It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 is an application environment diagram of an information pushing method or an information displaying method in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the information push method or the information presentation method is applied to an information processing system. The information processing system includes a terminal 110, a terminal 120, a terminal 130, a first server 140, a second server 150, and an interworking server 160. The terminal 110 and the terminal 120 are connected to the first server 140 through a network, the first server 140 is connected to the interworking server 160 through a network, the interworking server 160 is connected to the second server 150 through a network, and the second server 150 is connected to the terminal 130 through a network. The terminal may specifically be a desktop terminal or a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may specifically be at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like. The server may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, an information push method is provided. This embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to the interworking server 160 in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the information push method specifically includes the following steps:
s202, receiving an information sending request initiated by a release account in a first application account system.
The first application is an application program installed on the terminal. The first application account system is a system for managing all accounts in the first application. A collective is an organization that includes at least one member. The issuing account is an account logged in a first application in the terminal issuing the push information. The issuing account can be dead as an account belonging to the first application account system.
Specifically, a first application is installed in the terminal, a release account is logged in the first application, and the release account is an account in a first application account system. The terminal detects an information issuing instruction initiated in the installed first application, acquires an issuing account and information to be pushed logged in the first application, generates an information sending request according to the issuing account and the information to be pushed, and sends the information sending request to the intercommunication server. The interworking server receives an information sending request sent by the terminal.
In one embodiment, the first server is a server corresponding to the first application. The terminal sends the information sending request to the first server, and the first server sends the information sending request to the intercommunication server. The interworking server receives an information sending request sent by the first server.
For example, the collective account is a company, the release account is an account belonging to the company in the first application account system, and the release account is an account used by an information publisher in the company to log in the first application.
S204, acquiring a first account in the first application account system and a second account in the second application account system; the first account and the second account have a social relationship.
The first account is an account in a first application account system, and can also be an account belonging to a group. The second account is a second account in a second application account system, the first application account system and the second application account system are heterogeneous account systems, and the first account and the second account have a social relationship.
Specifically, the interworking server receives the information sending request, analyzes the information sending request, and extracts the target push account in the information sending request through analysis. When the target push account is a first account belonging to a group in a first application account system, the intercommunication server inquires a second account having a social relationship with the first account, and the second account belongs to a second application account system. The social relationship between the first account and the second account may be stored in an account social relationship table. The account social relationship table correspondingly stores a first account and a second account having a social relationship with the first account.
In one embodiment, when the target push account is a second account in a second application account system, a first account having a social relationship with the second account is queried, where the first account is a collective account in the first application account system.
In one embodiment, the information transmission request includes a user tag of the second account. The interworking server extracts the user tag in the information sending request, screens a second account matched with the user tag from a second account set in a second application account system according to the user tag, and queries a first account having a social relationship with the screened second account according to the social relationship between the second account and the first account. The user tags include at least one of a user identity tag, a user interest tag, and a user occupation tag. The user identity label is used for identifying a label of the user identity corresponding to the account. The user interest tag is used for identifying a tag of user interest corresponding to the account. The user occupation tag is used for identifying a tag of the occupation of the user corresponding to the account.
S206, according to the information sending request, the push information with the identification derived from the first account is determined.
Specifically, the interworking server analyzes the information sending request, and obtains the push information with the identifier derived from the first account by analyzing and extracting the push information in the information sending request and taking the first account as the source identifier of the extracted push information.
In one embodiment, the interworking server parses the information sending request, extracts the material identification and the editing text information of the push information in the information sending request by parsing, extracts the material content from the material library according to the material identification, and generates the push information according to the extracted material content and the editing text information.
And S208, sending push information to the terminal corresponding to the second account through a push channel of the second application.
Specifically, the interworking server establishes respective push channels for the first application and the second application, respectively. After determining that the identification is derived from the push information of the first account, the interworking server sends the push information of which the identification is derived from the first account to the terminal corresponding to the first account through the push channel of the first application. And the interworking server sends the push information with the identification derived from the first account to the terminal corresponding to the second account through the push channel of the second application.
In one embodiment, the interworking server sends push information identifying the origin from the first account to the first server. The first server receives the push information of which the identification is derived from the first account sent by the intercommunication server, and sends the received push information to the terminal corresponding to the first account. The interworking server sends push information identifying the origin from the first account and a second account having a social relationship with the first account to a second server. And after receiving the push information with the identification derived from the first account and the second account, the second server sends the push information with the identification derived from the first account to the terminal corresponding to the second account.
In this embodiment, an information sending request initiated by a release account belonging to a group in a first application account system is received, a first account belonging to the group in the first application account system and a second account in a second application account system are obtained, and the first account and the second account have a social relationship. According to the information sending request, the pushing information with the identification derived from the first account is determined, so that the information is pushed to the terminal corresponding to the second account with the social relation with the first account on the name of the first account, information pushing between two heterogeneous applications is achieved, and the information pushing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the S204 further includes a step of determining a first account and a second account, where the step includes the following steps:
s302, extracting the push target account in the information sending request.
Specifically, the interworking server analyzes the information sending request, and extracts the push target account from the information sending request through analysis. The push target account may be a collective account in the first application account system. For example, the push target account may be a corporate account.
