技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种便于维护的地灯。
背景技术
地灯又称地埋灯或藏地灯,是镶嵌在地面上的照明设施。地灯对地面、地上植被等进行照明,能使景观更美丽,行人通过更安全。由于地灯是嵌入式的,因此一些地灯取出维护难度较大,并且由于嵌入在地面以下,因此散热比较困难。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种便于维护的地灯。
技术方案:一种便于维护的地灯,包括灯筒、盖板、圆环板、容纳腔和与所述容纳腔连接的排水通道,所述盖板固定在灯筒顶部,所述圆环板与地面固定,所述盖板与所述圆环板通过固定螺栓固定,所述灯筒位于所述容纳腔内,所述容纳腔内具有电路板、安装电路板上的LED灯珠、帮助电路板散热的导热块和设置在导热块上的散热翅片,所述盖板具有连通盖板上方空间和所述容纳腔的散热孔。
进一步地,所述固定螺栓的数量大于等于四个。
进一步地,所述盖板由钢化玻璃制成。
进一步地,所述灯头由透明材料制成。
进一步地,所述容纳腔的内侧壁具有反射面。
进一步地,所述散热孔具有多个,呈环形阵列排列。
有益效果:本发明的地灯,圆环板固定在地面上,盖板与圆环板通过固定螺栓固定,因此拆卸方便,灯头容纳在容纳腔内,通过散热孔可以向上散热,并且雨水等进入散热腔后可以从排水孔排出。并且容纳腔具有反射面,增加了地灯的亮度。

一种便于维护的地灯,包括灯筒4、盖板1、圆环板3、容纳腔6和与所述容纳腔连接的排水通道6.1,所述盖板1固定在灯筒顶部,所述圆环板3与地面固定,所述盖板1与所述圆环板3通过固定螺栓固定,所述灯筒位于所述容纳腔内,所述容纳腔内具有电路板5.2、安装电路板上的LED灯珠5.1、帮助电路板散热的导热块5.3和设置在导热块上的散热翅片5.4,所述盖板具有连通盖板上方空间和所述容纳腔的散热孔。所述固定螺栓的数量大于等于四个。所述盖板由钢化玻璃制成。所述灯头由透明材料制成。所述容纳腔的内侧壁具有反射面。所述散热孔具有多个,呈环形阵列排列。
本发明的地灯,圆环板固定在地面上,盖板与圆环板通过固定螺栓固定,通过拧开固定螺栓可以方便地拆卸下盖板以及灯筒,盖板和灯筒是固定在一起的。灯筒容纳在容纳腔内,容纳腔和灯筒之间具有间隙,因此通过散热孔可以向上散热,并且雨水等进入散热腔后可以从排水孔排出。并且容纳腔具有反射面,增加了地灯的亮度。

1.一种便于维护的地灯,其特征在于,包括灯筒、盖板、圆环板、容纳腔和与所述容纳腔连接的排水通道,所述盖板固定在灯筒顶部,所述圆环板与地面固定,所述盖板与所述圆环板通过固定螺栓固定,所述灯筒位于所述容纳腔内,所述容纳腔内具有电路板、安装电路板上的LED灯珠、帮助电路板散热的导热块和设置在导热块上的散热翅片,所述盖板具有连通盖板上方空间和所述容纳腔的散热孔。
