A flavor fish product frying production line is characterized in that a cutting device (1), a first lifting mechanism (2), a cleaning device (3), a lifting drying mechanism (4), a second lifting mechanism (5), a frying marinating device (6), a third lifting mechanism (7) and a drying device (8) are sequentially arranged from left to right, fish blocks enter the cutting device (1) from an inlet (103), are conveyed into a first hopper (201) from an outlet (109) of the cutting device (1), are conveyed into an opening (302) of the cleaning device (3) by a first lifting machine body (202), enter a second hopper (401) from a first hopper (307), are conveyed into a third hopper (501) from a second hopper (405) by the lifting drying mechanism (4), and are conveyed into a first feeding cylinder (601) of the frying marinating device (6) by a second lifting machine body (502), the fish blocks are conveyed into the fourth hopper (701) from the second opening (624), the third lifting machine body (702) conveys the fish blocks into the second feeding cylinder (801) of the drying device (8), the dicing device (1) comprises a box body (101) and a first supporting frame (105), the left side and the right side of the box body (101) are respectively provided with an inlet (103) and an outlet (109), first hydraulic cylinders (102) are arranged in the box body (101) at intervals, the bottom of piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinders (102) is provided with a connecting plate (115), the upper part of the connecting plate (115) is provided with a second motor (110), the lower part of the connecting plate (115) is provided with a plurality of groups of knife rest platforms (113), rotating shafts (111) are arranged in the knife rest platforms (113) in an inserting manner, the rotating shafts (111) are in transmission connection with output shaft ends of the second motor (110) through belts, bearings (114) are arranged between the rotating shafts (111) and the knife rest platforms (113), a first transmission chain (104) is longitudinally arranged on the first support frame (105), the first transmission chain (104) is in transmission connection with the output shaft end of a first motor (106) through a belt, a positioning plate (108) is arranged on the first transmission chain (104), the cleaning device (3) comprises a cover plate (301), a second transmission chain (306) and a second support frame (304), openings (302) and clearance grooves (308) are formed in the left side and the right side of the cover plate (301), and a cleaning brush (303) is arranged in the cover plate (301); a third motor (305) is arranged at the upper end of the second support frame (304), the output shaft end of the third motor (305) is in transmission connection with a second conveying chain (306) through a belt, push plates (309) are equidistantly arranged on the second conveying chain (306), and a first hopper (307) is arranged at the lower end of the second support frame (304); the frying and marinating device (6) comprises a third support frame (603), a first base (608), a frying box (610) and a marinating box (618), wherein a seasoning cylinder (615) and a vacuum pump (616) are arranged at the top of the third support frame (603), a second hydraulic cylinder (602) is arranged at the bottom of the third support frame (603), a first feeding cylinder (601) is arranged at the left end of the frying box (610), a partition plate (612) and a heating device (611) are arranged at the bottom of the frying box (610), a draining box (609) is arranged in the frying box (610), the top of the draining box (609) is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder (602), a first feeding hole (606) and a first discharging hole (613) are respectively arranged at two sides of the draining box (609), a roller (607) is longitudinally and horizontally arranged at the bottom of the draining box (609), and the roller (607) is in transmission connection with the output shaft end of a fifth motor (605) through a chain, set up conveying pipe (604) between frying case (610) and stew in soy sauce case (618), stew in soy sauce case (618) right side is provided with second opening (624), stew in soy sauce case (618) inside is provided with conveyer pipe (619), set up control switch (614) between conveyer pipe (619) and the accent feed cylinder (615), conveyer pipe (619) bottom is provided with a plurality of nozzles (620), nozzle (620) delivery outlet is just to below transmission mechanism (623), transmission mechanism (623) are connected with sixth motor (621) output shaft end transmission through the belt.

The flavor fish product frying production line according to claim 1, wherein the lifting and drying mechanism (4) comprises a conveyor belt (402) and a conveying mechanism (404), a second hopper (401) is arranged on the conveyor belt (402), a support frame (403) and a first boss (407) are arranged on the right portion of the lifting and drying mechanism (4), a first fan (409) is arranged at the upper end of the support frame (403), an air outlet of the first fan (409) is downward, a fourth motor (406) is arranged on the upper portion of the first boss (407), the fourth motor (406) is in transmission connection with the conveying mechanism (404) through a belt, a second hopper (405) is arranged on the right portion of the first boss (407), and a first roller (408) is arranged at the bottom of the lifting and drying mechanism (4).

The flavor fish product frying production line according to claim 1, wherein the drying device (8) comprises a drying box (803) and a second base (809), a second feeding cylinder (801) and a second fan (802) are arranged at the top of the drying box (803), a fourth support frame (804) is arranged on the inner side wall of the drying box (803), a transmission chain shaft (812) is horizontally suspended at one end of the fourth support frame (804), a chain belt (813) is arranged between the two transmission chain shafts (812), the side part of the transmission chain shaft (812) at the left position is in transmission connection with an eighth motor (810) through a belt, the side part of the transmission chain shaft (812) at the right position is in transmission connection with a first chain (805) and is in transmission connection with a seventh motor (807) through a belt, a second roller (808) is arranged at the bottom of the second base (809), the fish blocks are transported on the chain belt (813) in a reciprocating and downward manner.

A flavoured fish product frying line according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning plates (108) are arranged on the first conveyor chain (104) at intervals, and a collecting box (107) is arranged below the first conveyor chain (104), and the right end of the first conveyor chain (104) is positioned right above the first hopper (201).
5. A flavoured fish product frying line according to claim 1, wherein the washing brush (303) is connected to the cover plate (301) by a bolt (310), and the bottom of the washing brush (303) is provided with flexible brushes (311).

A flavored fish product frying line as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first feed cylinder (601) is adapted to the first feed port (606) and the first discharge port (613) is adapted to the feed pipe (604) after the draining box (609) is lifted by the second hydraulic cylinder (602), and wherein oil passing gaps are provided between the rollers (607) at the bottom of the draining box (609).

A flavoured fish product frying line according to claim 1, wherein a recovery box (622) is arranged at the bottom of the marinating box (618), the recovery box (622) is positioned right below the nozzle (620), the recovery box (622) is connected with the vacuum pump (616) through a connecting pipe (617) by a pipeline, and the vacuum pump (616) is connected with the seasoning cylinder (615) by a pipeline.
