the control terminal (1) calls out all the illumination lamps which are expected to need to be replaced in the next day and the positions of the illumination lamps in the position database (7) where the illumination lamps need to be replaced in the next day, and the illumination lamps are distributed from a high floor to a low floor according to all the illumination lamps which need to be replaced and loaded in the short messages sent to the working responsible persons.

The intelligent building lighting control system of claim 3, wherein: defining that a responsible person of a building lighting system is responsible for replacing lighting lamps of a plurality of buildings, wherein the intelligent building lighting control system also comprises a responsible person, a responsible person database (8) corresponding to the position of the building in which the responsible person is responsible, and a route planning device (9);
the control terminal (1) takes a responsible person as a query object to query the position of the building in charge of the corresponding responsible person in the building condition database in charge of the responsible person;
if more than two buildings needing replacing the illuminating lamps exist, the control terminal (1) takes all the building positions which are responsible for all the corresponding responsible persons and need replacing the illuminating lamps as required passing positions, routes which take the positions of the responsible persons as starting points, pass through all the building positions which need replacing the illuminating lamps and finally return to the positions of the responsible persons are planned by the route planning device (9) to serve as routes which need informing the working responsible persons.

The intelligent building lighting control system of claim 4, wherein: the intelligent building lighting control system also comprises a database (10) for storing average time spent on replacing the lighting lamps by the responsible persons and the average time spent on replacing the lighting lamps by the responsible persons corresponding to the responsible persons;
the control terminal (1) takes a responsible person as an inquiry object, inquires the average time spent by the corresponding responsible person for replacing the illuminating lamp in the database (10) of the average time spent by replacing the illuminating lamp by the responsible person, multiplies the average time spent by the number of the illuminating lamps needing to be replaced of all buildings in charge of the corresponding responsible person, and takes the product of the average time spent by the corresponding responsible person for replacing the illuminating lamp;
if the time required for replacing the illuminating lamp by the corresponding responsible person exceeds the time preset by the control terminal (1), the buildings in which the corresponding responsible person is responsible for replacing the illuminating lamp are removed one by one until the time required for replacing the illuminating lamp by the corresponding responsible person is less than the time preset by the control terminal (1), and a route passing through the buildings in which the rest responsible persons are responsible and returning to the starting point is planned by the route planning device (9) and loaded in the short message sent by the short message sending device (4).
6. The intelligent building lighting control system of claim 5, wherein: the intelligent building lighting control system also comprises a voice notification module (11);
when the short message sending device (4) sends the short message, the control terminal (1) synchronously starts the voice notification module (11) to notify the corresponding responsible person by voice.
