The intelligent fire prevention and extinguishing alarm device for the roast chicken storage warehouse of claim 1, wherein the PLC controller (28) is connected with a fire-fighting system through a network communication interface, and the fire-fighting system is connected with the alarm valve set, the water flow alarm device and the fire-fighting water pump.
5. An alarm method based on the intelligent fire prevention and extinguishing alarm device for the roast chicken storage warehouse of any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: the fixed seat is installed in the warehouse by inserting the expansion screw rod into the fixed hole, and the fire-fighting water supply pipeline is communicated with the T-shaped communicating pipe;
step 2: when low-concentration smoke occurs, the smoke enters a smoke detection cavity through an insect-proof net and is detected by a low-concentration smoke detector, after a set value is reached, the low-concentration smoke detector transmits an electric signal detected by the low-concentration smoke detector to a PLC (programmable logic controller) through an A/D (analog/digital) converter and a signal amplifier, the PLC transmits the signal to a fire-fighting system through a communication interface connected with the fire-fighting system to perform early warning alarm, meanwhile, the output end of the PLC starts a corresponding electromagnetic relay through the D/A converter, and a low-concentration acousto-optic alarm lamp is controlled by the electromagnetic relay to send out early warning acousto-optic in a warehouse;
and step 3: when the smoke concentration in a warehouse reaches a set value of a high-concentration smoke detector, the high-concentration smoke detector transmits an electric signal detected by the high-concentration smoke detector to a PLC (programmable logic controller) through an A/D (analog/digital) converter and a signal amplifier, the PLC transmits a signal to a fire-fighting system through a communication interface connected with the fire-fighting system to alarm fire, the fire-fighting system starts a fire-fighting water pump to supply water, meanwhile, an infrared sensor on the outer side of a corresponding rotating cavity detects a combustion position and transmits the signal to the PLC through the A/D converter and the signal amplifier, the PLC controls a first electric telescopic rod through a D/A converter, a corresponding electromagnetic relay and an alternating current contactor to drive a spray head to be adjusted to a proper angle, and the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve through the D/A converter, the corresponding electromagnetic relay and the, the fire extinguishing device is opened to realize water spraying and fire extinguishing, and the timer in the PLC is used for timing;
and 4, step 4: after a timer in the PLC controller counts time to a set value, the fire condition is still not solved, the PLC controller passes through a D/A converter and a corresponding electromagnetic relay, an alternating current contactor controls a second electric telescopic rod to push to an annular gear which is not measured in a rotating cavity for spraying water, the PLC controller passes through the D/A converter and the corresponding electromagnetic relay, the alternating current contactor controls a driving motor to drive a second bevel gear to rotate, the second bevel gear drives a first bevel gear which is matched with the first bevel gear to rotate, the rotating cavity which is not spraying water is driven to rotate to the direction needing spraying water, and a corresponding electromagnetic valve is controlled to spray water and adjust a nozzle to a proper angle through the first electric telescopic rod.