S304, inquiring the social relationship corresponding to the push target account.
Specifically, when the pushed target account is a collective account in the first application account system, a social relationship table corresponding to the collective account is queried. The social relationship table stores social relationships corresponding to the collective account. The social relationship table corresponding to the collective account stores a first account and a second account, wherein the first account belongs to a collective corresponding to the collective account and belongs to a first application account system, and the second account has a social relationship with the first account, and belongs to a second application account system.
S306, according to the social relationship, determining a first account belonging to a group in the first application account system and a second account in the second application account system.
Specifically, the interworking server extracts a first account belonging to a collective identification and belonging to a first application account system from the queried social relationship table, extracts a second account belonging to a second application account system and corresponding to the first account from the queried social relationship table, and the extracted first account and the extracted second account have a social relationship. Each first account number may correspond to one or more second account numbers. Each second account number may also correspond to one or more first account numbers.
In this embodiment, the pushed target account in the information sending request is extracted, the social relationship corresponding to the pushed target account is queried, and the first account belonging to the group in the first application account system and the second account in the second application account system are determined according to the queried social relationship, so that information is pushed by relying on the social relationship, and the accuracy and efficiency of information pushing are improved.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the step S306 specifically includes a step of selecting a first account and a second account, where the step specifically includes the following steps:
s402, determining a first account belonging to a group in a first application account system and a second account in a second application account system according to the social relationship; each second account corresponds to a plurality of first accounts.
Specifically, the interworking server determines a first account belonging to a group in the first application account system and a second account in the second application account system according to the social relationship. Among the determined second account numbers and the first account numbers, a plurality of or one first account numbers corresponding to each second account number may be used.
S404, determining the familiarity corresponding to each pair of the first account and the second account with the social relationship.
Specifically, when the second account corresponds to multiple first accounts, the interworking server obtains the social relationship starting time of each pair of first accounts and second accounts having social relationship, determines the duration of the social relationship starting time and the current time, and takes the determined duration as the familiarity between the first accounts and the second accounts. The earlier the social relationship start time is, the longer the duration between the social relationship start time and the current time is, that is, the higher the familiarity is.
In one embodiment, the interworking server counts the number of interactions within a preset time period corresponding to each pair of first account and second account having a social relationship, determines the interaction frequency corresponding to each pair of first account and second account according to the number of interactions within the preset time period, and takes the interaction frequency as the familiarity. The higher the interaction frequency, the higher the familiarity; the lower the interaction frequency, the lower the familiarity.
S406, selecting the first account and the second account corresponding to the highest familiarity.
Specifically, the interworking server obtains the familiarity between each pair of first account numbers and second account numbers with social relations, compares the familiarity between each pair of first account numbers and second account numbers, and selects the first account number and the second account number corresponding to the highest familiarity for a plurality of first account numbers and second account numbers of each second account number.
For example, the second account aaaa corresponds to 3 first accounts 1111, 2222, and 3333, the interworking server determines that the familiarity of the second account aaaa and the first account 1111 is 1, the familiarity of the second account aaaa and the first account 2222 is 3, and the familiarity of the second account aaaa and the first account 3333 is 2, the interworking server compares the familiarity corresponding to each pair of first and second accounts, and selects the first account 2222 and the second account aaaa having the social relationship corresponding to the highest familiarity 3.
In this embodiment, in the first account and the second account determined according to the social relationship, there is a case where one second account corresponds to multiple first accounts, and in order to avoid repeatedly pushing information to multiple first accounts belonging to a group in the first application account system, the first account with the highest familiarity with the second account is selected for information pushing, so that the amount of information to be pushed is reduced, and the information pushing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, S404 further includes a step of determining familiarity between accounts, where the step includes the following steps:
s502, acquiring historical interaction information corresponding to each pair of first account and second account with social relations.
Specifically, the historical interaction information is generated by interacting a terminal logged in by a first account with a terminal logged in by a second account through a second application by a first application. The historical interaction information may include interaction time and interaction content. The interworking server takes each pair of first account and second account with social relations as an interactive account, and inquires historical interactive information corresponding to the interactive account to obtain the historical interactive information corresponding to each pair of first account and second account.
S504, according to the historical interaction information, the interaction frequency corresponding to each pair of the first account and the second account with the social relationship is counted in a preset time period.
Specifically, after querying the historical interaction information of each pair of first account and second account with social relationships, the interworking server screens the historical interaction information, screens the historical interaction information generated within a preset time period, and counts the interaction frequency within the preset time period according to the screened historical interaction information to obtain the interaction frequency corresponding to each pair of first account and second account with social relationships.
And S506, taking the interaction frequency as the familiarity corresponding to each pair of the first account and the second account with the social relationship.
Specifically, when counting the interaction frequency corresponding to each pair of first account and second account, the interworking server takes the counted interaction frequency as the familiarity corresponding to each pair of first account and second account having a social relationship.
