Abstract

一种便携式充电机,其控制电路由交流电AC经过桥式整流电路与电感线圈L1与电容器C1组成的滤波电路串联,晶闸管V1与V2串联、V3与V4串联后与V1和V2并联,电容器C2与晶闸管V1和V2并联后与电感线圈L2串联,再与变压器B1串联,电容器C2与电阻R1串联后D5并联,C4 与R2串联后与二极管D6并联,两者串联后与隔离变压器B1并联与电感线圈L3、电容器C5串联,最后输出直流。这种新型的装置可以在不同的变电站使用,在操作电源失去的情况下,充电机接线简单、调整方便、纹波系数好、输出电压稳定,具有充电均充、浮充、等功能,使用相当广泛,给维护检修带来了方便。可广泛作为发电厂、变电站事故情况下的临时操作电源。

本实用新型涉及电力设备,特别是发电厂、变电站及大中小型带有直流操作电源配电池的充电设备。 
背景技术
[0002] 充电机是电力系统的一种常见的设备,主要有硅整流、可控硅、磁饱和、三相桥式、高频电源等几种,生产运行中为了应急、操作电源必须配备充电机。目前使用的充电机,主要有磁饱和充电机、三相桥式充电机等,其结构较为复杂,体积大,噪音高,不适合电力系统应急场合使用,解决这一问题已成为急需。 
实用新型内容
克服现有技术的不足,设计一种携带方便,接线简单,输出电压稳定,波系数好的便携式充电机。便携式充电机的控制电路由交流电AC经过桥式整流电路与电感线圈L1与电容器C1组成的滤波电路串联,晶闸管V1 与V2串联、V3 与V4串联后与V1 和V2并联,电容器C2与晶闸管V1 和V2并联后与电感线圈L2串联,再与变压器B1串联,电容器C2与电阻R1串联后 D5并联,C4  与 R2 串联后与二极管D6并联,两者串联后与隔离变压器B1并联与电感线圈L3、电容器C5串联,最后输出直流。本实用新型可以在不同的变电站使用,在操作电源失去的情况下,充电机接线简单、调整方便、纹波系数好、输出电压稳定,具有充电均充、浮充、等功能 ,因此使用相当广泛,此充电机交流输入直流输出开关都在外壳背面 ,调节电阻、电流显示、电压显示、指示灯都在前面板上,使接线调试十分简单,给维护检修带来了方便 。同时各种充电机的用途都是相同的,只是为了适应不同的变电站用途而制造相应的充电设备,本实用新型利用旧的充电模块改装成便携式充电机,一定能给电力系统应急操作电源充电带来方便。

具体实施方式
本用新型的一个最佳实施例,如图,便携式充电机的控制电路由交流电AC经过桥式整流电路与电感线圈L1与电容器C1组成的滤波电路串联,晶闸管V1 与V2串联、V3 与V4串联后与V1 和V2并联,电容器C2与晶闸管V1 和V2并联后与电感线圈L2串联,再与变压器B1串联,电容器C2与电阻R1串联后 D5并联,C4  与 R2 串联后与二极管D6并联,两者串联后与隔离变压器B1并联与电感线圈L3、电容器C5串联,最后输出直流。电路通过导线与设备部件连接,充电机外壳体为长方体形状,电路控制板设置在壳体内,空气开关、指示灯、按钮等设置在壳体正面。所有设备的配件均有框架、壳体通过导线焊接而成,用螺丝通过绝缘板固定在充电箱内,外观装有交流输入开关,直流输出开关,指示灯调节电阻,数码显示器、按钮等设置在壳体正面。充电机外壳用1毫米铁板、30*30角钢焊接成框架,把电路板用螺钉固定在框架上。该装置的工作原理如下:交流电AC经过D1-D4组成的桥式整流电路变换成直流电后,再由电感线圈L1与电容器C1组成的滤波电路进行滤波输出给V1-V4组成逆变电路,将直流电逆变成高频交流电输出给隔离变压器B1进行隔离。隔离后的高频交流电在经过D5-D6组成的整流电路整流后输出给L3、C5进行滤波,最后输出给负载。

1.一种便携式充电机,其特征是:控制电路由交流电AC经过桥式整流电路与电感线圈L1与电容器C1组成的滤波电路串联,晶闸管V1 与V2串联、V3 与V4串联后与V1 和V2并联,电容器C2与晶闸管V1 和V2并联后与电感线圈L2串联,再与变压器B1串联,电容器C2与电阻R1串联后 D5并联,C4  与 R2 串联后与二极管D6并联,两者串联后与隔离变压器B1并联与电感线圈L3、电容器C5串联,最后输出直流。
