技术领域
本发明涉及用于确定安全带设备的安全带的拉出长度和/或带拉力的测量装置。
背景技术
这种测量装置适宜地集成在触发装置中,借助该触发装置可触发车辆的安全气囊设备或者借助该触发装置可检测车辆座位是否被占用。对于这种测量装置,使用与安全带设备的安全带相连接的电导体。
由EP 1 633 609 B1已知一种测量装置,其中电导体被设置在安全带中,该电导体在安全带内在两个位置处被接触,以便向其施加用于电感测量的测量电流。由于安全带的仅一端相对于安全带设备在空间上是固定的,因而必须通过滑动触头或螺旋电缆来接触未固定的安全带端部或者集成在安全带中的电导体的设置在未固定的安全带端部处的位置,这具有显著的技术构造和经济耗费。
发明内容
从上述现有技术出发,本发明的任务在于,提供一种用于确定安全带设备的安全带的拉出长度和/或带拉力的测量装置,该测量装置能够在没有昂贵地实现的电路的情况下运行并且此外能以相对较小的技术构造耗费来制造。
根据本发明,该任务如下解决:该测量装置具有电导体和接收电极,该电导体布置在安全带中、在安全带的纵向上延伸、能与安全带一起卷起或展开、并且能施加有电信号,在该接收电极中借助向安全带的电导体施加的电信号可感生出能借助测量装置来测量的电压。上述根据本发明的用于确定安全带设备的安全带的拉出长度和/或带拉力的装置不需要电路。集成在安全带中的电导体仅施加有一信号电压,其中在此信号电压施加期间仅最小的电容性电流流动。此信号电压在测量装置的接收电极中感生出可测量的电压。此测量电压尤其取决于引导信号电压的电导体与接收电极之间的距离。
为了在安全带的整个拉出长度范围上提供有意义的测量值,有利的是,测量装置的电导体在安全带设备的安全带的整个长度上延伸。
适宜地,接收电极相对于安全带能在其上卷起和安全带能从其展开的卷绕装置布置成使得随着安全带的拉出长度的增加,保留在卷绕装置上的安全带与接收电极之间的距离增大。
为此有利的是,接收电极布置成与安全带设备的卷绕装置的旋转轴线具有固定的径向距离。
为了尽可能简化对由接收电极接收并且借助测量装置检测的测量信号的评估,有利的是,在测量装置中存储数学公式或数值表,借助该数学公式或数值表可在测量装置中将在接收电极和位于卷绕装置上的安全带之间测得的每个距离与安全带的对应的拉出长度相关联。
如果该测量装置具有弹簧元件和另一接收电极,则可以按简单的方式借助该测量装置来得出关于作用在安全带上的带拉力的结论,其中通过该弹簧元件来引导安全带设备的安全带并且能按照作用于安全带的带拉力来使该弹簧元件从其静止位置偏转,其中该另一接收电极布置在该弹簧元件附近并且在该另一接收电极中借助向安全带的电导体施加的电信号可感生出能借助该测量装置来测量的电压。
根据本发明的测量装置的一个有利的改进,该测量装置的该另一接收电极相对于通过其来引导安全带设备的安全带的弹簧元件布置成使得随着弹簧元件从其静止位置偏转的改变,通过弹簧元件来引导的安全带与该另一接收电极之间的距离也改变。
在此情况下有利地,该另一接收电极相对于弹簧元件或者通过该弹簧元件来引导的安全带布置成使得通过该弹簧元件来引导的安全带和该另一接收电极之间的距离与带拉力呈正比或反比地改变。
为了能够以尽可能小的耗费得出关于带拉力的可靠结论,有利的是,在测量装置中存储数学公式或数值表,借助该数学公式或数值表可在测量装置中将在该另一接收电极和通过该弹簧元件来引导的安全带之间测得的每个距离与对应的带拉力相关联。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的用于确定安全带设备的安全带2的拉出长度的测量装置1的根据图1和图2在以下原理性地阐释和描述的实施例具有电导体,在图1和图2中仅示出了该安全带设备的安全带2以及卷绕装置3,安全带2能在该卷绕装置3上卷起并且安全带2能从该卷绕装置3展开,该电导体布置在安全带2中并且大致在安全带设备的安全带2的整个长度上延伸。
在安全带2的相对较小的拉出长度的情况下,安全带2的大部分处于卷在卷绕装置3上的状态,如图1中所示的。在相对较大的拉出长度的情况下,安全带2的位于卷绕装置3上的部分(比例)相对较小,如图2中所示的。
如图1和图2中所示的,在与卷绕装置3的旋转轴线的固定距离处布置有测量装置的接收电极4。测量装置的接收电极4与测量单元5相连接。
集成在安全带2中的电导体可施加有信号电压。在此情况下,仅有非常小的电容性电流流动。
向集成在安全带2中的电导体施加的信号电压在测量装置1的接收电极4中感生出可测量的电压。该测量电压尤其是集成在安全带2中的电导体与布置在距安全带设备的卷绕装置3的旋转轴线的固定距离处的接收电极4之间的距离x的函数。
如从图1和图2可见,在安全带设备的图1中所示的状态的情形中(其中安全带2的大部分卷绕在卷绕装置3上),该距离为x1,其小于在安全带设备的图2中所示的状态的情形(其中仅安全带2的小部分卷绕在卷绕装置3上),并且相应地,集成在安全带2中的电导体与以距安全带设备的卷绕装置3的旋转轴线的固定距离布置的接收电极4之间的距离x2相对较大。
根据在测量装置1的接收电极4中感生的测量电压的强度,可以随后确定安全带设备的安全带2的拉出长度。