In the embodiment, according to historical interaction information, the interaction frequency of each pair of first account and second account with social relations is counted, and the counted interaction frequency is used as the familiarity of each pair of first account and second account, so that the selected first account and second account are the accounts with the most frequent interaction, the information pushing efficiency is improved, and the interaction times based on pushed information are increased.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the S206 specifically includes a step of generating push information, where the step specifically includes the following steps:
s602, user identification information corresponding to the first account is obtained.
The user identification information is information used for distinguishing the user in the first application or the second application, and the user identification information may include at least one of a user name, a user avatar, and a user nickname.
Specifically, after acquiring the first account and the second account, the interworking server queries user identification information corresponding to the first account from the stored user identification information.
For example, a user of a first account sets user identification information in a first application, sets a nickname and an avatar, and the interworking server stores the set nickname and avatar in correspondence with the first account.
S604, extracting the information to be pushed in the information sending request.
Specifically, the interworking server analyzes the information sending request, extracts the material identifier and the characters to be pushed through analysis, extracts the material content corresponding to the material identifier from the material library according to the material identifier, and forms the information to be pushed according to the characters to be pushed and the inquired material content.
And S606, generating pushing information with identification derived from the first account according to the user identification information and the information to be pushed.
Specifically, the interworking server takes the extracted user identification information as a source identification of the information to be pushed, adds the source identification to the information to be pushed according to the user identification information to generate pushing information, and identifies that the pushing information is from the first account through the user identification information.
In the embodiment, after the first account and the second account are obtained, the user identification information of the first account is obtained, the information to be pushed is extracted from the information sending request initiated by the issuing account, and the pushing information with the identification derived from the first account is generated according to the user identification information and the information to be pushed, so that the pushing operation steps of the pushing information are simplified, and each first account is not required to initiate the information sending request.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, after S208, a step of sending the interaction information is further included, where the step specifically includes the following steps:
s702, receiving interaction information returned by the terminal corresponding to the second account according to the push information through a push channel of the second application.
The interactive information is the mark information and comment information sent based on the push information.
Specifically, after receiving the push information sent by the interworking server through a push channel of the second application, the terminal corresponding to the second account acquires the identification push information from the user identification information corresponding to the first account, and displays the push information in the push information display page corresponding to the user identification information. And the terminal corresponding to the second account detects the interactive information input according to the push information, acquires the interactive information, and sends the acquired interactive information to the intercommunication server through a push channel of the second application. And the interworking server receives the interworking server sent by the terminal corresponding to the second account through the push channel of the second application.
In one embodiment, the terminal corresponding to the second account sends the interaction information to the second server corresponding to the second application. And the second server receives the interactive information sent by the terminal corresponding to the second account and sends the interactive information to the intercommunication server.
S704, the interactive information is sent to a terminal corresponding to the first account through a pushing channel of the first application.
Specifically, after receiving the interaction information through the push channel of the second application, the interworking server queries the first account corresponding to the interaction information, and sends the interaction information to the terminal corresponding to the first account through the push channel of the first application.
In one embodiment, the interworking server receives the interaction information sent by the second server and sends the interaction information to the first server corresponding to the first application. And the first server receives the interactive information sent by the intercommunication server and sends the interactive information to the terminal corresponding to the first account.
In one embodiment, the first server receives the interactive information sent by the interworking server, determines push information corresponding to the interactive information, queries a first account corresponding to the second account and the push information, and sends the interactive information to a terminal corresponding to the first account.
And S706, acquiring feedback information returned to the terminal corresponding to the second account by the terminal corresponding to the first account through the push channel of the first application.
The feedback information is information replied aiming at the interactive information sent by the terminal corresponding to the second account. The feedback information is information sent by a terminal corresponding to the first account to a terminal corresponding to the second account.
Specifically, after receiving the interactive information, the terminal corresponding to the first account determines push information corresponding to the interactive information, and displays the interactive information in a push information display page corresponding to the push information. And sending the obtained feedback information to the interworking server through a pushing channel of the first application according to the feedback information input by the interactive information in the terminal pushing information display page corresponding to the first account. The interworking server obtains feedback information sent by a terminal corresponding to the first account through a push channel of the first application.
In one embodiment, a terminal corresponding to a first account sends the acquired feedback information to a first server corresponding to a first application. And the first server receives the feedback information and sends the feedback information to the intercommunication server. And the interworking server receives the feedback information sent by the first server.
And S708, pushing the feedback information to a terminal corresponding to the second account through a pushing channel of the second application.
Specifically, the interworking server determines a second account corresponding to the feedback information after receiving the feedback information through the push channel of the first application, and sends the feedback information to the terminal corresponding to the second account through the push channel of the second application.
In one embodiment, the interworking server sends the feedback information to the second server. And the second server determines a second account corresponding to the feedback information and sends the feedback information to a terminal corresponding to the second account.
In this embodiment, information is pushed to the first account and the second account in the heterogeneous account system and having a social relationship according to an information sending request initiated by the issuing account, and the terminal corresponding to the first account and the terminal corresponding to the second account can directly interact and reply based on the pushed information, so that the effect of information pushing based on the pushed information is improved, and the conversion rate of the information pushing is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, an information presentation method is provided. The embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to the terminal in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 8, the information display method specifically includes the following steps:
