In an embodiment of the invention, the current operation information of the wind power generation set includes a time length of a propeller clamping fault, and the preset condition that the risk of personnel can be avoided includes: the failure time of the paddle clamping is within a preset time range; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set comprises the restarting times of a variable pitch driver, and the preset personnel risk evaluable conditions comprise: restarting the variable-pitch driver for no more than a preset number of times; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set comprises whether a variable pitch controller executes reset operation, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition comprises the following steps: the pitch controller does not perform a reset operation; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set comprises whether the feathering of the blades is finished, and the preset personnel risk evasive conditions comprise: the feathering of the blades is not completed.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pitch drive restart control apparatus may further comprise:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a manual restarting instruction of a maintenance worker for a pitch driver with a fault if the wind generating set is in a non-power generation state, an impeller of the wind generating set is not locked and the pitch driver has the fault;
the sending module 314 may further be configured to:
and sending a variable pitch driver restarting instruction to a variable pitch controller corresponding to the variable pitch driver with the fault according to the manual restarting instruction, so that the variable pitch controller controls the variable pitch driver with the fault to restart according to the variable pitch driver restarting instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 313 may be specifically configured to:
if two pitch angles in the three pitch angles sent by the received pitch controller are smaller than the feathering angle, determining that at least two blades of the wind power generation set are blocked at present; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if two of the three received variable pitch speeds sent by the variable pitch controller are smaller than feathering, determining that at least two blades of the wind power generation set have a blade clamping fault at present.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pitch drive restart control means may be provided in a main controller of the wind park.
According to the control device for restarting the variable-pitch driver, provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the operation information of the current wind power generation set meets the preset personnel risk evasive condition, the command for restarting the variable-pitch driver is sent to the variable-pitch controller, so that the personal safety of maintenance personnel can be ensured, the maintenance cost can be reduced, and the power generation loss can be reduced.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a wind generating set which comprises the variable-pitch driver restarting control device provided by the embodiment of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A pitch drive restart control method, the method comprising:
receiving variable pitch parameter information sent by each variable pitch controller;
determining whether at least two blades of the wind power generation set have blade clamping faults at present according to the variable pitch parameter information;
judging whether the current operating information of the wind power generation set meets a preset personnel risk evaluable condition, wherein the personnel risk evaluable condition is a condition which does not endanger the personal safety of maintenance personnel;
if at least two blades of the wind generating set have blade jamming faults currently and the operation information of the current wind generating set meets the condition that the personnel risk can be avoided, sending a variable-pitch driver restarting instruction to a variable-pitch controller corresponding to the blade with the blade jamming faults, so that the variable-pitch controller controls the corresponding variable-pitch driver to restart according to the variable-pitch driver restarting instruction;
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is the time length of a propeller clamping fault, and the preset condition that the personnel risk can be avoided is as follows: the failure time of the paddle clamping is within a preset time range; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is the restarting times of a variable pitch driver, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition is as follows: restarting the variable-pitch driver for no more than a preset number of times; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is whether a variable pitch controller executes reset operation, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition is as follows: the pitch controller does not perform a reset operation; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is whether blade feathering is finished, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition is as follows: the feathering of the blades is not completed.
2. The pitch drive restart control method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the wind generating set is in a non-power generation state, an impeller of the wind generating set is not locked and a variable pitch driver fails, receiving a manual restarting instruction of a maintenance worker for the failed variable pitch driver;
and sending a variable pitch drive restarting instruction to a variable pitch controller corresponding to the variable pitch drive with the fault according to the manual restarting instruction, so that the variable pitch controller controls the variable pitch drive with the fault to restart according to the variable pitch drive restarting instruction.
3. The method for restarting and controlling the pitch drive according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether at least two blades of the wind power generation group are currently stuck according to the pitch parameter information includes:
if two pitch angles in the three pitch angles sent by the received pitch controller are smaller than the feathering angle, determining that at least two blades of the wind power generation set are blocked at present; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if two of the three received variable pitch speeds sent by the variable pitch controller are smaller than the feathering speed, determining that at least two blades of the wind power generation set have a blade clamping fault at present.
4. A pitch drive restart control apparatus, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving variable pitch parameter information sent by each variable pitch controller;
the determining module is used for determining whether the wind power generation set has at least two blades which are blocked according to the variable pitch parameter information;
the judgment module is used for judging whether the current operation information of the wind power generation set meets a preset personnel risk evasive condition, wherein the personnel risk evasive condition is a condition which does not endanger the personal safety of maintenance personnel;
the transmission module is used for transmitting a variable pitch driver restarting instruction to a variable pitch controller corresponding to the blade with the jammed blade if the wind generating set has at least two blades with jammed blade faults and the current operating information of the wind generating set meets the preset personnel risk evaluable condition, so that the variable pitch controller controls the variable pitch driver to restart according to the variable pitch driver restarting instruction;
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is the time length of a propeller clamping fault, and the preset condition that the personnel risk can be avoided is as follows: the failure time of the paddle clamping is within a preset time range; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is the restarting times of a variable pitch driver, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition is as follows: restarting the variable-pitch driver for no more than a preset number of times; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is whether a variable pitch controller executes reset operation, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition is as follows: the pitch controller does not perform a reset operation; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the operation information of the current wind power generation set is whether blade feathering is finished, and the preset personnel risk evaluable condition is as follows: the feathering of the blades is not completed.
5. The pitch drive restart control apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a manual restarting instruction of a maintenance worker for a pitch driver with a fault if the wind generating set is in a non-power generation state, an impeller of the wind generating set is not locked and the pitch driver has the fault;
the sending module is further configured to:
and sending a variable pitch drive restarting instruction to a variable pitch controller corresponding to the variable pitch drive with the fault according to the manual restarting instruction, so that the variable pitch controller controls the variable pitch drive with the fault to restart according to the variable pitch drive restarting instruction.
6. The pitch drive restart control apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the determining module is specifically configured to:
if two pitch angles in the three pitch angles sent by the received pitch controller are smaller than the feathering angle, determining that at least two blades of the wind power generation set are blocked at present; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if two of the three received variable pitch speeds sent by the variable pitch controller are smaller than the feathering speed, determining that at least two blades of the wind power generation set have a blade clamping fault at present.
