Two sides of the rear section of the insulating housing 9 are respectively provided with a fixing leg 92, the two fixing legs 92 and the plurality of first welding legs 22 are arranged in a row and are respectively located at the outermost side of the plurality of first welding legs 22, and the grounding part 643 is located in front of the fixing legs 92. The slot 17 is not filled during injection molding of the insulating housing 9, after the injection molding of the insulating housing 9, the waterproof member 94 fills the slot 17 from bottom to top and covers the periphery of the plurality of first connecting portions 23 and the plurality of second connecting portions 33 located in the slot 17, and the waterproof member 94 further fills the gaps between the first terminals 2, the second terminals 3 and the shielding sheets 6 and the insulating body 1, so that liquid cannot enter the front section of the electric connector 100 through the rear section of the electric connector 100, and the electric connection between the first terminals 2 and the second terminals 3 and the butting connector is affected. The front section of the insulating shell 9 is provided with an annular groove 93, and the waterproof ring 95 is embedded in the annular groove 93.
In summary, the electrical connector 100 of the present invention has the following advantages:
(1) the shielding plate 6 has the grounding pin 64, the grounding pin 64 has the grounding portion 643 extending out of the base portion 14 and electrically connecting to the circuit board 200 to ground the shielding plate 6, the conductive portion 65 extends from the grounding pin 64, the metal case 8 has the soldering portion 811 and is spot-welded to the lead portion 65, so that the metal case 8 is electrically connected to the ground line of the circuit board 200 through the lead portion 65, thereby grounding the metal case 8, ensuring the shielding function of the metal case 8, and simultaneously, the metal case 8 does not need to be provided with a solder fillet to be soldered with the circuit board 200, so that the metal case 8 does not need to be mounted on the circuit board 200, that is, the metal shell 8 does not entirely cover the circuit board 200, so that the space occupied by the electrical connector 100 on the circuit board 200 is reduced, and the dense layout of the circuit board 200 is facilitated.
(2) The grounding portion 643 is aligned with the first soldering pins 22 or the second soldering pins 32, so as to shorten the distance between the first soldering pins 22 and the second soldering pins 32, effectively reduce the soldering area of the electrical connector 100 corresponding to the circuit board 200, further save the space of the circuit board 200, and the metal shell 8 is not provided with soldering pins, thereby avoiding the problem of infirm soldering caused by assembly gaps when the soldering pins are inserted into the soldering holes of the circuit board 200, and effectively improving the electrical connection between the first soldering pins 22 and the second soldering pins 32 and the circuit board 200.
(3) The metal shell 8 does not need to be provided with the solder tails, so that the manufacturing process of the metal shell 8 can be simplified, the forming structure is simple, materials are saved, less materials are consumed, the cost is reduced, the metal shell 8 can be prevented from forming openings due to the arrangement of the solder tails, and the shielding effect of the electric connector 100 are enhanced.
(4) The upper side of the inner wall surface of the fixing portion 71 is electrically connected to the upper shielding plate 4, the lower side of the inner wall surface of the fixing portion 71 is electrically connected to the lower shielding plate 5, the upper side of the outer wall surface of the fixing portion 71 is electrically connected to the metal shell 8, and the metal shell 8 is fixed to the inner wall surface of the welding portion 811 through the guiding portion 65 by means of spot welding, so that the metal shell 8 is electrically connected to the ground line of the circuit board 200 through the guiding portion 65, and the ground effect of the electrical connector 100 is further enhanced.
(5) The two welding portions 811 are respectively fixed to the two guiding portions 65 by spot welding, so that the metal shell 8 and the shielding plate 6 are more stably contacted, and the grounding effect is better.
(6) The top wall 82 is provided with two through holes 821 in a penetrating manner, and the two pylons 141 are correspondingly inserted and fixed in the two through holes 821 to fix the metal shell 8 on the base 14, so that the metal shell 8 is firmly fixed on the insulation body 1, the metal shell 8 is prevented from being displaced to affect the connection stability of the welding portion 811 and the conductive portion 65, and the metal shell 8 can be stably grounded.
(7) The waterproof member 94 fills the slot 17 from bottom to top and covers the plurality of first connecting portions 23 and the plurality of second connecting portions 33 exposed from the slot 17, and the waterproof member 94 further fills the gaps between the first terminal 2, the second terminal 3, the shielding sheet 6 and the insulating body 1, so that liquid cannot enter the front section of the electrical connector 100 through the rear section of the electrical connector 100, thereby ensuring good electrical connection between the first terminal 2, the second terminal 3 and the butting connector, and effectively preventing water at the rear section and the bottom of the electrical connector 100.
(8) Insulating casing 9 injection moulding in shielding shell 7 with metal-back 8 is outer and fill insulator 1 shielding shell 7 and clearance between the metal-back 8 has promoted wholly electric connector 100's water-proof effects, insulating casing 9's anterior segment is equipped with annular groove 93, waterproof circle 95 inlays to be located annular groove 93 makes electric connector 100 anterior segment can be effectual waterproof.

