本发明涉及一种交流电供电设备,具体涉及到一种可变频的供电设备。
背景技术
电力系统上常用到交流电供电设备,目前现有的交流电供电设备存在缺点:目前现有的交流电供电设备输出的交流电频率固定不变,所以就不能满足工业生产用电及生活用电的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服以上不足,提供一种可变频的供电设备,它输出的交流电频率可以变。
一种可变频的供电设备,包括交流电源,其特征是:还包括:PWM可控整流器、PWM逆变器;PWM可控整流器包括输入端和输出端,PWM逆变器包括输入端和输出端,交流电源连接PWM可控整流器的输入端,PWM可控整流器的输出端通过直流电线连接PWM逆变器的输入端,PWM逆变器的输出端连接交流电线。
本发明的有益效果是:由于:还包括:PWM可控整流器、PWM逆变器;PWM可控整流器包括输入端和输出端,PWM逆变器包括输入端和输出端,交流电源连接PWM可控整流器的输入端,PWM可控整流器的输出端通过直流电线连接PWM逆变器的输入端,PWM逆变器的输出端连接交流电线;从而:交流电源输出交流电,交流电进入整流电路,整流电路输出的直流电,直流电进入逆变电路,在逆变部分实现输出的交流电的频率的变化;本发明可以调节输出的交流电的频率;所以能满足工业生产用电及生活用电的需要。
综上所述,本发明输出的交流电频率可以变,本发明可以调节输出的交流电的频率;能满足工业生产用电及生活用电的需要。

综上所述,本发明输出的交流电频率可以变,本发明可以调节输出的交流电的频率;能满足工业生产用电及生活用电的需要。
采用PWM可控整流、PWM逆变器调压调频的控制方式。由于计算机技术的不断发展,全数字系统使PWM控制非常容易,不仅在逆变环节采用PWM控制,其整流部分也采用PWM可控整流。因此,可以控制整个系统对电网的谐波污染非常低,同时具有较高的功率因数。不仅如此,通过PWM控制还可以使系统进行再生制动。
采用交-直-交电压型结构实现恒压变频控制,输入端接交流变压器起隔离变压作用,变压后经三相桥式不可控电路整流,可以高入端的功率因数,且也不需要控制驱动电路,结构简单。中间电路一般采用电容进行滤波,以高整流效果。逆变部分采用三相桥式电路,在中小功率的变频电路中采用 IGBT作为主要电力电子开关,逆变部分是主电路的核心和关键,为了保护六个电力电子开关 IGBT,在每个IGBT两端并联 RCD 阻容吸收电路,考虑到变频电源负载的多样性,因此在每个 IGBT两端并联一个电力二极管续流。产生1Hz频率输出,使输出频率1Hz-100Hz范围内可调。
