 is rotatably disposed in the first accommodating portion 11 for controlling the opening and closing of the air outlet 111, and the outer air deflector 3 is rotatably disposed in the second accommodating portion 12, so as to reduce the size difference between the outer air deflector 3 and the inner air deflector 2. Here, in the description of the present specification, when the user faces the air conditioning indoor unit 100, the direction toward the user is referred to as "front", and conversely, the direction away from the user is referred to as "rear", and therefore, the second accommodating space is located on the front side of the first accommodating space, and when both the inner air guide plate 2 and the outer air guide plate 3 are in the closed state, the outer air guide plate 3 is located on the front side of the inner air guide plate 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the inner air guiding plate 2 is hollow and comprises an inner plate rear panel 22 and an inner plate front panel 21 which are connected with each other, and as shown in fig. 3 and 21, the outer air guiding plate 3 is hollow and comprises an outer plate rear panel 38 and an outer plate front panel 37 which are connected with each other. As shown in fig. 3 and 21, the inner panel front panel 21 is configured as an arc panel protruding backward, and the outer panel rear panel 38 has an arc plate protruding toward the outer panel front panel 37, so as to achieve air flow noise reduction and improve the blowing distance of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, and at the same time, when the inner air deflector 2 and the outer air deflector 3 are opened, the air at the air outlet 111 blows upward and then falls freely, so as to form shower-type blowing, thereby improving the comfort of the user.
According to the utility model discloses machine in air conditioning through setting up interior aviation baffle and outer aviation baffle into cavity, but interior aviation baffle pivot ground is established in first accommodation space, but outer aviation baffle pivot ground is established in second accommodation space, has alleviateed the quality of interior aviation baffle and outer aviation baffle, guarantees the lightweight of machine in the air conditioning effectively.
According to the utility model discloses a some embodiments, inner panel front panel 21 is constructed into convex cambered surface board backward, and inner panel rear panel 22 and inner panel front panel 21's radian is different, and inner panel rear panel 22's radian is greater than inner panel front panel 21's radian, guarantees interior aviation baffle 2's intensity effectively.
In some further embodiments of the present invention, the thickness of the upper end of the inner air guiding plate 2 in the closed state is larger than the thickness of the lower end thereof. Referring to fig. 3 and 8, when the inner air guiding plate 2 is closed, the thickness of the upper end of the inner air guiding plate 2 is greater than that of the lower end of the inner air guiding plate, so that the strength of the inner air guiding plate 2 is effectively ensured, and the inner air guiding plate 2 is prevented from being broken in the rotating process. Here, the end facing the outside of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 and located relatively high when the inner air guide plate 2 is closed is referred to as an "upper end" (i.e., a pivot end), and the end facing the inside of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 and located relatively low is referred to as a "lower end" (i.e., a free end).
In some further embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the inner wind deflector 2 is configured as an arc-shaped end portion, which effectively ensures that the inner wind deflector 2 can be pivotally fixed on the first accommodation portion 11.
In some alternative embodiments, the extension length of the inner panel rear panel 22 is shorter than the extension length of the inner panel front panel 21, and the lower end of the inner panel front panel 21 is bent backwards and covers the lower end of the inner panel rear panel 22, so that the smoothness of the air outlet surface (e.g., the upper end of fig. 3) of the inner panel front panel 21 is effectively ensured, and the air outlet volume of the air outlet is increased. Optionally, the bending angle of the lower end of the inner panel front panel 21 satisfies 30 to 80 degrees, optionally about 60 degrees, but is not limited thereto. Therefore, the inner plate rear panel 22 and the inner plate front panel 21 are integrally formed conveniently, and the processing is simple.