Claims (20)

1. An electrical connector for electrically connecting a circuit board, comprising:
the insulating body comprises a base part and a tongue plate positioned in front of the base part;
the tongue plate is accommodated in the base, the tongue plate is provided with a first welding pin, the first welding pin is welded with the circuit board, and the second welding pin is welded with the circuit board;
the shielding sheet is arranged on the base and positioned between the first terminal and the second terminal, at least one grounding pin is extended from the shielding sheet to be electrically connected with the circuit board, the grounding pin and the first welding pin or the second welding pin are arranged in a row in the transverse direction, and a guide connection part is formed by upward extending from the upper side of the grounding pin;
a metal shell cover is arranged on the base portion, the metal shell is provided with at least one welding portion, and the welding portion is located on the outer side of the guide connection portion and is welded with the guide connection portion.
2. The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein: the guide connection part and the welding part are in spot welding.
3. The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein: the shielding plate is provided with a main body part which is embedded in the base part and extends forwards to the tongue plate, the grounding pin comprises a bending part which is bent and extended from the main body part, the bending part extends downwards to form a middle part and extends downwards from the lower side of the middle part to form a grounding part which is welded on the circuit board, and the connecting part extends upwards from the upper side of the middle part.
4. The electrical connector of claim 3, wherein: the guide connection part and the grounding part are positioned on the same plane in the vertical direction.
5. The electrical connector of claim 3, wherein: and when viewed along the projection direction from top to bottom, the projection of the guide connection part and the projection of the grounding part are at least partially overlapped.

The electrical connector of claim 10, wherein: an insulating shell is formed on the periphery of the shielding shell and the metal shell in an injection molding mode, the metal shell is provided with at least one fixing piece, and the fixing piece penetrates through the side face of the insulating shell.

15. An electrical connector for electrically connecting a circuit board, comprising:
the insulating body comprises a base part and a tongue plate positioned in front of the base part;
the first terminal and the second terminal are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the tongue plate and extend into the base part, the first terminal is provided with a first welding pin to be welded with the circuit board, and the second terminal is provided with a second welding pin to be welded with the circuit board;
the shielding sheet is arranged at the base part and positioned between the first terminal and the second terminal, at least one grounding pin extends from the shielding sheet to be electrically connected with the circuit board, the grounding pin and the first welding pin or/and the second welding pin are arranged in a row along the transverse direction, and a guide connection part extends from the grounding pin;
and the metal shell is covered on the base part and provided with at least one welding part which is welded with the guide connection part, and the metal shell is not provided with a welding leg which is welded with the circuit board.
16. The electrical connector of claim 15, wherein: and the upper side of the grounding pin extends upwards to form the guide connection part, and the guide connection part and the welding part are welded in a spot mode.
17. The electrical connector of claim 15, wherein: the guide connection part is flat.
18. The electrical connector of claim 15, wherein: the shielding plate is provided with a main body part which is embedded in the base part and extends forwards to the tongue plate, the grounding pin comprises a bending part which is bent and extended from the main body part, the bending part extends downwards to form a middle part and extends downwards from the lower side of the middle part to form a grounding part which is welded on the circuit board, and the connecting part extends upwards from the upper side of the middle part.

The electrical connector of claim 15, wherein: the first terminal is provided with a first contact part exposed on the upper surface of the tongue plate and a first connecting part connecting the first contact part and the first welding foot, the second terminal is provided with a second contact part exposed on the lower surface of the tongue plate and a second connecting part connecting the second contact part and the second welding foot, a slot is arranged between the tongue plate and the base in a penetrating mode, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are partially located in the slot, and a waterproof piece is filled in the slot and covers the peripheries of the first connecting part and the second connecting part.

The electrical connector of claim 15, wherein: a step part is arranged between the base part and the tongue plate, a shielding shell is provided with a fixing part which wraps the rear end of the step part, a containing part extends forwards from the fixing part, the inner diameter of the containing part is larger than that of the fixing part, the step part and the tongue plate are at least partially positioned in the containing part, and the metal shell covers the fixing part and is electrically connected with the fixing part.
