When the screw rod 5-8 is rotated, the screw rod 5-8 can rotate between the two convex rotating bases 5-6 by taking the axis of the screw rod as a shaft, and the two limit rings II5-5 can prevent the screw rod 5-8 from moving left and right relative to the two convex rotating bases 5-6; when sewage exists in the enclosing plate 5-3, the sewage in the enclosing plate 5-3 flows into the box body 1-1 through the water flowing pipe 5-2. When the left and right positions of the movable frame 6 are changed, the left and right positions of the hand basin 7 are also changed, and the effects of adjusting the left and right positions of the hand basin 7 are achieved.
