The ATS platform executes a test case and applies fault quantity to a protection device; the protection device responds and feeds back related signals to the ATS platform; judging a test result value; judging whether wave recording needs to be stored or not according to the test result value; after the wave recording storage operation is needed after the confirmation, the ATS platform waits to ensure that the device generates a wave recording file; the ATS platform executes calling wave recording file operation and stores the calling wave recording file operation in a Rec wave recording folder; and the ATS platform records the current abnormity and forms a test report. The invention is based on an ATS automatic test platform, actively acquires and files the recording file by the feedback analysis of the message of the tester and the protection device, thereby overcoming the defects that the storage capacity of the recording file of the protection device is insufficient and the reason cannot be analyzed afterwards in the process of executing a large number of automatic test cases.

Description

Testing method for intelligently acquiring fault recording based on ATS automatic testing platform
Technical Field
The invention relates to a testing method for intelligently acquiring fault recording based on an Automatic Test System (ATS) automatic testing platform, and belongs to the field of relay protection automatic testing.
Background
In recent years, the technology of the transformer substation in China is rapidly developed, and the requirement on a relay protection device playing a role in protecting the safety of a power grid is higher and higher. The stable and reliable relay protection device is very important for various relay protection manufacturers. In the research and development process, the product needs to be tested in all directions, and part of relay protection manufacturers introduce an automatic test system to replace the traditional manual test mode, so that all-directional uninterrupted test can be realized, and a test report is formed.
The fault recording file can record the whole fault process, and great help is brought to the analysis of problems. Through continuous testing, the problem is found, and the problem solving is the main purpose of automatic testing. For an automatic test system, hundreds of tests are frequently used, the limited storage space of the protection device cannot store the wave recording file in the test process, once abnormal reaction occurs, only the result of an abnormal test case can be recorded, but the problem cannot be analyzed in the wave recording file mode. Therefore, it is very important to store the fault recording file of the abnormal case while realizing the automatic test function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a testing method for intelligently acquiring fault recording based on an Automatic Test System (ATS) automatic testing platform, which is used for overcoming the defect that a protection device cannot provide a fault recording file in an automatic testing process.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a testing method for intelligently acquiring fault record based on an ATS automatic testing platform, which comprises the following steps:
step SS 1: the ATS platform executes the test case and applies the fault amount to the protection device;
step SS 2: the protection device responds and feeds back related signals to the ATS platform;
step SS 3: judging the Result value of the test Result, namely judging whether the test is abnormal;
step SS 4: judging whether the recording is required to be stored or not according to the Result value;
step SS 5: after the wave recording storage operation is confirmed to be needed, the ATS platform waits for 30 seconds to ensure that the device generates a wave recording file;
step SS 6: the ATS platform executes calling wave recording file operation and stores the wave recording file operation in a Rec wave recording folder;
step SS 7: the ATS platform records the current abnormity and forms a test report; if the recording file is stored, the abnormal fault recording file name and the access path are recorded in the report.
In step SS3, the determination of the test result status (i.e., whether the test is abnormal) is based on the following points: whether the protection logic is correct, whether the protection action fixed value is accurate, whether the protection action time is overtime, whether the protection action outlet is correct, and whether the protection uploading background event message is correct.
The test results Result values are as follows:
Figure BDA0001886571180000021
Figure BDA0001886571180000031
in step SS4, the method for determining whether recording is required to be stored is as follows:
a. and if the Result value is 0x0000, the test Result meets the expected requirement, the wave recording is not required to be stored, and the next test case is continuously executed.
b. If the Result value is 0x4800, the device action logic is normal, the export feedback is normal, but the uploading of the background message is abnormal, and in this case, only the abnormal event needs to be recorded, and the recording file does not need to be stored.
c. If the Result value is not 0x4800 and the Result value contains 0x4000, it indicates that the test Result is abnormal, and the recording file is required to be stored for further analysis.
In the step SS5, the ATS platform waits for 30 seconds based on the following considerations: a large amount of wave recording files are generated in the automatic test process, and the wave recording conversion of the protection device has time delay; the existing specifications require that the fault recording file needs to be converted within 30 seconds, so that the waiting time of 30 seconds is set to ensure that the current recording file is required by the test.
In the step SS6, the ATS platform obtains the latest recording file from the protection device/COMTRADE folder in a file operation mode, and the file includes the following three format files: cfg,. dat,. hdr, the recording file is stored under Rec of the folder of the current test item.
In step SS6, when the ATS platform performs a file operation, a timeout of 30 seconds is set. If the operation time of calling the recording file exceeds 30 seconds and is still unsuccessful, judging that the acquisition fails, giving up the operation, and indicating that the acquisition of the recording file is overtime in an abnormal test report.
In step SS7, when a test exception occurs, an exception test report is formed, and the test exception is recorded in detail.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can automatically acquire the fault recording file when the test is abnormal by realizing the automatic test. The method plays an important role in analyzing the reason after the fact, can accurately analyze the whole fault process, and can perform wave recording playback according to the wave recording file to simulate fault reproduction.
