Abstract

本发明公开了一种滑板径向压紧装置,属于辅助工装技术领域。该压紧装置包括直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件呈正交分布在火焰筒的内部,弯曲型支撑组件的弯曲部分避开两者在平面内的交点,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件的两端分别与火焰筒内部的滑板组件接触,通过分别对直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件施加转动力矩,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件在长度方向产生位移并对滑板组件施加径向压力。本发明能够实现对四个滑板同时施加径向压紧力来完成粘结固化,缩短生产时间。

Description

一种滑板径向压紧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种压紧装置,具体涉及一种针对滑板固化过程中的压紧装置,属于辅助工装技术领域。
背景技术
冲压发动机燃烧室中四块滑板组件一般采用室温硫化密封剂与火焰筒进行粘接和固化,如图1所示,四块滑板组件沿周向均匀分布在火焰筒的内圆周面上,滑板组件在粘接固化时需要有持续的涨紧支撑力才能保证粘接的效果,目前针对滑块组件的粘接是利用工具对单个滑板组件进行单独施力来完成一次粘接,由于单个滑板组件与火焰筒粘结固化需90小时,要完成四块滑板组件的粘接需要360个小时的时间,因此生产效率十分低下。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种滑板径向压紧装置,能够实现对四个滑板同时施加径向压紧力来完成粘结固化,缩短生产时间。
一种滑板径向压紧装置,该压紧装置包括直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件,所述直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件呈正交分布在火焰筒的内部,弯曲型支撑组件的弯曲部分避开两者在平面内的交点,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件的两端分别与火焰筒内部的滑板组件接触,通过分别对直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件施加转动力矩,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件在长度方向产生位移并对滑板组件施加径向压力。
所述直线型支撑组件包括顶块、导向杆、螺套、限位销和防脱螺栓,所述螺套端部的外圆周面上有螺纹,顶块的中心通孔具有内螺纹,导向杆的端部加工有轴向的滑槽;所述导向杆套装在螺套内部并与螺套之间为滑动配合,导向杆上的滑槽位于螺套外部;所述防脱螺栓沿径向穿过螺套后插入导向杆上的周向卡槽内,防脱螺栓限制导向杆与螺套之间的轴向移动但允许螺套与导向杆之间相对转动;所述顶块与螺套之间通过螺纹配合连接,所述限位销穿过顶块上的销孔后插入导向杆的滑槽内。
进一步地,为了使施力更加均匀,所述顶块为两个,对称设置在螺套和导向杆的两端。
进一步地,所述弯曲型支撑组件同样包括顶块、导向杆、螺套、限位销和防脱螺栓,所述导向杆的中段设计为防止与直线型支撑组件中导向杆发生干涉的弯曲结构,导向杆一端的端部加工有轴向的滑槽;所述螺套端部的外圆周面上有螺纹,顶块的中心通孔具有内螺纹;
所述导向杆一端的直段套装在螺套内部并与螺套之间为滑动配合,导向杆上的滑槽位于螺套外部;所述防脱螺栓沿径向穿过螺套后插入导向杆上的周向卡槽内,防脱螺栓限制导向杆与螺套之间的轴向移动但允许螺套与导向杆之间相对转动;所述顶块与螺套之间通过螺纹配合连接,所述限位销穿过顶块上的销孔后插入导向杆的滑槽内。
有益效果:
本发明能够同时实现四个滑板组件同时固化,且满足支撑力的强度要求,通过调节螺套的转动角度能够精确控制径向支撑力的大小,并使此工序生产时间大幅缩短,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
如附图2所示,本发明提供了一种滑板径向压紧装置,该压紧装置包括直线型支撑组件1和弯曲型支撑组件2;如附图3所示,直线型支撑组件1和弯曲型支撑组件2呈正交分布在火焰筒的内部,弯曲型支撑组件2的弯曲部分避开两者在平面内的交点,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件的两端分别与火焰筒8内部的滑板组件9接触,通过分别对直线型支撑组件1和弯曲型支撑组件2施加转动力矩,直线型支撑组件1和弯曲型支撑组件2在长度方向产生位移并对滑板组件9施加径向压力,辅助完成滑板组件9与火焰筒8之间的粘结固化。
如附图4所示,直线型支撑组件1包括顶块3、导向杆4、螺套5、限位销6和防脱螺栓7,螺套5两端的外圆周面上有螺纹,顶块3的中心通孔具有内螺纹,导向杆4为直杆,直杆的两端加工有轴向的滑槽;导向杆4套装在螺套5内部并与螺套5之间为滑动配合,导向杆4上的滑槽部分位于螺套5外部。
防脱螺栓7沿径向穿过螺套5后插入导向杆4上的周向卡槽内,防脱螺栓7的作用是限制导向杆4与螺套5之间的轴向移动但允许螺套5与导向杆4之间相对转动,为了便于对螺套5施加转动力矩,螺套5上安装防脱螺栓7的部分加工成矩形或六方结构。顶块3与螺套5之间通过螺纹配合连接,限位销6穿过顶块3上的销孔后插入导向杆4的轴向滑槽内。
如附图5所示,弯曲型支撑组件2同样包括顶块3、导向杆4、螺套5、限位销6和防脱螺栓7,但导向杆4和螺套5的外形结构与直线型支撑组件1中的不同。
导向杆4的中段设计为防止与直线型支撑组件1中导向杆发生干涉的直角弯曲结构,导向杆4一端的端部加工有轴向的滑槽;螺套5的长度仅为导向杆4直段部分的二分之一,螺套5一端的外圆周面上有螺纹;
导向杆4一端的直段套装在螺套5内部并与螺套5之间形成滑动配合,导向杆4上的滑槽位于螺套5外部;防脱螺栓7沿径向穿过螺套5后插入导向杆4上的周向卡槽内,防脱螺栓7限制导向杆与螺套之间的轴向移动但允许螺套5与导向杆4之间相对转动;顶块3与螺套5之间通过螺纹配合连接,限位销6穿过顶块3上的销孔后插入导向杆的滑槽内。
工作原理:分别调节直线型支撑组件1和弯曲型支撑组件2的长度接近火焰筒8内对角线上两个滑板组件9表面之间的直线距离,先将直线型支撑组件1或弯曲型支撑组件2置入火焰筒内,假设先置入直线型支撑组件1,令顶块3的端面与滑板组件9的表面接触,此时的直线型支撑组件1还无法对滑板组件9施加径向的压力,随后转动螺套5,由于顶块与螺套5为螺纹配合具有与螺套共同旋转的趋势,但限位销6阻止了顶块的转动,限位销6与导向杆4上的滑槽配合,将顶块的旋转运动转化为沿导向杆轴向的直线移动,导致直线型支撑组件1的长度增加,由此产生垂直于滑板组件9表面的径向压力,满足对滑板组件9支撑力的需求。

