Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of bearing heat treatment, and provides a quenching die for an outer ring of a double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of large-size carburizing steel. The quenching die for the outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of the large-size carburizing steel is provided with two outer ring quenching dies which are oppositely supported at two ends of a ferrule; the outer ring quenching die is provided with a disc, and the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc is provided with an annular boss which is concentric with the disc; the center of the outer ring quenching die is provided with a through hole; the outer circular surface of the annular boss and the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc jointly form a supporting surface of the quenching die; the number of the ferrules matched with the outer ring quenching die is two; the inner wall surface of the ferrule, namely the raceway surface, is provided with an arc surface; two ends of the arc surface are respectively provided with a vertical surface matched with the supporting surface; and a right angle surface matched with the supporting surface is formed between the vertical surface and the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the outer ring quenching die. The invention solves the problem that deformation of the outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of carburizing steel cannot be controlled after heat treatment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bearing heat treatment, and mainly relates to a quenching die for an outer ring of a double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of large-size carburizing steel, which is mainly suitable for the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of the carburizing steel with the outer diameter of 1000-2800 mm.
Background
The carburizing steel has excellent comprehensive performance, is suitable for manufacturing a large-sized double-row self-aligning roller bearing, but the carburizing steel is adopted for manufacturing the outer ring of the large-sized double-row self-aligning roller bearing, and the size after heat treatment cannot be controlled, so that the carburizing steel is not adopted for manufacturing the outer ring of the large-sized double-row self-aligning roller bearing in the industry at present;
the original double-row self-aligning roller bearing outer ring structure and a schematic diagram matched with a die are shown in fig. 1, and when the carburizing steel double-row self-aligning roller bearing outer ring is subjected to secondary quenching by using a conventional quenching die, the quenching die is provided with a plurality of sector blocks, and the plurality of sector blocks form a structure with inner holes which are conical holes; the conical hole is provided with a tensioning block matched with the conical hole, and the tensioning block is tensioned in the conical hole when quenching is performed, so that the outer wall surfaces of the plurality of sector blocks form a supporting surface which is attached to the roller path surface of the outer ring; however, when quenching is performed, the bearing surface is attached to the raceway surface, so that the raceway surface is stressed unevenly and deformation cannot be controlled, and the bearing surface is attached to the raceway surface to influence the hardness of the raceway.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a quenching die for an outer ring of a double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of large-size carburizing steel.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for accomplishing the purposes:
The quenching dies of the outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of large-size carburizing steel are two arranged up and down; the two outer ring quenching dies are oppositely supported at two ends of the ferrule; the outer ring quenching die is provided with a disc, the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc is provided with an annular boss which is concentric with the disc, and the diameter of the annular boss is smaller than that of the disc; the center of the outer ring quenching die is provided with a through hole for increasing the fluidity of the quenching medium, and the through hole penetrates through the disc and the annular boss; the outer circular surface of the annular boss and the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc jointly form a supporting surface of the quenching die; the number of the ferrules matched with the outer ring quenching die is two; the inner wall surface of the ferrule, namely the raceway surface, is provided with an arc surface; two ends of the arc surface are respectively provided with a vertical surface matched with the supporting surface; a right-angle surface matched with the supporting surface is formed between the vertical surface and the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the outer ring quenching die, so that surface-to-surface contact is formed between the supporting surface and the right-angle surface of the roller path surface.
The annular boss on the outer ring quenching die at the upper end of the sleeve ring is positioned on the lower end face of the disc.
The annular boss on the outer ring quenching die at the upper end of the sleeve ring is positioned on the upper end face of the disc.
The relation between the height H1 of the ferrule and the height H2 of the outer ring of the aligning roller is as follows: h1 =h2+2h.
The vertical surface of the ferrule is the same as the annular boss of the outer ring quenching die.
The quenching die for the outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of the large-size carburizing steel provided by the invention adopts the two outer ring quenching dies which are arranged up and down, and solves the problem that the deformation of the outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of the carburizing steel cannot be controlled after the heat treatment by adopting the structure that the supporting surface is in surface-to-surface contact with the raceway surface, thereby realizing the application of the carburizing steel on the outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing.

