Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种通信方法、终端设备和网络设备,能够减小资源浪费,提高资源利用率,该通信方法包括:终端设备发送预设的上行序列,所述上行序列用于指示所述终端设备有确定目标网络设备的需求;所述终端设备接收所述网络系统根据所述上行序列发送的第一下行消息;在所述第一下行消息用于标识第一网络设备时,所述终端设备根据所述第一下行消息确定所述目标网络设备为所述第一网络设备,其中,所述第一网络设备是所述网络系统根据所述终端设备的位置信息确定的。