1.一种滑板径向压紧装置,其特征在于,该压紧装置包括直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件,所述直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件呈正交分布在火焰筒的内部,弯曲型支撑组件的弯曲部分避开两者在平面内的交点,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件的两端分别与火焰筒内部的滑板组件接触,通过分别对直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件施加转动力矩,直线型支撑组件和弯曲型支撑组件在长度方向产生位移并对滑板组件施加径向压力;
所述直线型支撑组件包括顶块、导向杆、螺套、限位销和防脱螺栓,所述螺套端部的外圆周面上有螺纹,顶块的中心通孔具有内螺纹,导向杆的端部加工有轴向的滑槽;所述导向杆套装在螺套内部并与螺套之间为滑动配合,导向杆上的滑槽位于螺套外部;所述防脱螺栓沿径向穿过螺套后插入导向杆上的周向卡槽内,防脱螺栓限制导向杆与螺套之间的轴向移动但允许螺套与导向杆之间相对转动;所述顶块与螺套之间通过螺纹配合连接,所述限位销穿过顶块上的销孔后插入导向杆的滑槽内;
所述弯曲型支撑组件同样包括顶块、导向杆、螺套、限位销和防脱螺栓,所述导向杆的中段设计为防止与直线型支撑组件中导向杆发生干涉的弯曲结构,导向杆一端的端部加工有轴向的滑槽;所述螺套端部的外圆周面上有螺纹,顶块的中心通孔具有内螺纹;
所述导向杆一端的直段套装在螺套内部并与螺套之间为滑动配合,导向杆上的滑槽位于螺套外部;所述防脱螺栓沿径向穿过螺套后插入导向杆上的周向卡槽内,防脱螺栓限制导向杆与螺套之间的轴向移动但允许螺套与导向杆之间相对转动;所述顶块与螺套之间通过螺纹配合连接,所述限位销穿过顶块上的销孔后插入导向杆的滑槽内。