As shown in fig. 3, and with reference to fig. 4, a large-size carburizing steel double-row aligning roller bearing outer ring quenching mold is provided, wherein the outer ring quenching molds are arranged up and down; two outer ring quenching dies 1 are oppositely supported at two ends of a ferrule 5; the outer ring quenching die 1 is provided with a disc 4-1, the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc 4-1 is provided with an annular boss 4-2 which is concentric with the disc 4-1, and the diameter of the annular boss 4-2 is smaller than that of the disc 4-1; the center of the outer ring quenching die is provided with a through hole for increasing the fluidity of the quenching medium, and the through hole penetrates through the disc 4-1 and the annular boss 4-2; the outer circular surface of the annular boss 4-2 and the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc 4-1 form a supporting surface of the quenching die together; the number of the ferrules 5 matched with the outer ring quenching die is two symmetrically arranged; the inner wall surface of the ferrule 5-1, namely the roller path surface, is an arc surface 5-1; two ends of the arc surface 5-1 are respectively provided with a vertical surface 5-2 matched with the supporting surface; a right-angle surface matched with the supporting surface is formed between the vertical surface 5-2 and the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the outer ring quenching die, so that surface-to-surface contact is formed between the supporting surface and the right-angle surface of the roller way surface.
The annular boss on the outer ring quenching die at the upper end of the sleeve ring is positioned on the lower end face of the disc.
The annular boss on the outer ring quenching die at the upper end of the sleeve ring is positioned on the upper end face of the disc.
The relation between the height H1 of the ferrule and the height H2 of the outer ring of the aligning roller is as follows: h1 =h2+2h.
The vertical surface of the ferrule is the same as the annular boss of the outer ring quenching die.
When designing the quenching die, firstly determining the size of the outer ring, then determining the height of the supporting surface, namely the height of the annular boss of the outer ring quenching die, then determining the height of the ferrule according to the height of the supporting surface, namely determining the increased height h of the two ends of the outer ring, and designing the die accordingly; turning according to the designed size of the supportable surface and the increased height of the end surface; when the outer ring is subjected to heat treatment quenching, two outer ring quenching molds are respectively placed at two ends of the ferrule, the supportable surface of the ferrule is aligned with the working surface of the molds, and then the outer ring, the upper mold and the lower mold are placed into quenching medium together for cooling; tightly holding the dies after the outer rings are cooled, and detaching the two outer ring quenching dies from the two end surfaces of the ferrule; and after tempering the ferrule, cutting off the heightened part h of the end face, and finally processing the ferrule to the outer ring size required by a finished product.
The outer ring of the double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of carburizing steel has a shrinkage tendency during secondary quenching and cooling, two outer ring quenching dies arranged up and down support the vertical surface of the ferrule, and the cooled product tightly holds the dies, so that the vertical surface of the ferrule is attached to the supporting surface of the dies; the bearing surface atress is even, and steerable outer lane warp, and the mould only is the bearing surface part with the product contact position in the cooling process, has avoided influencing the raceway hardness because of mould and product raceway contact.

A quenching die for an outer ring of a double-row self-aligning roller bearing made of large-size carburizing steel is characterized in that: the outer ring quenching dies are arranged up and down; the two outer ring quenching dies are oppositely supported at two ends of the ferrule; the outer ring quenching die is provided with a disc, the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc is provided with an annular boss which is concentric with the disc, and the diameter of the annular boss is smaller than that of the disc; the center of the outer ring quenching die is provided with a through hole for increasing the fluidity of the quenching medium, and the through hole penetrates through the disc and the annular boss; the outer circular surface of the annular boss and the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the disc jointly form a supporting surface of the quenching die; the number of the ferrules matched with the outer ring quenching die is two; the inner wall surface of the ferrule, namely the raceway surface, is provided with an arc surface; two ends of the arc surface are respectively provided with a vertical surface matched with the supporting surface; a right-angle surface matched with the supporting surface is formed between the vertical surface and the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the outer ring quenching die, so that surface-to-surface contact is formed between the supporting surface and the right-angle surface of the roller path surface.
