一种机械夹手,包括气缸,在气缸两侧分别固定有一块支撑板,两块夹臂的中部分别铰接在两块支撑板上,在各夹臂靠近气缸一端开设有一条滑槽,两条滑槽分别插入在气缸活塞杆上的转销上。使用时,可以先将夹手放入到液氮中,而后气缸收缩,利用两块夹臂对液氮中的销子进行夹紧,实现对液氮中销子的拿取,避免人员冻伤。

本发明涉及一种机械夹手。
背景技术
在对轴孔进行过盈配合时,需要通过液氮对销子进行冷冻,而后插入到轴孔中,但是现在从液氮中拿出销子非常不容易,极容易将人手冻伤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种机械夹手,可以对方便拿取液氮中的销子。
为了解决上述问题,本发明要解决的技术方案为:一种机械夹手,包括气缸,在气缸两侧分别固定有一块支撑板,两块夹臂的中部分别铰接在两块支撑板上,在各夹臂靠近气缸一端开设有一条滑槽,两条滑槽分别插入在气缸活塞杆上的转销上。
本发明的技术效果为:使用时,可以先将夹手放入到液氮中,而后气缸收缩,利用两块夹臂对液氮中的销子进行夹紧,实现对液氮中销子的拿取,避免人员冻伤。

如图1所示,一种机械夹手,包括气缸1,在气缸1两侧分别固定有一块支撑板2,两块夹臂3的中部分别铰接在两块支撑板2上,在各夹臂3靠近气缸1一端开设有一条滑槽31,两条滑槽31分别插入在气缸活塞杆上的转销上。
使用时,可以先将夹手放入到液氮中,而后气缸1收缩,利用两块夹臂3对液氮中的销子进行夹紧,实现对液氮中销子的拿取,避免人员冻伤。