借助在测量单元5中检测的、在接收电极4中感生的电压,确定接收电极4与集成在安全带2中的电导体之间的距离,例如通过在测量装置1的在附图中未示出的微型计算机中基于存储在该微型计算机中的表格或公式来确定安全带设备的安全带2的与测量电压的相关值相对应的拉出长度。
在图3和图4中示出了根据本发明的用于确定安全带设备的安全带2的带拉力的测量装置10的一个实施例。该安全带设备的安全带2同样设有上述电导体,其中该电导体可施加有电信号。
与测量单元12相连接的接收电极11属于该测量装置10。借助测量装置10的测量单元12可以检测测量信号,该测量信号对应于引入安全带2的电导体的电信号,借助该电信号能在接收电极11中感生出可测量的电压。
接收电极11布置在距安全带设备的卷绕装置3的旋转轴线固定的距离处或者布置在距测量装置10的弹簧元件14的固定弹簧支座13的固定距离处。
围绕引导元件15来引导安全带设备的安全带2,该引导元件15布置在弹簧元件14的自由端处,该弹簧元件14在另一端处支承在弹簧支座13上。
根据作用在安全带2上的带拉力(该带拉力在图3中的示图的情形中以箭头F1示出且相对较小并且在图4中的示图的情形中以箭头F2示出且相对较大),借助通过其引导元件15作用在弹簧元件14上的力来压缩弹簧元件14。由此,测量装置10的接收电极11与承载电导体的安全带2之间的距离改变。将弹簧元件14从其静止位置朝其弹簧支座13压缩地越远,则测量装置10的接收电极11与安全带2的与该接收电极11相对的区段之间的距离越大。
相应地,在测量单元12中检测的、对应于在接收电极11中感生的电压的测量信号是一测量变量,根据该测量变量可得出接收电极11与通过弹簧元件14的引导元件15来引导的安全带之间的距离。由于在图3中标记为x3和在图4中标记为x4的该距离取决于带拉力F1或F2的数值,因而可以借助测量装置10来确定当前带拉力的当前值。
在测量装置10中可以存在微型计算机,在该微型计算机中存储表格或公式,根据该表格或公式可得出带拉力F与在测量装置10的测量单元12中检测的测量信号之间的关系。
当然,将图1和图2中所示的测量装置1与图3和图4中所示的测量装置10相组合是可能的。在此情况下,安全带2内的单个电导体就足够了。此外,仅需要单个用于生成向电导体施加的信号电压的装置。这同样适用于经组合的测量装置1、10的微型计算机。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于确定安全带设备的安全带(2)的拉出长度和/或带拉力的测量装置,其特征在于,所述测量装置(1)具有电导体和接收电极(4),所述电导体布置在所述安全带(2)中、在所述安全带(2)的纵向上延伸、能与所述安全带(2)一起卷起或展开、并且能施加有电信号,在所述接收电极(4)中能借助向所述安全带(2)的所述电导体施加的电信号来感生出能借助所述测量装置(1)来测量的电压。
2.如权利要求1所述的测量装置,其特征在于,所述电导体在所述安全带设备的所述安全带(2)的整个长度上延伸。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的测量装置,其特征在于,所述接收电极(4)相对于所述安全带(2)能在其上卷起和所述安全带(2)能从其展开的卷绕装置(3)布置成使得随着所述安全带(2)的拉出长度的增加,保留在所述卷绕装置(3)上的安全带(2)与所述接收电极(4)之间的距离(x)增大。
4.如权利要求3所述的测量装置,其特征在于,所述接收电极(4)布置成与所述卷绕装置(3)的旋转轴线具有固定的径向距离。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的测量装置,其特征在于,在所述测量装置中存储有数学公式或数值表,借助所述数学公式或数值表能在所述测量装置(1)中将在所述接收电极(4)与位于所述卷绕装置上的安全带(2)之间测得的每个距离与所述安全带(2)的对应的拉出长度相关联。
6.如权利要求1到5中的一项所述的测量装置,其特征在于,所述测量装置具有弹簧元件(14)和另一接收电极(11),通过所述弹簧元件(14)来引导所述安全带设备的所述安全带(2)并且按照作用于所述安全带(2)处的带拉力能将所述弹簧元件(4)从其静止位置偏转,所述另一接收电极(11)布置在所述弹簧元件(14)附近并且在所述另一接收电极(11)中能借助向所述安全带(2)的所述电导体施加的电信号来感生出能借助所述测量装置(10)来测量的电压。
7.如权利要求6所述的测量装置,其特征在于,所述另一接收电极(11)相对于通过其来引导所述安全带设备的所述安全带(2)的所述弹簧元件(14)布置成使得随着所述弹簧元件(14)从其静止位置偏转的改变,通过所述弹簧元件(14)来引导的所述安全带(2)与所述另一接收电极(11)之间的距离也改变。
8.如权利要求7所述的测量装置,其特征在于,所述另一接收电极(11)相对于所述弹簧元件(14)或者通过所述弹簧元件(14)来引导的安全带(2)布置成使得通过所述弹簧元件(14)来引导的所述安全带(2)和所述另一接收电极(11)之间的距离(x)与带拉力(F)呈正比或反比地改变。
