技术领域
本发明涉及一种农村房屋温控舒适内保温室。
背景技术
现在中国北方连年雾霾天数增多,大气污染严重。造成大气污染的原因很多,最主要的污染源是农村千家万户冬季的烧煤取暖,它不但把滚滚浓烟排放到大气层,而且烧完煤灰的排放,都造成了严重污染。
为改变不烧煤的取暖办法,从农村的房屋情况分析,居住分散,面积大,住室多,空室多,一般一户都住一个住室,其主要原因是房屋没有保温材料,也就没有保温性能。虽然都安装了土暖气炉及暖气片,室内温度也就10-13度,温度还是很低,和国家供暖标准相差很多。
为此需要把在农村房屋中使用的住室进行改造,让它具备密封性,保温性,冬天温度才能升上去,升上去后才能控制温度,控制温度后才能有我们需要的舒适温度。
具备密封性,保温性后,使用任何升温工具(燃气壁挂炉供暖,各种型号电暖气,空调等)很快的就把室内温度升高,然后在控制温度,这样就起到节省能源作用。也响应了当前各级政府号召,防止大气污染,取暖办法宜气择气,宜电择电。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是,把有人居住的住室,改造成一种密封严,保温好,升温快,温度自动恒温控制的,农村房屋温控舒适内保温室。
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室采用如下技术方案:
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,用4cmX6cm方管,距离2米远一根,两头固定在墙上,把塑料布放在方管上边,四周固定牢固,严密,方管下面用2cmX4cm方木,固定在方管上,方木距离50cm远一根,把4cm厚岩棉放在方木中间,把塑料扣板固定在方木上。
墙体表面粘贴2cm厚岩棉一层,水泥板一层,地面下边铺设泡沫板一层,上边铺设瓷砖地板一层,窗口安装断桥铝双层真空玻璃窗一个,门口安装钢木门一个。室内安装温度设定后自动恒温控制的变频空调一台。
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室积极效果如下:
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,密封严,保温好,升温快,彻底改变广大农村房屋住室不保温问题,让在农村居住的人,自己掌握,自已决定室内温度高低,让室内温度舒适温暖。

具体实施方式
4cmX6cm镀锌方管(称担顶棚重量),2cmX4cm方木(固定塑料扣板),岩棉(保温层),塑料布(密封层),塑料扣板(密封层),墙体(称重墙),水泥板(防火、密封层),水泥沙浆(地面沫平),泡沫板(保温层),瓷砖地板(地板),LED24W照明灯(节能灯),断桥铝双层真空玻璃窗(密封层)。
用4cmX6cm镀锌方管,每2米远距离一根,两头固定在墙上,把塑料布均匀平整的铺设在方管上边整个屋顶上,四周固定牢固,严密,把2cmX4cm方木用螺丝固定在镀锌方管上,把4cm厚岩棉均匀紧密的放在每二根方木中间,摆满顶棚,把塑料扣板用快丝固定在方木上,墙体表面抹沙浆一层,粘贴2cm厚岩棉一层,水泥板一层,在水泥板上水平每50cm钻8cm深,直径6mm孔一个,在孔内放胀管一个,用块丝在墙体上固定,垂直每50cm钻8cm深,直径6mm孔一个,在孔内放胀管一个,用快丝在墙体上固定,水泥板四周缝隙用快速粘结粉抹平,表面刮腻子一层,再刷白墙面漆一层,在室内地面最下层用水泥沙桨抹平,铺4cm厚泡沫板一层,泡沫板上边用水泥沙浆抹平,铺瓷砖地板。顶棚中间安装LED24W照明灯一个,窗口安装断桥铝双层真空玻璃窗一个,门口安装保温性密封性好的钢木门一个。室内安装温度设定后自动控制的变频空调一台。
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,使用一个住室改造一个住室,其它住室如果不住人,也没必要改造,因为改造一个,就需要配套空调等升温工具,如果使用升温工具必然要消耗能源,增加经济负担。
农村房屋内有卫生间的,可以改造成农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,使其即可以冬天洗澡又可做为卫生间使用。
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,其特点:比其它建筑物做的外保温,升温快,保温好,适合农村一家一户房屋的住室冬天取暖。
农村房屋温控舒适内保温室普及后,煤炭自然就会退出农村冬天取暖市场,因为用天燃气壁挂炉,电暖气,空调等供暖干净卫生没有污染,更适合农村民房,楼房的冬季取暖使用。

1.农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,其特征是:用4cmX6cm方管,距离2米远一根,两头固定在墙上,把塑料布放在方管上边,四周固定牢固,严密,方管下面用2cmX4cm方木,固定在方管上,方木距离50cm远一根,把4cm厚岩棉放在方木中间,把塑料扣板固定在方木上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农村房屋温控舒适内保温室,其特征是:墙体表面粘贴2cm厚岩棉一层,水泥板一层,地面下边铺设泡沫板一层,上边铺设瓷砖地板一层,窗口安装断桥铝双层真空玻璃窗一个,门口安装钢木门一个,室内安装温度设定后自动恒温控制的变频空调一台。
