The center line planning device is designed by utilizing the principle that the center line of the isosceles triangle is overlapped with the height, so that workers can conveniently find and determine the center lines of shaft parts such as square tubes, round tubes and the like, and a foundation is laid for further processing of raw materials.
Like the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, a connecting line between the head ends of the third connecting rod, the fourth connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod forms an isosceles triangle, so that the roller mechanism is always positioned on the central line of the raw materials, and like a marking tool is always positioned on the central line of the raw materials, so that the roller mechanism is suitable for the raw materials with different outer diameters or widths.

The following detailed description refers to fig. 1-3.
A center line planning device provided with a roller mechanism comprises a fixed support 10, a movable support 20, a first connecting rod 31, a second connecting rod 32, a third connecting rod 33, a fourth connecting rod 34, a marking tool and the roller mechanism.
The movable bracket 20 is connected to the fixed bracket 10 through a screw mechanism. The fixed support is provided with a slide rail 11, and the movable support is matched on the slide rail. The screw rod nut 51 of the screw rod mechanism is arranged on the movable support, the head end of a screw rod 52 of the screw rod mechanism is pivoted on the fixed support, and the tail end of the screw rod mechanism is provided with a rotating handle 53. The rotary handle is rotated, the screw rod drives the movable support to move along the slide rail of the fixed support through the screw rod nut, and the movable support is far away from or close to the fixed support so as to adapt to raw materials with different outer diameters.

The head end of the first connecting rod 31 is hinged on the fixed support, the head end of the second connecting rod 32 is hinged on the movable support, the tail end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the tail end of the second connecting rod, and the length of the first connecting rod is equal to that of the second connecting rod.
The head end of the third connecting rod 33 is hinged on the fixed support, the head end of the fourth connecting rod 34 is hinged on the movable support, the tail end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the tail end of the fourth connecting rod, and the length of the third connecting rod is equal to that of the fourth connecting rod; the hinge point of the head end of the third connecting rod and the fixed support is a third hinge point, and the hinge point of the head end of the fourth connecting rod and the movable support is a fourth hinge point; the midpoint of a connecting line connecting the third hinge point and the fourth hinge point is positioned on the central line of the raw material; and a roller mechanism is arranged at the hinged position of the tail end of the third connecting rod and the tail end of the fourth connecting rod.
The roller mechanism comprises a roller frame 41 and a pair of rollers 42, all the rollers are mounted on the roller frame, the roller frame is provided with a frame shaft 43, the tail end of the third connecting rod 33 is provided with a third hinge hole, the tail end of the fourth connecting rod 34 is provided with a fourth hinge hole, and the frame shaft is matched in the third hinge hole and the fourth hinge hole. The frame shaft serves as a hinge shaft of the third link and the fourth link, so that the center line planning device is simplified in structure.
Any roller is arranged on the roller frame 41 through a roller shaft, and a first grooved wheel 45 is arranged on the roller shaft 44 of one roller in all the rollers; a transmission line is wound on the first grooved wheel, the transmission line is wound on the second grooved wheel 71 at the same time, the second grooved wheel is pivoted on a grooved wheel support 72, the grooved wheel support is installed on the second connecting rod 32, a threaded hole is formed in the center of the second grooved wheel, a threaded barrel 73 is screwed in the threaded hole, and the marking tool is inserted into the threaded barrel; the tail end of the first connecting rod 31 is provided with a first hinge hole, the tail end of the second connecting rod is provided with a second hinge hole, a hinge cylinder 74 is inserted into the first hinge hole and the second hinge hole, the inner side wall of the hinge cylinder is provided with a guide block, the outer side wall of the threaded cylinder is provided with a guide groove, the threaded cylinder is in clearance fit in the hinge cylinder, and the guide block is matched with the guide groove. Wherein, the marking tool is a consumable marking pen, such as a pencil and a chalk. The marking pen is fixedly inserted in the threaded cylinder. When the center line planning device is used for planning the center line of the raw material, the pair of rollers roll on the raw material, the rollers drive the first grooved wheel, the first grooved wheel is wound by the transmission line, the transmission line drives the second grooved wheel, under the matching of the guide block and the guide groove, the threaded hole of the second grooved wheel drives the threaded cylinder to linearly descend, the marking pen inserted in the threaded cylinder descends along with the threaded cylinder, and the marking pen point can be in contact with the raw material under the condition of continuous consumption. The second grooved wheel is pivoted on the grooved wheel support through a bearing, a wire guiding piece 75 is arranged on the grooved wheel support, a wire guiding hole is formed in the wire guiding piece, and the transmission line penetrates through the wire guiding hole, so that the transmission line can be accurately wound on the second grooved wheel. Accordingly, a wire guide may also be provided in the vicinity of the first sheave.
The roller shaft 44 provided with the first sheave is provided with a limiting block 441, the end part of the roller shaft provided with the first sheave is screwed with a stop block 442, and the stop block and the limiting block can clamp the first sheave 45 on the roller shaft. Not hard up the stop block, first sheave can rotate relative to the roller shaft, adjusts the transmission line and twines the number of turns on first sheave, aim at: the transmission line is in the state of tightening, and the nib of marking pen can contact with raw and other materials when a pair of gyro wheels contact with raw and other materials. In operation, the rotary knob 53 is operated to adjust the distance between the fixed frame 10 and the movable frame 20 to be adapted to the outer diameter of the raw material so that the pair of first rollers 12 and the pair of second rollers 22 are closely attached to the left and right sides of the raw material, and the height of the center line scribing apparatus is manually controlled so that the scribing bottom end of the scribing pen is brought into contact with the raw material. The middle point of a connecting line connecting the first hinge point and the second hinge point falls on the center line of the raw material.
And then, manually dragging the center line planning device to move along the length direction of the raw material, rolling the raw material by the pair of rollers, and drawing the center line of the raw material on the outer side wall of the raw material by the marking pen.
Because the scribing pen has the damaged and gradually shortened scribing bottom end in the scribing process, one roller of the pair of rollers 42 drives the first grooved pulley 45 to synchronously rotate, the first grooved pulley drives the second grooved pulley 71 through the transmission line, and the second grooved pulley drives the threaded cylinder 73 and the scribing pen in the threaded cylinder to move downwards, so that the scribing bottom end of the scribing pen is in contact with the outer side wall of the raw material, and the center line of the raw material is smoothly scribed.

a marking tool is arranged at the hinged position of the tail end of the first connecting rod and the tail end of the second connecting rod;
