磁性塑料是高分子磁性材料中的一种。高分子磁性材料是一种具有记录声、光、电等信息并能重新释放的功能高分子材料,是现代科学技术的重要基础材料之一。磁性塑料的主要优点是:密度小、耐冲击强度大,可进行切割、切削、钻孔、焊接、层压和压花纹等加工,使用时不会发生碎裂,它可采用一般塑料通用的加工方法(如注射、模压、挤出等)进行加工,可加工成尺寸精度高、薄壁、复杂形状的制品,可成型带嵌件制品,实现电磁设备的小型化、轻量化、精密化和高性能化。在某些新的领域,烧结磁体正逐步被磁性塑料代替,同时,磁性塑料比烧结磁体耗能低,可有效节约能源。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种磁性塑料材料,具有很好的耐高温性,磁性性能优异,利于分离,使材料品质更加稳定,而且制作工艺简单。

苯乙烯8-16份,甲苯20-35份,聚乙烯醇2.5-3份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯15-24份,ABS树脂8-16份,硫酸铵2-4份,月桂酸1.2-2.5份,磁粉20-28份,固化剂0.8-1.4份,硬脂酸钡0.6-1.2份,四氧化三铁颗粒12-30份,润滑剂0.4-0.7份,硫酸钙6-9份,木纤维12-16份。
